《硬漢》是一部前所未見(jiàn)的電影，至少在華語(yǔ)電影中未曾見(jiàn)過(guò)這般剛猛且有率真的作品，導(dǎo)演丁晟竟然用一個(gè)腦殘人士做主人公，做法等同于《阿甘正傳》中的傻子阿甘看美國(guó)歷史一般，《硬漢》中的也是通過(guò)傻子老三的傻眼看世界，很單純但也很直接。

老三是一個(gè)什么樣的人？這個(gè)劉燁飾演的主人公，真名是叫王濤的退伍海軍擁有一身好功夫，服役時(shí)因?yàn)閾尵嚷渌膽?zhàn)友，大腦在水中因缺氧而造成創(chuàng)傷，本來(lái)就很單純的老三這下回復(fù)到了8歲左右的智商，他變傻了，但也變得更加執(zhí)著了。老三似乎天生就是忌惡如仇，退伍后每天更是加緊鍛煉體魄和練習(xí)武功，每遇壞人壞事必當(dāng)挺身而出，行為作風(fēng)基本上等同于蜘蛛俠一類(lèi)的英雄人物，老三從來(lái)都是做好事不留名，打敗惡勢(shì)力后變急速離去，讓這位現(xiàn)代俠客在警方看來(lái)更富有神秘色彩。

這看起來(lái)像是一個(gè)都市童話，但導(dǎo)演讓老三這個(gè)人物變得異常的真實(shí)可信，何解？因?yàn)槔先哪X部受傷了，他只能簡(jiǎn)單地分析事物的對(duì)與錯(cuò)，這讓他的鏟奸除惡的行為具備了一定的理論依據(jù)，在這個(gè)物欲橫流人人貪圖享樂(lè)的年代，恐怕真的只有老三這樣的傻子才會(huì)去干吃力不討好的事情，他堅(jiān)信這塵世間有一種力量，是為了消滅邪惡而存在的，那就是他，老三！

不要認(rèn)為老三是單純的傻瓜，他的戰(zhàn)斗經(jīng)驗(yàn)要比很多正常人豐富，因?yàn)樗且幻宋檐娙?，在軍?duì)中經(jīng)歷了千錘百煉，即便是不能和世人比比圓滑的頭腦，但是一身武藝是不會(huì)被海水給侵蝕的，智力受損的老三更加專(zhuān)注于練武，他鋼鐵一般的體魄為他打擊惡勢(shì)力提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，憑借著寧折不彎的一根筋，老三打擊惡勢(shì)力是毫不手軟的，也是絕不會(huì)退縮的。因?yàn)槔先囊晃镀创?，也同樣埋下了很多惡果，所有旁觀者都會(huì)預(yù)料到，他遲早會(huì)吃大虧的，因?yàn)樗粌H思想簡(jiǎn)單，而且他還是孤家寡人一個(gè)。

但凡是正邪相對(duì)的電影，警察是必不可少的元素，本部影片中的警察并非是擺設(shè)了，尤勇飾演的刑警隊(duì)長(zhǎng)是個(gè)有勇有謀的精英角色，這對(duì)于經(jīng)常扮演警察的尤勇來(lái)說(shuō)是駕輕就熟的，雖然他這個(gè)角色沒(méi)有太多驚喜，但對(duì)于影片還是起到了畫(huà)龍點(diǎn)睛的作用。因?yàn)檫@位刑警隊(duì)長(zhǎng)老蔣其實(shí)也是作為老三的對(duì)立面出現(xiàn)的，這是導(dǎo)演安排的暗中較勁的角色，老蔣是頭腦冷靜的老刑警，對(duì)待壞人也是絕不手軟，但老蔣講的策略，他是通過(guò)法律允許的手段來(lái)懲治壞人，和老三那種莽打莽撞完

全不同，編導(dǎo)是想通過(guò)這兩種截然不同的硬漢角色給予觀眾一種好壞的評(píng)斷，讓觀眾自己去選出心目中的理想硬漢，因?yàn)檫@兩位硬漢都有其各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，但老三還是顯得更為可愛(ài)和立體一些。

這部電影中當(dāng)然也少不了幾位反派的攪局，黃秋生率領(lǐng)的國(guó)際盜竊團(tuán)伙就是電影中最大的反派，其他也出現(xiàn)了不少蠅營(yíng)狗茍，基本上都被老三的鐵拳和紅纓槍制服了，但唯獨(dú)黃秋生飾演的大壞蛋阿龍把老三給唬住了，阿龍自嘲是“好人中的壞人”，表面上看起來(lái)衣冠楚楚，實(shí)際上也是干得違法亂紀(jì)的事情，他想要盜取在博物館里展出的岳飛使用過(guò)的“瀝泉槍”，結(jié)果和正義凜然的老三狹路相逢，正邪雙方展開(kāi)一場(chǎng)混戰(zhàn)是在所難免的。

影片的喜劇效果和動(dòng)作場(chǎng)面都值得鼓掌，導(dǎo)演更是突破傳統(tǒng)地將男主人公設(shè)計(jì)的傻頭傻腦，但影片卻未淪落為一部低俗的喜劇，它反而成為一部感人的動(dòng)作影片，這完全都要?dú)w功于導(dǎo)演對(duì)于主人公老三的精確定位，老三雖然傻，但其實(shí)很多事情他都是心里明白只是說(shuō)不出，老三比誰(shuí)都能看清這個(gè)世界，他是走在見(jiàn)義勇為這條路上的急先鋒，世界上的很多人都是見(jiàn)到惡勢(shì)力避之不及，但老三選擇了迎頭追上，他為這個(gè)社會(huì)樹(shù)立了正義的標(biāo)桿，雖然不能保證他的精神會(huì)感染多少人，但或許就像老三自己對(duì)著鏡子說(shuō)的那樣：“沒(méi)人幫，就算只有自己一個(gè)人，也要打！”這就是那個(gè)倔犟的老三。
