b.產(chǎn)品肉厚的檢討:主要是考慮產(chǎn)品會(huì)不會(huì)縮水,及縮水是否對(duì)外觀和功能產(chǎn)生影響;c.產(chǎn)品分模線檢討:這部分是比較重要的,因?yàn)槿绻a(chǎn)品的分模線選擇不好,會(huì)造成如下后果:
產(chǎn)品外觀面有明顯分模線
產(chǎn)品毛邊方向影響裝配
導(dǎo)致模具分模面復(fù)雜,使模具難以加工和組配,影響模具壽命
d.倒勾檢討:
如果倒勾是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)人員不小心做上去的,并沒有組配要求,可以要求去掉該倒勾;如果有組配關(guān)系的倒勾,可以考慮改為公母模*破插破,使模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化;
如果用滑塊或斜銷成型,機(jī)構(gòu)是否有安裝空間;
斜銷或滑塊的分模線,客戶是否接受?

2.成品圖上無(wú)特別指示的拔模斜度是否有必要盡可能向客戶要求加大?(公模側(cè)、盜料孔等)
3.公、母模側(cè)二者之離型抵抗力哪一側(cè)較大?可否預(yù)判會(huì)留于所希望之該側(cè)?如非所希望之側(cè)則如何對(duì)策?(公模側(cè)之側(cè)壁是否需要咬花、放電?)
4.分模面、靠破面、插破面等對(duì)公、母模側(cè)之離型抵抗是否確實(shí)加以研判了?
5.成品是否會(huì)被勾往滑塊側(cè)?如何對(duì)策?
6.透明成品(如亞克力、AS等)其拔模斜度是否必要做大一點(diǎn)?
7.懸空之成品、其離型沒問(wèn)題?如何對(duì)策?(擋拉片)
8.隨著拔模斜度的增加(防止離型時(shí)成品拖傷),是否會(huì)造成收縮?如何對(duì)策?
9.澆口之偏置,致樹脂壓對(duì)模仁施以彎曲力短,使模仁傾斜,當(dāng)冷卻工程完了,模腔內(nèi)壓下降后,模仁又彈回原位,到離型時(shí),因過(guò)飽和而造成離型拖傷。
M.頂出:
1.客戶有特別規(guī)定頂出系統(tǒng)?(方式、大小、位置、數(shù)量等)
2.透明成品有無(wú)特別注意其頂出位置?(外觀要求)
3.密閉深盤狀之頂出沒問(wèn)題?(需要空氣頂出?)
4.傾斜頂出時(shí),頂出梢是否必要做防止橫向滑動(dòng)之設(shè)計(jì)?
5.客戶有特別規(guī)定頂出梢可比公模面低凹(成品上是高擊)?
6.客戶有無(wú)針對(duì)局部頂出部位之E.P規(guī)定使用延遲頂出?(防止頂出白化)
7.傾斜頂出塊是否能避免于全頂出行程內(nèi)受到成品之拘束?(此情況下會(huì)影響成品之拘束收縮、變形、拉傷等)
N.特殊加工之有無(wú):
1.咬花加工:
A.咬花之花紋型式及番號(hào)。了解?
B.側(cè)壁之咬花型式、深度等充分了解?所需之側(cè)壁斜度足夠?
C.咬花范圍明示了?
D.各部位之咬花型式,番號(hào)是一種或二種以上?
E.薄肉厚處是否壁免咬花了?(拖花和色澤不均)
F.公模側(cè)之咬花或放電花之區(qū)域會(huì)反映至成品表面上,而致使該部位之表面粗糙及產(chǎn)生不同色澤?G.咬花后要施以何種噴吵處理(光澤處理)?

1.與同機(jī)種他部品之配合尺寸公差是否沒問(wèn)題?
(尤其要注意拔模斜度對(duì)他部品所產(chǎn)生之影響。)
2.拆模線是否適切?
3.配合部位之公差是否特別留意?毛邊及毛刺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?
P.其它:
1.肉厚不平均之處會(huì)不會(huì)造成表面色澤變化、不均?(咬花后亦然)
2.成品之變形、翹曲等充分檢討對(duì)策了?
3.成品圖上無(wú)指示之拔模斜度(通常要求的很小)有必要向客戶建議做大一點(diǎn)?
(特別是透明成品)
4.成品圖上有銳角之處是否有必要做成R?(特別是成品之表面外觀)
5.成品內(nèi)側(cè)(公模側(cè))之RIB、BOSS等之根元,是否按客戶圖面上所指示做R?(一般成成品圖上注明”未指示的R做?R”)。但是必須注意是否會(huì)影響到與他成品間之配合問(wèn)題。Q.加工上之問(wèn)題點(diǎn):
1.形狀是否可加工得出來(lái)?
2.成品表面之模仁線可取得客戶的同意?
3.仿削、NC、線切割、EDM等之加工是否有無(wú)困難?
4.RIB處要做模仁時(shí),因應(yīng)加工上之考慮,是否必要建議移動(dòng)RIB?
5.BOSS徑、模仁梢Φ徑是否強(qiáng)度夠?
第四篇:開模,試模及檢討幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)
1.開模前后及試模前準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng):
● 開模報(bào)價(jià)前要向廠商規(guī)定,模具材質(zhì)、何種水口?● 模具開模后要馬上開始著手準(zhǔn)備送色板給客戶確認(rèn)。
● 開模后要與廠商排定開模時(shí)程計(jì)劃表,按計(jì)劃表到模廠追蹤模具進(jìn)度,若有進(jìn)度耽擱要馬上向上級(jí)反應(yīng)。
● 當(dāng)采購(gòu)發(fā)出模具之合同后,要與模具廠商討論水口位置及進(jìn)膠之形式。
● 開模后要在最短之時(shí)間內(nèi)取得模具排位圖及模具尺寸?!?試模前十天要根據(jù)客戶需求樣品數(shù)及B.O.M上之部品逐項(xiàng)核對(duì),若有欠
缺必須聯(lián)絡(luò)相關(guān)部門在最短之時(shí)間補(bǔ)足。
● 有必要時(shí),得在七天前通知塑膠廠準(zhǔn)備經(jīng)確認(rèn)顏色之塑料?!?在試模前必需通知模具廠,在不影響功能之位置,打上穴號(hào)。
2.試模時(shí)注意事項(xiàng):
● 務(wù)必要求啤機(jī)師傅做到不缺膠、不縮水。
● 取最少六啤完整之塑料件回廠檢討。
● 試模時(shí)要塑膠廠保留至少一組含水口之塑料件備用。
● 若有外觀要噴油之部品,在第二次試模時(shí)便要取最佳狀態(tài)之塑料件,做
為制作噴油模之用(至少要在連續(xù)啤出完整之外型后算起第10模到15模,此時(shí)之前模必須是不再修改之狀態(tài))。
3.模具檢討時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)
● 必需將所有不同穴號(hào)之部品作交叉組合。
● 必需把所有相關(guān)之電子部品納入,一起組合檢查。● 所有線材或五金部品規(guī)格要與部品表相同。
● 在鎖螺絲之前所有部品是否有被定位?
● 鎖螺絲時(shí)是否容易滑絲?
● 是否有縮水之現(xiàn)象?
● 可活動(dòng)件與相鄰物件之間隙是否小于5mm大于13mm?● 水口之位置是否適當(dāng)?
● 組合后是否有段差之現(xiàn)象?
● 需要做滑動(dòng)或轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)之部品是否有干涉之現(xiàn)象?
● 組合后是否有松動(dòng)之現(xiàn)象?
● 在外部可見之塑料件可否承受5kg以上之力道?
● 是否有會(huì)刺手之處?
● 部品配合時(shí)松緊度適當(dāng)否?
● 是否有缺膠之處?
● 是否有變形之處?
● 是否有披鋒之處?
● 是否有頂白之處?
● 是否有模具結(jié)構(gòu)脆弱之處?
● 是否有塑料結(jié)構(gòu)脆弱之處?
● 是否有孔位或輪軸偏心之現(xiàn)象?
● 螺絲柱位有否到位?
● 有段落感之部品其力道是否適當(dāng)?
● 當(dāng)決定要如何修改時(shí),必須要制作Mock-UP驗(yàn)證正確性?!?有否給電子部門及外包部門至少一套試模品,請(qǐng)其協(xié)助提供意見?
● 有否給品管部門至少一套試模部品及組裝好成品,給其檢驗(yàn)各部品及組
裝之合理性,并作各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)后請(qǐng)其協(xié)助提供意見?● 寄樣品給客人時(shí)要附上試模檢討報(bào)告。

1.和滑塊干涉的倒勾請(qǐng)加料填平至滑塊可以順利滑動(dòng)

19.GATE做在此處的話.蓋子打開后看不到GATE的修剪部位
(The gate mark is not visual if the gate position is design like it.)
20.如果GATE一定要做在你們指定的位置的話,那還不如做在這一側(cè),這樣的話還可以減小這個(gè)位置的縮水
(If you insist that the gate position have to be as original design then we would further recommend to have it to the area where indicate as it can avoid shrink problem in this area.)
21.在此處GATE做潛頂針的話,背后的外觀面會(huì)有沖料痕,而且成品又是黑色的,會(huì)最明顯
