Make Every Moment Count

One night, I complained to my mom about the lack of time.Finally she said,＂you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety.The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more.＂

It is the same with filling the jar.Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar, there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel.The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every single minute.I believe that the great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in six words,＂I did not have enough time.＂The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching, seizing and enjoying every minute of it.No idleness, no delay, no procrastination, no complaint!It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped.Once I make full use of every moment, I believe that, my

worries will be gradually cut down to nothing.Time is the most valuable of all our possessions, but the most perishable as well.As Henry David Thoreau said,＂You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your

eternity in each moment.＂

Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future, I will tell myself ＂Carpe diem , seize the day, make every moment count.＂

抓住每分每秒

有天晚上，我向媽媽抱怨自己事情太多，時(shí)間不夠。她說(shuō)道：“你抱怨沒(méi)有時(shí)間就是因?yàn)槟惆颜滟F的分分秒秒都浪費(fèi)在抱怨和焦慮上。關(guān)鍵是，無(wú)論你的時(shí)間表排得多滿(mǎn)，如果你真的努力嘗試了，你還是總能間插地做些事情?！?/p>

這同填充廣口瓶是一個(gè)道理，即使你將一小堆拳頭大小的石塊和一桶碎石倒進(jìn)瓶里，也還能繼續(xù)倒入沙子和水，使其漏進(jìn)石塊的間隙中去。

“沒(méi)時(shí)間”無(wú)異于我為自己浪費(fèi)分分秒秒找的托詞罷了。我相信成功與失敗的一線之差可以用六個(gè)字來(lái)形容：“我沒(méi)足夠時(shí)間?！比欢聦?shí)上，我卻與海倫．凱勒，帕斯特，杰弗遜和愛(ài)因斯坦每天所擁有的時(shí)間分秒不差。關(guān)鍵是我并未觸及生命的真諦：抓住，享受生命的每一分鐘。不要碌碌無(wú)為，不要耽擱推遲，不要牢騷抱怨！往往是在我抱怨和遲疑的時(shí)候，我的命運(yùn)就被決定了。而一旦我能善用分分秒秒，我相信我的煩惱也會(huì)被逐漸瓦解。

在我們所擁有的財(cái)富中，時(shí)間是最珍貴而又最不持久的。正如梭羅所說(shuō)的那樣：“你得抓住現(xiàn)在，把握機(jī)會(huì)，在短暫的瞬間中尋找永恒?！?/p>

如果將來(lái)我再發(fā)覺(jué)沒(méi)時(shí)間的時(shí)候，我會(huì)告誡自己，“carpe diem(拉丁語(yǔ))，抓住今天，抓住每分每秒。”

第二篇：珍惜每分每秒

珍惜每分每秒

桃花謝了，還有再開(kāi)之時(shí)；燕子飛走了，還有再來(lái)之時(shí)；時(shí)光流逝了，卻不能挽回?！澳乳e，白了少年頭，空悲切”這是岳飛的名言，它告誡我們要珍惜時(shí)間，不要虛度光陰。

“一寸光陰一寸金，寸金難買(mǎi)寸光陰”，的確，時(shí)間是無(wú)價(jià)之寶，就算你用再多的金錢(qián)來(lái)購(gòu)買(mǎi)時(shí)間，也買(mǎi)不到?！肮怅幩萍?，日月如梭”，時(shí)間是公平的，它給了每一個(gè)人都是一天二十四小時(shí)，要看你會(huì)不會(huì)和時(shí)間賽跑，并跑在時(shí)間前面，做時(shí)間的小主人?！皶r(shí)光好比河中水，只能流去不流回”，沒(méi)錯(cuò)，時(shí)間是無(wú)情的，它只會(huì)勇往直前地奔跑，從不后退，無(wú)論你利用了這段時(shí)間，還是浪費(fèi)了這段時(shí)間，它都不讓你去彌補(bǔ)，乃至于一分鐘一秒鐘。

聰明的人珍惜時(shí)間，愚蠢的人浪費(fèi)時(shí)間。有的人懂得時(shí)間就是生命，時(shí)間就是金錢(qián)。我國(guó)偉大的革命家、文學(xué)家——魯迅就是一個(gè)典型的例子。魯迅到理發(fā)店去理發(fā)，理發(fā)師認(rèn)識(shí)魯迅，為魯迅理發(fā)的時(shí)候，特地把魯迅的頭發(fā)理得漂亮一點(diǎn)，當(dāng)然，用的時(shí)間就多了，理發(fā)要一元錢(qián)，付錢(qián)時(shí)，魯迅只付了五角錢(qián)，理發(fā)師疑惑不解，魯迅的理由是：浪費(fèi)我的時(shí)間。魯迅可以為一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的時(shí)間而“斤斤計(jì)較”，然到我們不能嗎？愛(ài)迪生，舉世聞名的發(fā)明家，他特別愛(ài)做實(shí)驗(yàn)，他利用在火車(chē)上賣(mài)報(bào)紙的空閑時(shí)間來(lái)做實(shí)驗(yàn)，在發(fā)明電燈的過(guò)程中，他不分晝夜地工作。要知道，人的一生在歷史的長(zhǎng)河中只是短暫的一瞬間，誰(shuí)不希望在歷史的長(zhǎng)河中留下輝煌。那么，我們應(yīng)該抓住寶貴的時(shí)間，去創(chuàng)造一個(gè)有價(jià)值的人生。海倫〃凱勒說(shuō)得好：把活著的每一天看作

生命的最后一天。

而有的人只知道打發(fā)時(shí)間，俗話說(shuō)：今日的事今日畢。可現(xiàn)在有些學(xué)生只知道玩，把學(xué)習(xí)拋到了九霄云外。當(dāng)然，他們也有屬于他們自己的名言：反正有的是時(shí)間，明日再做也不遲?！懊魅諒?fù)明日，明日何其多。我生待明日，萬(wàn)事成蹉跎”。人的一生當(dāng)中，有多少個(gè)明日，“莫等閑，白了少年頭，空悲切”。是?。　吧賶巡慌?，老大圖傷悲”。到了明天，明天又變成了今天，而每個(gè)今天之后，又有無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)明天，那么，你的承諾什么時(shí)候才能實(shí)現(xiàn)呢？要知道，我們應(yīng)該珍惜組成一生的每一天，生命的價(jià)值就體現(xiàn)在那每一分，每一秒。一寸光陰一寸金，寸金難買(mǎi)寸光陰。抓住今天，你才無(wú)愧于昨天，才回自信地迎接燦爛的明天。愿我們珍惜生命的每一分每一秒，來(lái)創(chuàng)造有價(jià)值的人生。

第三篇：沒(méi)有人可以做到每分每秒都為另一個(gè)人付出愛(ài)美文

昨天跟兩個(gè)高中同學(xué)出去玩兒，因?yàn)槠渲幸粋€(gè)要參加公司年會(huì)，所以我們就先陪她去買(mǎi)衣服。

東試一件，西試一件，我倆一個(gè)幫忙拿外套，一個(gè)幫忙拿包。

在她第三次進(jìn)試衣間的時(shí)候，我倆相視而笑，然后我說(shuō)：“突然明白為什么男人不愛(ài)陪女人逛街了?！?/p>

我跟另一個(gè)人都是上午在公司開(kāi)了一上午的會(huì)，然后約著下午一起出來(lái)的，她不一樣啊。

她們周五還放圣誕節(jié)的假，在家休息半天然后出來(lái)也是精力充沛。

看著我倆靠著商場(chǎng)里的強(qiáng)無(wú)精打采，還說(shuō)我倆現(xiàn)在體力不行了。

那一瞬間突然體會(huì)到了一些戀愛(ài)中男人的感受，女朋友在旁邊或者在微信里blabla的一直說(shuō)話。

但對(duì)方真的忙了一天，不想說(shuō)話，就想放放空，發(fā)發(fā)呆，刷刷手機(jī)，更不想跟你興致勃勃的聊天。

然后女生就要抱怨了，“你怎么不回我微信??？你干嘛呢？你是不是不愛(ài)我了？”

要么就是拿“我愛(ài)你”三個(gè)字威脅對(duì)方。

你愛(ài)我你就應(yīng)該秒回我的信息，你愛(ài)我你就不應(yīng)該淡漠我，你愛(ài)我你就得在我生氣的時(shí)候哄我！

于是就導(dǎo)致了無(wú)數(shù)對(duì)情侶從爭(zhēng)吵走向分手。

平心而論，你要求對(duì)方每分每秒都愛(ài)你，那你能做到時(shí)時(shí)刻刻給對(duì)方相應(yīng)的愛(ài)和關(guān)懷嗎？

你追劇的時(shí)候，也懶得回男朋友信息。

你雙十一零點(diǎn)秒殺的時(shí)候，也把他撂在一旁不管不顧。

你沒(méi)洗頭化妝的手，你也會(huì)拒絕跟他一起吃飯的邀請(qǐng)。

你看，你也不能做到每分每秒都為他供暖，你又怎么能要求他，像太陽(yáng)一樣24小時(shí)隨時(shí)待命呢？

他不是不愛(ài)你，他只是不能每分每秒都表現(xiàn)出愛(ài)你的狀態(tài)。

不然愛(ài)一輩子，擱誰(shuí)誰(shuí)也受不了。

得有張有弛，才能長(zhǎng)久。

他一個(gè)禮拜工作五天，還有一天在家工作，每天工作到凌晨。

剩下那好不容易能休息的一天，他可能更想睡覺(jué)，而不是陪你看愛(ài)情電影。

你腦子里幻想的韓劇里那種百分百美好的愛(ài)情，他一直堅(jiān)持做到，偶爾一次做不到，扣掉一分，你就要大發(fā)雷霆。

小說(shuō)和電影里的男主為女主生為女主死，這一輩子好像除了愛(ài)女主就沒(méi)別的更大的事兒了。

可生活不是電影啊，每個(gè)人都是個(gè)獨(dú)立的個(gè)體，沒(méi)有人是為另一人而生的。

不管是情侶還是夫妻，再親密的關(guān)系終究都是兩個(gè)個(gè)體。

一段感情不可能永遠(yuǎn)處于飽滿(mǎn)狀態(tài)。

收起自己的玻璃心，不要一次不被滿(mǎn)足就覺(jué)得對(duì)方不愛(ài)你。

他有力量愛(ài)你時(shí)，你要享受；他累了沒(méi)有力量愛(ài)你的時(shí)候，你也要學(xué)會(huì)自己給自己供暖，也要給他多一分包容和溫暖。

盡管如此，環(huán)境問(wèn)題仍然嚴(yán)峻，節(jié)能減排、低碳生活迫在眉睫。在哥本哈根氣候大會(huì)上，這一影響人類(lèi)命運(yùn)的問(wèn)題卻遲遲無(wú)法達(dá)成協(xié)議。在生活中，開(kāi)著大排量汽車(chē)，購(gòu)買(mǎi)含氟空調(diào)、冰箱，含磷洗衣粉，夏天把空調(diào)開(kāi)著低溫還一邊裹著被子，日光燈徹夜長(zhǎng)明，水龍頭滴水聲日夜不息......，這些影響環(huán)境的現(xiàn)象屢見(jiàn)不鮮。這是與我們的主張所悖逆的。

如果整個(gè)社會(huì)是大海，每個(gè)人就是一滴水，大海的污染，影響著每一滴水，也需要每一滴水努力幫助凈化污染。美國(guó)總統(tǒng)肯尼迪說(shuō)過(guò)：“不要問(wèn)國(guó)家能為我們做些什么，先要問(wèn)自己能為國(guó)家做些什么?！钡吞忌钚枰巳藚⑴c！
