日本のアニメに興味を持ったことが日本語を學ぶきっかけになりました。これまでの本學の授業(yè)から、日本の歴史や文化、そして高度に発達した科學技術と経済に対して畏敬の念を感じるようになりました。東日本大震災の被災者は互いに助け合い、協(xié)力して避難所で生活する姿に「以和為貴」の精神が受け継がれていることを知り、これまで以上に日本人の思想を深く理解したいと思いました。日本人の知性と教養(yǎng)、伝統(tǒng)文化は日本で生活することにより初めて理解できると考え、日本留學を決意しました。

留學申請書：cv的撰寫

cv是區(qū)別于ps的一個比較重要的東西，主要是把自己不能在ps里面詳細提到的事件，經歷等做一個“列表式”的展示。

個人覺得cv里面應該包含的大體內容如下：

·個人的一些基本信息;

·objective：申請xx學院的phd

·research interests：…………

·education：

時間

專業(yè) 學院 學校

gpa

rank

awards / scholarships and etc.·research experiences：

然后根據個人情況的不同可以刪減東西調整先后順序，象gre和toefl成績這種我就覺得沒有必要寫在上面。另外需要注意的是，在展開以上每項的時候，切忌整塊整塊的內容堆在一起，而是用比較簡潔清晰的框架就好。總體感覺cv相對來說要比ps要好寫一些。

note：cv一般都是打印在有自己學校?；諛酥咀鳛樘ь^的信紙上面，如果沒有這種專用信紙的話也可以自己下載一個圖標做一個在頁眉上。

留學申請書：ps撰寫注意事項

ps主要是用書面文字向別人展示你的經歷，你的想法，學習目標，職業(yè)規(guī)劃等等，在申請過程中的地位可見一般。下面結合我自己在申請過程中寫ps的過程談一下我自己對ps的看法。

·ps開頭的問題

往往大家都會說ps的開頭是最需要寫的很吸引人的部分，所以很多人包括我自己在剛開始寫ps的時候都陷入這個窘境，想著如何讓評審委員在看到你的開頭的時候會有眼前一亮的感覺。一些很老舊的寫法諸如引用名人名言之類的，我也曾經想過，但是這種想法僅僅是我對ps認識的入門級階段，這種方法如果用的不好反而會帶來相反的效果，讓人覺得很反感。

我的ps開頭經歷了如下的過程：

nothing to do with me and i could not be one of the group members who chased their american dreams.but three years later, i joined in this large group.till now, i have taken thegre and toefl-ibt examination yet since i want to pursue my dream in an oversea country.yes, america.這個開頭是我最開始憋了好久才憋出來的，算是根據我的實情寫的，現在來看我也不知道這個開頭好不好，拋出來給大家討論討論，總之我最終是沒有用這個。

后來用的是很普通但一目了然的一個開頭，我覺得這個能很明了地闡述我的目的性，如下：

what i am pursuing now is a ph.d.degree of ………… which belongs to the ece department at xx university.這個應該在某種程度上能吸引人的眼球吧，我覺得。anyway，尋求最適合自己的方式才是最有效的!

·ps主體的問題

我覺得展開ps主體最有效的方式就是說事兒，揀上幾件自己覺得有意義、對自己未來發(fā)展有所貢獻的事情介紹一下，可以說一篇ps的雛形基本上就有了。剩下的就是怎樣把事情表述清楚，以及你自己從中有何收益了。

針對不同階層的人又有不同的寫法，在我看來，主要有以下幾種：

1.本科：這個群體應該是占了申請人群中的大部分，而本科生主要還都是以課業(yè)為主，所以如果有比較好的科研經歷的話，會很容易在ps上就比別人更勝一籌。

2.碩士：碩士研究生在本科生的基礎之上多了研究生階段，當然也就應該多了所謂的研究經歷，這個研究經歷不管是自己給自己的導師做項目還是在外面單位實習，我覺得都應該在你的ps中占據很重要的一部分。而且由于不同的人研究領域不同，側重方向不同，所以這個將會成為你區(qū)別于別人，甚至說超越別人的重要法寶。同時，有了這些研

究經歷之后，個人的未來發(fā)展方向和專業(yè)規(guī)劃將會比較明朗。

3.畢業(yè)脫離學校的：基于以上兩個不同的群體，該群體里的人比他們要多的就是工作經歷了，根據自己的特殊職位來為自己的ps增色添彩，那就是八仙過海各顯神通了，我沒經歷過也就不敢多說。

note：個人覺得在寫ps的時候，不要扯得太遠了，從大學以后開始寫就行了，小時候那種老掉牙的東西就不要寫了。

結合我自己的情況，我是屬于上述的第二種情況，在我的ps主題段落中，我從本科和研究生兩個階段分別做了一個presentation：本科階段主要是描述了和幾個很要好的同學一起參加比賽的經歷，從中得到的不僅僅是一紙獎勵，更重要的是友情，合作等等;研究生階段主要描述了參與老師的課題，從中獲得了如何對項目進行規(guī)劃的經驗還有很多專業(yè)技能等等。

·ps結尾的問題

ps的結尾在我看來是從過去到將來的一個過渡和展望吧，簡要介紹一下自己的近況，自己在學習工作基礎之上對自己的未來有一個怎樣的規(guī)劃，自己申請去學校以后都研究些什么，自己在學有所成之后有怎樣的職場打算等等，順帶可以吹吹所申請的學校，項目組以及自己的potential academic advisor等等，嘿嘿~~

·ps字數的問題

我覺得把ps寫長還是相對來說比較容易的，按照我列出的雛形寫上個三到五段，差不多也得有個1000字左右吧，嘿嘿!然而不同的學校會有不同的要求，這樣實際上有形無形地就把字數給限制住了。

比如asu的ece系對ps就有如下要求：

please write a one-page essay describing your academic and career goals.address the following in your essay:

in which specific area do you wish to study?

why should you be admitted to the program?

再比如purdue的ece系對ps也有要求：
