大學(xué)英語

08/09學(xué)年教學(xué)與管理安排

按照外語學(xué)院大學(xué)英語教研室期中教學(xué)、教務(wù)會議精神，和近期各學(xué)院及師生對教學(xué)反映。我們對大學(xué)英語08/09學(xué)年教學(xué)與管理作如下安排：

1、06級“英語視聽說”教材使用《新世紀(jì)大學(xué)英語視聽說》（上海外語教育出版社）第3、4冊。上課地點：各語言實驗室。

2、在07級“綜合英語”和“口語”課程中增加授課內(nèi)容：“翻譯和寫作”；翻譯教材使用毛榮貴教授編寫的《新世紀(jì)大學(xué)英漢翻譯教程》（上海交通大學(xué)出版社）。每周課型設(shè)計：“綜合英語”2節(jié)+“口語+翻譯和寫作”2節(jié)。

3、08年級普通本科（除音樂、體育、美術(shù)類本科外）教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)細(xì)述如下：

1）、普通本科繼續(xù)實施網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)。對新生入學(xué)時進(jìn)行分班教學(xué)，分A、B、C三種類型。分班原則：浙江省考生按照高考分?jǐn)?shù)分班，外省新生按照A班占1/4，B班占1/2，C班占1/4的比例，將學(xué)生劃入各模塊教學(xué)班。所用教材與07級相同。不過教學(xué)計劃應(yīng)重新編寫，選擇合適的章節(jié)授課。期末統(tǒng)一出卷。

2）、在“口語”課中增加與專業(yè)和時事相關(guān)的口語練習(xí)內(nèi)容，任課教師協(xié)作編寫口語練習(xí)教材，教學(xué)過程應(yīng)體現(xiàn)地方性綜合大學(xué)的特點。同時落實課內(nèi)“快速閱讀”練習(xí)。

3）、音樂、體育、美術(shù)類本科學(xué)生按照傳統(tǒng)行政班級教學(xué)，每周4節(jié)課。教材使用上海外語教育出版社全新版大學(xué)英語預(yù)備級（底起點+高起點）和綜合教程第一、二冊全套（綜合英語、閱讀、視聽說、快速閱讀）。期末統(tǒng)一出卷。

4）、08專生本的班級按照教學(xué)行政班級，不參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊教學(xué)班。教材使用大學(xué)英語全新版第3、4冊的“綜合英語”、“閱讀”、“視聽說”、“快速閱讀”。每周4節(jié)課。時間1學(xué)年，期末單獨出卷。

5）08學(xué)前?？啤?8體育高職按照教學(xué)行政班級教學(xué)教材使用大學(xué)英語全新版預(yù)備級（底起點+高起點）“綜合英語”、“閱讀”、“視聽說”、“快速閱讀”。每周4節(jié)課。時間1學(xué)年，期末單獨出卷。

4、認(rèn)真總結(jié)一年來網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)改革，努力撰寫教學(xué)科研論文。教研室將對諸如論文版面費給以適度補貼。

根據(jù)一年來大學(xué)英語口語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀。為確保08年級網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)改革，經(jīng)核實應(yīng)增加多媒體大學(xué)英語口語教室如下：

茶山南校區(qū)：1個（原3個）

請教務(wù)處、現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)中心與外語學(xué)院合作討論有關(guān)事項。

第二篇：英語大學(xué)

國家定向培養(yǎng)計劃少數(shù)民族高層次骨干人才攻讀

碩士學(xué)位研究生(應(yīng)屆考生)定向協(xié)議書

甲方(培養(yǎng)單位)： 北京外國語大學(xué)

乙方(定向省、自治區(qū)、直轄市教育行政部門)：丙方(定向生本人)：

根據(jù)2008年《少數(shù)民族高層次骨干人才計劃》招生管理辦法，就丙方攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生事宜，甲、乙、丙三方經(jīng)協(xié)商達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：

一、甲方為乙方錄取丙方為2007年專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生。

二、甲方根據(jù)《普通高等學(xué)校學(xué)生管理規(guī)定》對丙方進(jìn)行管理，按培養(yǎng)方案對丙方進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。甲方向丙方發(fā)放碩士研究生普通獎學(xué)金。丙方學(xué)習(xí)期滿、符合碩士研究生畢業(yè)條件，甲方準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，符合碩士學(xué)位授予條件，甲方授予碩士學(xué)位。丙方學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束離校后，甲方可將丙方的畢業(yè)證書、碩士期間檔案等一并直接寄送乙方。

三、丙方黨、團(tuán)組織關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)入基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)學(xué)校，基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)結(jié)業(yè)考核合格后轉(zhuǎn)入甲方，丙方在甲方的學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束后，丙方必須回到乙方所在省、自治區(qū)、直轄市就業(yè)。且服務(wù)年限不得少于5年。乙方負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)丙方就業(yè)。

四、丙方必須遵守學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定等各項規(guī)章制度，按時完成學(xué)業(yè)。丙方在校期間若受警告、記過、留校察看等處分，由甲方通知乙方。丙方中途退學(xué)、受開除學(xué)籍處分，或因其他原因不宜繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)，由甲方依據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定處理。丙方在學(xué)期間欲變動學(xué)籍（休學(xué)、延期畢業(yè)等），須提供乙方的同意證明，否則不予辦理。

五、丙方第一學(xué)年須到教育部指定的基礎(chǔ)強化培訓(xùn)基地進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，考核合格后方可進(jìn)入甲方繼續(xù)碩士學(xué)位培養(yǎng)階段學(xué)習(xí)。

六、本協(xié)議一式三份，經(jīng)甲、乙、丙三方簽字并蓋公章后，自丙方取得正式學(xué)籍（到民族碩士基礎(chǔ)強化培訓(xùn)基地報到）之日起生效。甲、乙、丙三方各持有一份，按本協(xié)議執(zhí)行全部條款。

七、違約情形及處理

丙方有以下情況，乙方有權(quán)追究其相應(yīng)的違約責(zé)任：

畢業(yè)后未按本協(xié)議去定向省、自治區(qū)、直轄市工作的，應(yīng)在違約處理決定公布后1個月內(nèi)，一次性向乙方退還所享受的免費教育經(jīng)費、普通獎學(xué)金，并繳納該費用50％的違約金。

八、未盡事宜，由甲、乙、丙三方分別簽訂補充協(xié)議。
