首先，我們從改革開放30年來，中國在歷次世界經(jīng)濟危機中所扮演的角色來看改革開放的成果。改革開放30年來，中國逐步發(fā)展成為一個世界經(jīng)濟大國，與世界相互聯(lián)系空前緊密。30年前，我們過著“世外桃源”的日子，即使外面金融危機鬧得天翻地覆我們在家騎著自行車行路、趕著老牛耕田、夾著咸菜吃飯，絕大多數(shù)人還沒見識過“金融危機”這個新新詞匯。雖說有事沒事自己躲家里偷著樂樂挺愜意，但我相信，沒有人嘗過山珍海味后還會覺得天天吃咸菜是種享受的。于是，30年前我們決定打開門看看洋鬼子們靠什么走路、拿什么耕田、吃飯吃什么菜。于是，隨著改革步伐的前進，我們與金融危機開始有了“曖昧”的關(guān)系，中國也在大大小小的金融危機中一邊交著學費一邊成長著。十年前，當亞洲金融危機爆發(fā)時，中國堅持人民幣不貶值，對陷入危機的東南亞國家和地區(qū)給予了堅定的支持，以強大的實力和負責的姿態(tài)在危機時刻宣告了王者的歸來，就像很多電影里英雄最后力挽狂瀾拯救世界所描述的一樣。在中國加入wto之后，中國金融業(yè)逐步對外開放，如今，再次面對來勢兇猛的世界金融危機，連續(xù)發(fā)生嚴重自然災(zāi)害的中國該如何應(yīng)對，世界為之矚目。到目前為止，在這次世界金融危機中，中國作為一個負責任大國所作的努力再次獲得國際社會的高度評價。在當前世界經(jīng)濟下滑的形勢下，全球更重視中國發(fā)出的信息，中國成為全球經(jīng)濟金融穩(wěn)定和信心的來源。這信心來自于日益強大的綜合國力。由于改革開放以來，經(jīng)濟連續(xù)30年保持高速增長，我國經(jīng)濟總量躍升至世界第四位，進出口總額上升到世界第三位，糧食、棉花、鋼鐵等主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和工業(yè)品產(chǎn)量居世界首位，人民生活水平實現(xiàn)了從溫飽不足到總體小康的轉(zhuǎn)變。我們抵御風險、迎接挑戰(zhàn)的能力大大增強。

第二，我們從此次金融危機中國所受的影響來看改革開放的成果。不久前，我們還在為股市的紅火而浮想聯(lián)翩，還在為豬肉價格的飛漲而擔心在食堂打不起帶葷的菜。如今，看著股市的現(xiàn)狀，我總?cè)滩蛔〕贤ト斈鞘住罢l的眼淚在飛”。雖然心里也老為房價的不再“抽風地上漲”而暗暗竊喜，但說心里話我們還是不希望這次金融危機嚴重地影響中國，畢竟咱不久之后還得找工作、還得拿工資！所幸的是，到目前為止來看，美國的金融危機對中國資本市場的影響是有限的，所謂傷害不過是皮毛之痛，而不會傷筋動骨?？v觀當前國際經(jīng)濟形勢，由于發(fā)達國家金融一體化的特點，美國的危機使得歐洲、日本、加拿大等發(fā)達國家無一幸免。中國是不多的受危機影響較小，相對置身于美國金融危機之外、并能在這場危機中掌握主動權(quán)的大國。中國開放30年來，我們在把大門敞開的時候雖然受了很多委屈，遭受了很多打擊，但同時我們也積累了很多面對金融危機的經(jīng)驗，其中非常重要的一條歷史經(jīng)驗就是“處理好開放與管制”的關(guān)系。之所以如此，應(yīng)該感謝那些在過去的10年里頂著多方壓力的保守者們，感謝那些堅決抵制“積極參與國際金融業(yè)、銀行購并”的“老頑固”們。美國次貸危機之所以沒讓中國的金融產(chǎn)業(yè)遭受重創(chuàng)，根本原因是中國至今為止堅持不變的“有效開放政策”，不論是歐美的壓力還是來自wto的束縛，自20xx年以來，中國的開放一直建立在“沒有有效的監(jiān)管和控制能力，就絕不輕易減少對重點行業(yè)及領(lǐng)域的絕對控制”。好像有點故弄玄虛啊，簡單點來說，就是我們該管的管住了，不該管的我們放開了。也許你在買火車票時總會對“鐵老大”的傲慢很憤慨，也許你總是感覺移動公司老多扣你話費。不過如今來看，雖然因壟斷和國有獨家運營引發(fā)了一系列諸如低效、不公平、霸王經(jīng)營的置疑，但是，正是這些被人們譴責多年的壟斷行業(yè)，諸如電信、電力、金融、鐵路、保險、航空、石油等，成為了我國金融的“arp防火墻”。當我們認真思考當前全球性的金融危機和經(jīng)濟危機后，才發(fā)現(xiàn)，適度并有節(jié)奏、有基礎(chǔ)、有控制力、有安全保障的開放，對于發(fā)展中的中國而言，才是真正可行的開放。改革是需要代價的，開放同樣需要代價，我們并不贊成閉關(guān)鎖國。但是30年改革開放的歷史經(jīng)驗深刻地告訴我們，對于一個跟著別人后面學習市場經(jīng)濟及市場規(guī)則的國家，只由先做好防御，才有可能在老師們深陷疾病時把痛苦甩在我們身上。

最后，按照一般的程序，我們要擺個大步向前的pose，展望一下改革開放美好的前景。我也不例外，我看到的也是光明的前路，抱著的也是必勝的決心。可是，我們還是不得不面對的事實是，這次金融危機對我們改革開放是一次嚴峻的考驗。雖然此次金融危機對中國的打擊不是致命性的，但對中國傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)和投資市場而言，災(zāi)難性的打

擊仍在所難免。這其中，除了考驗中國已擁有的近2萬億美元外匯儲備外，還包括中國持有的7000多億美元的美國國債。也就是說，金融危機影響了欠債的人，要債的人自然逃不了干系。此外，由于國際資本市場和外貿(mào)的收縮，已經(jīng)使沿海地區(qū)的外向型經(jīng)濟受到近十年來最嚴重的沖擊。但是，傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)所受到的沖擊與國家重點行業(yè)受到的影響并不是一個層次的問題。今天的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，即便沒有美國的金融危機，同樣會受到各種各樣的壓力，所以，本一輪的沖擊或許恰恰為沿海經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型與升級施加了動力。我在網(wǎng)上看到一句話，感到很興奮，他是這么說的：發(fā)達國家每一次經(jīng)濟危機，都為發(fā)展中國家的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型帶來新的機會，關(guān)鍵是發(fā)展中國家的政府和企業(yè)能否抓住這樣的機會。雖然有點“幸災(zāi)樂禍”的味道，但我們已看到了黑暗中的光明和明天璀燦的希望。

最后，送大家一句話：不到冬天不知道陽光的溫暖，不在河海下面挖隧道不知道河海人的團結(jié)。前半句寓意是希望大家珍惜把握現(xiàn)在，后半句的意思是希望大家積極勇敢面對困難。如今的金融危機雖然可怕，但10年后在改革開放40周年的演講會上我們回首便會發(fā)現(xiàn)，這只不過是中國成長過程中的一節(jié)小學分的必修課而已。

在這個例子中，我們應(yīng)該把客觀的態(tài)度encironment和我們自己。雖然我們大學生曾經(jīng)是“以人為本”most-favored在社會里，我們接受高等教育，我們更有智慧和高良知識比我們countparts那些沒有上過大學。社會的發(fā)展非常高的速度和變得越來越先進，所以我們要知道自己的強項和弱點，并有正確的態(tài)度、自我和工作空缺，此外，我們不應(yīng)過于重視材料方面的工作。

其次,我們應(yīng)該對我們未來的遠大抱負。野心就像天上的星星——我們永遠夠不著它們，但是我們像水手一樣，用它們指引航程。無論成功的商人和官員和科學家，他們有一種idential個性——-ambition。在全球金融危機的數(shù)值，它所帶來的pessmisitic經(jīng)濟形勢，但它還是不能阻止一個人有很大的理想實現(xiàn)的目標。就像喬治·蕭伯納說：“人們總是指責他們的情況下，在這個世界上取得成功的人，都努力去尋找他們想要的環(huán)境史，如果找不到時，他們就自己創(chuàng)造機會?！?/p>

in the first instance , we should turn an objective attitude towards the encironment and ourselves.although we college students used to be the “most-favored ”people in society ,we have received a higher education ,hance we are more intelligent and knowledgeable than our countparts who failed to attend college.society is developing in a very high pace and becoming more and more advanced , so we shoule know our own strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards ourselves and the job vacancies ,in addition ,we should not attach too much importance to material aspects of the job.secondly ,we should have great ambition towards our future.ambitions are like the stars---we never reach them ,but like mariners ,we chart our course by them.no matter the successful merchant or official or scientist ,they have an idential personality---ambition.on the surfaceof the globe financial crisis , it brings the pessmisitic economic situations , but it still can’t prevent a person who have great ambition achieving his goals.just like george bernard shaw said :“people always blaming their circumstance , the people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstance s they want ,and ,if they can’t find them ,make them.”
