當(dāng)涉及到用英語(yǔ)為全球商務(wù)寫email的時(shí)候，需要考慮其他一些因素。非母語(yǔ)的寫作人士常常為了避免犯錯(cuò)誤而寫的過(guò)度簡(jiǎn)潔，從而導(dǎo)致不能完全表達(dá)意思。而且，如果您帶有格式的消息是經(jīng)過(guò)手持設(shè)備傳送的話（比如黑莓或者智能手機(jī)），字體，顏色，句點(diǎn)，斜體字，下劃線，粗體這些可能丟失，從而導(dǎo)致消息可能無(wú)法被理解。

我們當(dāng)然可以粗略的提供大綱，但這里我們需要的是補(bǔ)充。homonyms are words that have the same sound and sometimes the same spelling as another but whose meanings is different.they can confuse native english and non-ne writers alike.but let’s just take a look here at two words that are frequently confused.同音同形詞有一樣的發(fā)音一樣的拼寫，但是意義完全不一樣。他們同樣可以使母語(yǔ)英語(yǔ)者和非母語(yǔ)英語(yǔ)者感到迷惑。現(xiàn)在我們來(lái)看下我們經(jīng)?；煜膬蓚€(gè)字。they are: principal: an adjective generally meaning first in importance;also a noun meaning a chief or senior person;can also mean an original sum of money for investment.它們分別是：

If I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance（毅力）more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient.If we want light, we must conquer darkness.perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results.“There are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.”

If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention;I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand.I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once.The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough.I often hear grown-up people say “I could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory.I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion.It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately;but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble.It only needs early cultivation to become a power.If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side.Life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, I smile back upon you;but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.Inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it.“who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”
