我在一家外企上班，雖然同事都是中國(guó)人但領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層大多是老外，我的讀寫(xiě)還行但口語(yǔ)不好，沒(méi)有信心和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)直接交流，也就浪費(fèi)了很多升職的機(jī)會(huì)。
