活動目標(biāo)

1、會獨(dú)立閱讀圖書，能用完整連貫的語言講述圖書內(nèi)容，養(yǎng)成正確地閱讀習(xí)慣。

2、學(xué)會專注地傾聽同伴講話，學(xué)習(xí)別人的談話經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3、明辨是非，學(xué)習(xí)書中正義、勇敢、善良、聰明的人物。

活動準(zhǔn)備

1、幼兒自帶喜歡的圖書，2、請家長在家中指導(dǎo)幼兒講述圖書內(nèi)容。

3、教師了解幼兒平時閱讀圖書的情況，鼓勵幼兒多看圖書。

4、準(zhǔn)備寫有“我是圖書朋友”的圖書胸飾，投影儀

活動過程

一、設(shè)談話情景，引出話題。

1、你喜歡看圖書嗎？（喜歡）

2、你看過哪些圖書？（《西游記》、《寶蓮燈》、《葫蘆娃》、《小紅帽》、《奧特曼》等

二、引導(dǎo)幼兒以“我最喜歡的圖書”為題進(jìn)行談話

1、請幼兒自由結(jié)伴交流

師：剛才我們小朋友說的這些圖書，老師也看過，老師也覺得非常好看，不過，在那么多的書里面，一定有一本是你最喜歡看的，你能把你最喜歡看的書介紹給大家，并告訴大家為什么喜歡它嗎？

2、鼓勵大家面對集體，利用投影儀，講述自己最喜歡的圖書內(nèi)容，對表述能力較弱的幼兒，教師可用插話的方式補(bǔ)充、整理，也可讓幼兒他們重復(fù)講述，鍛煉說話的勇氣。

三、幼兒討論如何正確閱讀圖書。

師：老師知道小朋友最喜歡看圖書了，所以特意請來了一位圖書朋友，這位圖書朋友知道我們班的.小朋友最喜歡看圖書了，所以他也很想和我們大（3）班的小朋友做個好朋友，他有許多話想告訴我們，你們想聽它說嗎？

出示圖書朋友的胸飾“小朋友，你們好，我知道大（3）班的小朋友最喜歡和我們圖書做好朋友了，我們圖書家族也非常喜歡你們，但是有一點(diǎn)我想告訴小朋友，你們在圖書的海洋里學(xué)知識、學(xué)本領(lǐng)的同時也要保護(hù)自己的身體，如眼睛不能和書本離的太近，需保持一尺的距離，在太陽光底下不能來找我做朋友，走路的時候更不可以來和我做朋友，時間不能看的太久。知道了嗎？嘔，還有一點(diǎn)，我的一些朋友他們也很想來大（3）認(rèn)識一下你們，可是因?yàn)樗麄兩眢w不太好，今天來不了了，因?yàn)橛幸恍┬∨笥褯]有好好愛護(hù)他們，我的這些家族朋友有的兩個書角都被卷起來了，有的還被一些頑皮的孩子撕壞了，請小朋友呆會兒去給他們看看病，等他們病好了，下次就會出來和你們做好朋友了。

大家好！

今天我演講的題目是《我喜歡我付出》。

時間過的真快，轉(zhuǎn)眼間，參加工作五年了，在這五年里，我經(jīng)歷了人生中最美好的事情，從畢業(yè)到工作、結(jié)婚、生子。漫漫長路，一路走來，有困惑、有驚喜、有失敗、也有成功。五年的辛勤耕耘，五年的默默守望，讓我深深的喜愛著，教師這一平凡而又神圣的職業(yè)。在我剛畢業(yè)的時候，被分配到了我鎮(zhèn)的一所村小，初來之時，一切都很陌生，但老教師們的熱情讓我立刻融入到了這個大家庭，孩子們真誠的目光讓我找到了自己的人生目標(biāo)。從踏上三尺講臺的第一天，我便有一個執(zhí)著的信念：全身心投入到教育事業(yè)，努力工作，不斷進(jìn)取，用自己飽滿的熱情和愛心，認(rèn)真教好每一個孩子，讓每一位家長放心。

不知不覺四年過去了，暮然回首，盡在酸甜苦辣中，特別是懷孕期間，每天都在崎嶇不平的路上來回顛簸，直到臨產(chǎn)前幾天才休假，那時正好是暑假考試，我沒有因此給孩子們耽誤一節(jié)課，雖然累但我內(nèi)心無愧于學(xué)生和家長。修完產(chǎn)假的第一個學(xué)期更累，既要每天上班，又要回家照看孩子，家與學(xué)校將近十里的路程，每天兩個來回，無論刮風(fēng)還是下雨，無論晴天還是陰天，一如既往，要問我累嗎？我會說我很累，有時都堅(jiān)持不下去了，記得有一次下大雨，才走到離學(xué)校一半時，電動車就壞了，只能推車去學(xué)校，到校全身濕透了；有一段時

間高溫三十七八度，午后兩點(diǎn)多正是一天中最熱的時候，而我每天這個時候，從家里頂著烈日往學(xué)校趕，路上幾乎看不到行人，只要有車輛從我身邊路過，我都會害怕，擔(dān)心會不會是搶劫的，每當(dāng)這時我就提高警惕想出種種對付的方法；為了工作，為了家庭，我就這樣一天一天的奔波著，并且努力讓自己做到更好，最后54個孩子也帶給了我驚喜，考取了全鎮(zhèn)第一和第六的好成績，為此我掉下了幸福的淚，所有的辛苦隨之而去。四年里我用自己的實(shí)際行動踐行著教師的職責(zé)。

四年之后，由于工作需要我來到了現(xiàn)在的學(xué)校。來到這里，我覺得自己又重新回到了起跑線上，我對自己說：努力做好本職工作，腳踏實(shí)地、堅(jiān)定不移的走好每一步，做一個讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)省心，讓家長放心，讓孩子喜歡的好老師。

我接手的是二年級，第一次進(jìn)教室，孩子們就告訴我，我是他們的第六個語文老師，可能由于這個原因，這個班紀(jì)律很差，沒有良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，有時我進(jìn)教室?guī)追昼娏?，他們還在吵吵鬧鬧，我想這樣可不行，得想辦法改變現(xiàn)狀，于是連續(xù)給他們開了幾次班會，做了一系列的規(guī)范要求。在第一次寫作業(yè)有三個孩子沒有作業(yè)本，了解情況后我又找了新作業(yè)本給他們，并和藹地告訴他們：老師希望每次都能看到你們的作業(yè)，能做到嗎？他們爽快的答應(yīng)了，看著他們真誠的眼神，我相信他們能做到。從這以后每次批作業(yè)我都會格外留意這三個孩子的，雖然寫的不好，但至少能夠保證每次完成，這應(yīng)該就是進(jìn)步。

自從要求使用鼓勵性評價語，我都會認(rèn)真的對待每一個孩子的每一次作業(yè)，并能從作業(yè)中找出優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行針對性的評價，以前一節(jié)課能批完一次全班寫的作業(yè)，現(xiàn)在得用三節(jié)課甚至更多的時間。為此，過年的時候還收到一位家長發(fā)來的短信，對我為她女兒批的作業(yè)向我致謝。其實(shí)，這不是目的，我的目的是希望每一個孩子能夠從我的批語里面得到幫助或啟示，這樣我的付出就沒有白費(fèi)。

曾經(jīng)看過這樣一句話：“每一個孩子，都是一個天使，無論是安靜聽話還是調(diào)皮搗蛋的，他們的眼神都在渴盼，渴盼愛的陽光灑在他們身上?！苯處熓翘枺瑦坌木褪顷柟?，如果我的學(xué)生是蜜蜂，我甘當(dāng)被采蜜的花朵;如果我的學(xué)生是花朵，我愿做護(hù)花的綠葉;如果我的學(xué)生是幼苗，我一定當(dāng)好稱職的園丁。因?yàn)槲蚁矚g所以我樂意付出。
