獲獎(jiǎng)感言
尊敬的各位校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、同學(xué)們:
大家好!
我是來自機(jī)制0802班的李博,很高興能作為我系獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者的代表在此發(fā)言。能獲得學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,首先,要感謝學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師對(duì)我的栽培和鼓勵(lì)。感謝家人,朋友,同學(xué)們對(duì)我的幫助和支持。正是有了你們大家的關(guān)心與支持,我才能取得今天的成績(jī)。在這個(gè)莊重的表彰大會(huì)上,我的內(nèi)心充滿了激動(dòng)與自豪,有一份喜悅與鼓舞,也有一份壓力。喜悅的是自己可以為父母減輕一些經(jīng)濟(jì)上的負(fù)擔(dān),喜悅的是沒有辜負(fù)老師辛勤的付出。感到壓力的是拿到學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金并是結(jié)果而是開始,他更多 意味著的是 未來的責(zé)任,感激,回報(bào),進(jìn)取和希望!
我來自河北保定市的一個(gè)平常農(nóng)民之家,父母是是用心情汗水賺取微薄收入的農(nóng)民,我的家庭沒有給予我厚實(shí)的財(cái)富,但卻給了我改變命運(yùn)的品質(zhì)。父母賺錢的艱辛使我深深地體會(huì)到學(xué)習(xí)是知識(shí)更新的階梯,只有知識(shí)才能改變命運(yùn),只有努力才能擁有美好的未來。父母教會(huì)我更加珍惜這來之不易的生活,所以不論在學(xué)習(xí)還是在生活中,我都嚴(yán)格要求自己,努力做好每一件事,不斷奮進(jìn)拼搏。因?yàn)槲疑钌畹刂?,機(jī)遇只會(huì)給那些有準(zhǔn)備的人,每一分成功的背后都有辛勤的汗水。入學(xué)一年多來,我在各方面都有不少的收獲。學(xué)習(xí)上力爭(zhēng)第一,每次都獲得一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,曾獲得國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、“院校級(jí)三好學(xué)生”等榮譽(yù)。
“成功的花人們只驚羨她現(xiàn)時(shí)的美麗,而當(dāng)初的芽,卻浸透了奮斗的淚泉,灑滿了犧牲的血雨?!蔽覀兠總€(gè)人都渴望成功,那么我們就應(yīng)該在剛剛起步的時(shí)候,用無(wú)悔的付出,去澆灌那剛剛萌芽的種子,我堅(jiān)信“一分耕耘,一分收獲”,只有付出,才會(huì)有收獲。
雖然獲得了獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,但我深知,我所取得的成績(jī)實(shí)在是微不足道的,“雄關(guān)漫道真如鐵,而今邁步從頭越”,不能代表將來,不管曾經(jīng)取得怎樣的榮譽(yù)和成績(jī),只能說明過去,不能代表將來,掌聲終究會(huì)消失,奮斗的腳步還要繼續(xù),站在新的起點(diǎn)上,我將會(huì)一如既往的不斷努力,全面提高自己各方面的素質(zhì)。以飽滿的熱情積極的心態(tài),以及高度的責(zé)任心去面對(duì)每一件事。扎實(shí)學(xué)好專業(yè)知識(shí),廣泛涉獵,團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué),樂于助人,虛心的向同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),與老師同學(xué)多交流,百尺竿頭更進(jìn)一步。
大學(xué)就是人生的一個(gè)課程,在這個(gè)課堂上我們都要慢慢的長(zhǎng)大成人,這個(gè)過程是非常艱辛的,只要不迷失自己的人生航向,終究會(huì)駛向彼岸的。
‘路漫漫其修遠(yuǎn)兮,吾將上下而求索”,昨天和今天的榮譽(yù),隨時(shí)間的前行而終將成為歷史,只有學(xué)習(xí)才能代表未來。獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金對(duì)我們每個(gè)人來說是一種榮譽(yù),是對(duì)自己曾經(jīng)努力的肯定,又是一種激勵(lì)和鞭策和對(duì)自己將來奮斗的期望。我終將踐行優(yōu)秀的學(xué)習(xí)作風(fēng),在今后的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活中,不畏困難和挫折,不斷努力,不斷奮勇向前。
最后,我衷心的祝愿學(xué)院各領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師身體健康,家庭幸福,祝愿全體同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)步,天天向上!同時(shí)祝愿機(jī)電學(xué)院的明天會(huì)更加輝煌燦爛。

August 1963, at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington D.C.I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation.This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves, who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice.It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free.One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination.One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity.One hundred years later, the Negro is still languished in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land.And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check.When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked 'insufficient funds.'
But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt.We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.And so we have come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of Now.This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy.Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment.This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality.Nineteen sixty-three is not an end but a beginning.Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual.There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice.In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds.Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.We must ever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline.We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence.Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny.And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.We cannot walk alone.And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.We cannot turn back.There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, 'When will you be satisfied?' We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality.We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities.We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote.No, no, we are not satisfied and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations.Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells.Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecutions and staggered by the winds of police brutality.You have been the veterans of creative suffering.Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream.It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal.I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.I have a dream today!
I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification;one day right down in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.I have a dream today!I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, and every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.

My country 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing.Land where my fathers died, land of the Pilgrim's pride, From every mountainside, let freedom ring!
And if America is to be a great nation, this must become true.And so let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire.Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York.Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania.Let freedom ring from the snow-capped Rockies of Colorado.Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California.But not only that:
Let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia.Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee.Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi.From every mountainside, let freedom ring.And when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual:
Free at last!free at last!
Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!

黨的好兒女——黃來興
他是一位企業(yè)家,也是一位黨員。
他是“杭州市勞動(dòng)模范”,“杭州市優(yōu)秀黨員”,“全國(guó)機(jī)械工業(yè)勞動(dòng)模范”。
他被浙江省人民政府授予為“浙江省優(yōu)秀中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)者”。
他就是現(xiàn)任亞太機(jī)電集團(tuán)有限公司黨委書記、董事長(zhǎng)——黃來興爺爺。
黃來興爺爺入黨已經(jīng)有26個(gè)年頭了,算起來也是一位老黨員了。作為黨員他是積極的。他1959年參加工作,不斷用馬列主義、毛澤東思想等先進(jìn)思想武器武裝自己,努力向共產(chǎn)黨員隊(duì)伍靠攏,在工作中勤奮務(wù)實(shí),恪盡職守,受到了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好評(píng)。1985年6月,黃來興爺爺光榮的成為一名共產(chǎn)黨員。想起當(dāng)年站在黨旗下宣誓的情景,黃來興爺爺至今還激動(dòng)不已。他說:“那時(shí)心里別提有多高興,多激動(dòng)了。想著自己終于成為了一名光榮的共產(chǎn)黨員,連走路都特別帶勁,工作也更有激情了?!?/p>
共產(chǎn)黨員的光榮稱號(hào)并沒有成為黃來興爺爺學(xué)習(xí)的進(jìn)步的終點(diǎn)。入黨后,黃來興爺爺沒有放松在思想理論方面的學(xué)習(xí),而是本著“思想決定發(fā)展”的觀點(diǎn),更進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了學(xué)習(xí)的力度,除了認(rèn)真組織,參加集中學(xué)習(xí),還利用業(yè)余時(shí)間閱讀黨刊,黨報(bào),至今都保留著入黨以來的集中學(xué)習(xí)筆記和個(gè)人的讀書筆記。黃來興爺爺說:“正是這種對(duì)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)思想理論的學(xué)習(xí),才讓自己樹立了正確的世界觀,人生觀,培養(yǎng)了敏銳的政治敏感性?!?/p>
作為黨員,他是模范的。黃來興爺爺1959年擔(dān)任蕭山汽車制動(dòng)器廠(亞太公司前身)廠長(zhǎng)以來,一直很重視公司的黨建工作。亞太公司1980年就設(shè)立黨支部,1992年成立了黨委,1989年5月成立團(tuán)組織,成為了民營(yíng)企業(yè)黨群建設(shè)的領(lǐng)頭羊。不僅如此,黃來興爺爺特別支持黨委開展活動(dòng),在時(shí)間上,空間上,經(jīng)費(fèi)上總是能給予滿足。亞太集團(tuán)的黨員是幸福的,因?yàn)樗麄兠磕甓紩?huì)開展豐富多彩的活動(dòng):七一紅色歌曲演唱會(huì),邀請(qǐng)省委黨校名師來公司上黨課,革命根據(jù)地實(shí)地考察,組織黨員義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血,黨員政治生日談話等活動(dòng)。活動(dòng)上,黃來興爺爺爭(zhēng)取都到場(chǎng),還親自組織召開全體黨員學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)模范活動(dòng)。正是他的這些關(guān)心支持和以身作則,集團(tuán)黨委每年都有申請(qǐng)入黨的有志青年,年年有積極分子列入考察對(duì)象,年年發(fā)展黨員。至今,亞太集團(tuán)黨委已發(fā)展黨員223名,不僅如此,這些黨員經(jīng)過實(shí)踐鍛煉已大多成了各個(gè)部門的骨干,有些已成為公司高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。正因?yàn)橛悬S來興爺爺這樣優(yōu)秀的共產(chǎn)黨員才帶動(dòng)了身邊許多的人加入到這支先進(jìn)的隊(duì)伍中來,真正起到了黨員的模范帶頭作用。
作為黨員,他是成功的。黃來興爺爺接手蕭山汽車制動(dòng)器廠(亞太公司前身)時(shí),該廠瀕臨倒閉,百?gòu)U待興。面對(duì)困難并沒有讓他氣餒。通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)查,而且克服了種種困難,在1980年至1984年的五年時(shí)間里,企業(yè)產(chǎn)值增長(zhǎng)95%,利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)95.3%。此后亞太有了更快更大的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品鏈也更加完整,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)份額達(dá)到了25%。1998年,企業(yè)完成了經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制的轉(zhuǎn)換,一個(gè)產(chǎn)權(quán)明晰,管理科學(xué),更具活力的亞太展現(xiàn)在人們面前。近30年來,亞太在黃來興的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下已發(fā)展成為集實(shí)業(yè)投資,車輛配件,交通設(shè)施于一體的大型企業(yè)集團(tuán),國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)高新技術(shù)企業(yè),是全國(guó)最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力500強(qiáng)大集團(tuán)企業(yè)之一。企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的“湘湖”“APG”牌汽車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品榮獲中國(guó)名牌和浙江省著名商標(biāo)。2005年自主研發(fā)并產(chǎn)業(yè)化的汽車防抱制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)(ABS)榮獲汽車工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng),打破了該產(chǎn)品由國(guó)外壟斷的格局。2006年公司實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售10.04億元,利稅1億元。在企業(yè)不斷壯大的同時(shí),黃來興爺爺始終不忘回報(bào)社會(huì)。2002年至今,企業(yè)回報(bào)社會(huì)的總款項(xiàng)達(dá)到680多萬(wàn)元,扶貧助殘,架橋鋪路,希望工程等等,黃來興爺爺一馬當(dāng)先,當(dāng)仁不讓,為此企業(yè)被授予“浙江省愛心企業(yè)”稱號(hào)。
黃來興爺爺就是這樣一個(gè)處處以黨員干部的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己。在我們的社會(huì)中,還有千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)個(gè)這樣的好黨員,默默地為社會(huì)作著貢獻(xiàn)。今天,站在這里,我想代表全體小學(xué)生向他們致以崇高的敬意,他們是我們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣,是我們前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力源泉。我相信以后的我們就是今天的他們,我們也一定會(huì)做一個(gè)對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人,用我們的實(shí)際行動(dòng)來回報(bào)這個(gè)養(yǎng)育我們的社會(huì)。

班組是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的最小生產(chǎn)單位,班組管理是生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)管理中的基礎(chǔ),班組長(zhǎng)作為連接中層管理與基層員工的橋梁,在企業(yè)組織中具有舉足輕重的作用。優(yōu)秀班組建設(shè)是企業(yè)提升管理效率的重要手段。他不但要管物、管事,還要管人。在實(shí)際工作中,經(jīng)營(yíng)層的決策做得再好,如果沒有班組長(zhǎng)的有力支持和密切配合,沒有一批領(lǐng)導(dǎo)得力的班組長(zhǎng)來組織開展工作,那么經(jīng)營(yíng)層的政策就很難落實(shí)。所以,越來越多的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者意識(shí)到:班組長(zhǎng)建設(shè)是提升企業(yè)管理水平的重要部分。一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的班組長(zhǎng)是企業(yè)不可或缺的人力資源。
杜金虎作為一名班長(zhǎng),半年來積極響應(yīng)工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的號(hào)召,帶領(lǐng)班內(nèi)員工搞好班組建設(shè)、提高班組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理水平。主要做了以下幾項(xiàng)工作:
一、自覺加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí),提高個(gè)人素質(zhì)。首先,自覺加強(qiáng)政治理論學(xué)習(xí),認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和貫企業(yè)文化理念,樹立社會(huì)主義榮辱觀精神,進(jìn)而提高自己的政治素質(zhì),保證自己在思想和行為上始終與黨保持一致。其次,在業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)方面,他虛心向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和隊(duì)內(nèi)工程技術(shù)人員請(qǐng)教,通過多看多問多聽多想和多做,使自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平更上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。為了不斷提高自己的理論水平,他積極參與通風(fēng)隊(duì)技術(shù)革新制定和修改,利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)瓦檢工和放炮工基本理論知識(shí),讓理論更好地為實(shí)踐服務(wù)。
二、踏實(shí)肯干,努力干好自己的本職工作。提高員工對(duì)加強(qiáng)班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。他認(rèn)為生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分,是企業(yè)管理素質(zhì)的集中表現(xiàn)。通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的好壞,即可判斷出企業(yè)的廣大職員的素質(zhì)和管理水平,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的可信賴程度,企業(yè)可協(xié)作程度。而班組又是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的前沿陣地,所以,提高企業(yè)的班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理水平是企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的需要。
三、加強(qiáng)民主管理。生產(chǎn)期間,定期召開民主生活會(huì),要求全班職工都要積極提出 一些合理化建議,充分發(fā)揮民主監(jiān)督作用。對(duì)班組員工提出的合理化建議進(jìn)行整改,如:井下員工進(jìn)行對(duì)接風(fēng)筒作業(yè)時(shí),由于沒有防護(hù)裝置,為防止員工在作業(yè)時(shí)受到傷害,他立即組織對(duì)這項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造,通過增加扶梯等設(shè)施,保障工人在高處作業(yè)的安全。這項(xiàng)工作得到了工區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的極大好評(píng)。
四、建立現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理制度和檢查考評(píng)制度。對(duì)班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行規(guī)范化管理,使班組工作進(jìn)入有序管理的狀態(tài),包括:生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、加強(qiáng)班組內(nèi)部基礎(chǔ)管理,建立各類基礎(chǔ)管理臺(tái)帳、報(bào)表制度及工序獎(jiǎng)懲考核辦法、建立健全班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理規(guī)章制度。從班組實(shí)際出發(fā),選擇好突破口,有計(jì)劃地解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理中存在的突出問題;針對(duì)班組生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的各種作業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,尋求最經(jīng)濟(jì)、最有效的作業(yè)程序和作業(yè)方法,定期對(duì)實(shí)施結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),不斷推動(dòng)班組工作的步步深入。
在杜金虎同志的盡心努力下,通風(fēng)隊(duì)一班在半年多的時(shí)間里,取得了整體性的改革,從員工的個(gè)人素質(zhì)到所管理地區(qū)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平,都取得了顯著的成績(jī),為工區(qū)的“一通三防”工作做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn),在他的帶領(lǐng)下,通風(fēng)隊(duì)一班將走的更穩(wěn)、更遠(yuǎn)。
自通風(fēng)隊(duì)成立以來,一班在隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,新任班長(zhǎng)杜金虎與全班職工團(tuán)結(jié)一致,統(tǒng)一思想,以安全為核心,以質(zhì)量管理為重點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持團(tuán)結(jié)與協(xié)作相結(jié)合,分工明確,責(zé)任到人,出色地完成隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。
一班是通風(fēng)隊(duì)三個(gè)主力班組之一,本班現(xiàn)有職工37名。一年來,該班負(fù)責(zé)#在9煤七采區(qū)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理。始終堅(jiān)持“以人為本”的安全生產(chǎn)理念,#堅(jiān)持從我做起,從細(xì)節(jié)入手,樹立零違章理念。本班管理的9煤七采區(qū),由于頂
板較高,再加上本地區(qū)的風(fēng)筒都為大口徑(1m),給管理帶來了很大的困難,但這都沒有讓該班退縮,在班長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下按時(shí)、保質(zhì)、保量的完成了每月的工作任務(wù),而且工作也得到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)可。如今通風(fēng)一班在隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)面前樹立了“一支敢打硬仗的隊(duì)伍”的良好形象。
本班有著較好的班組管理基礎(chǔ),較完善的安全管理制度,堅(jiān)持教育與獎(jiǎng)罰相結(jié)合,落實(shí)責(zé)任,夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。在隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)各類安全文件和有關(guān)煤礦安全知識(shí)及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理的實(shí)際操作技術(shù)方面的知識(shí),認(rèn)真吸取兄弟班組和其它單位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),提高安全意識(shí),確保安全生產(chǎn)。一年來,該班杜絕輕傷以上人身事故,安全上實(shí)現(xiàn)零事故的目標(biāo)。
認(rèn)真做好本職工作,嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量關(guān),是該班的工作宗旨。特別是多次面臨突擊任務(wù)時(shí),他們憑著對(duì)工作的熱情高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量的完成隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的一切任務(wù)。所管理的地區(qū)都被評(píng)為優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。多次受到礦領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和有關(guān)科室的表?yè)P(yáng)。工作之余,該班還特別注重人員技術(shù)水平的提升。在吊、掛、接風(fēng)筒中,班長(zhǎng)、副班長(zhǎng)手把手指導(dǎo)班組成員在這方面的注意事項(xiàng)和各種技巧。面對(duì)當(dāng)前的工作環(huán)境,認(rèn)真講解風(fēng)筒在井下不同頂板的不同吊掛方式,使班組成員對(duì)煤礦知識(shí)有了更多的認(rèn)識(shí)及技術(shù)水平得到一個(gè)很大提升,做到一專多能。
過去的一年里,通風(fēng)一班班創(chuàng)造了有目共睹的業(yè)績(jī),根據(jù)工區(qū)、隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究決定,通風(fēng)一班被評(píng)為“優(yōu)秀班組”。面對(duì)新的一年,班組全體成員決心在今后的工作中,精誠(chéng)團(tuán)結(jié),再接再厲,發(fā)揚(yáng)能吃苦,能戰(zhàn)斗的優(yōu)良作風(fēng),力爭(zhēng)讓各項(xiàng)工作跨上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。
