比賽分為兩個環(huán)節(jié)：第一環(huán)節(jié)分為主持和播音或者配音，選手依次進行展示，限時5分鐘；第二環(huán)節(jié)為才藝展示，選手依次進行展示。在兩輪比賽結束后，評委將從選手的演講內容、流暢程度、語音語調、和表現力幾個方面綜合評分，最后得出今天最后的結果。

2、剩余各隊可申請復活（各隊僅有一次資格），進入復活賽。根據復活賽各隊伍的總成績(包含定題演講，回答問題，即興演講三部分)排名，取前20%左右的隊伍和第一部分確定的隊伍共同進入決賽。
