文章分為開頭的起始段、中間的核心段和結尾的結束段，最常見是三個段落，也有四個段落和兩個段落，但并不多見。文章最終的具體模樣變化極大，但結構卻較為固定。開頭和結尾中間的核心部分大多時候是一個段落，也有的時候是兩個段落。開頭和結尾有可能與中間的核心部分融為一段，但前者的可能并不大，更不存在兩者都融合的情形。開頭總是引入主題的段落，所以不管是書信還是圖表關系都不大（主要只影響第一個段落），只要符合各自的情形即可。

結尾：結論

中間核心的部分Ｂ是可能沒有的，或者用很簡潔的話與結尾融在一起。也可能沒有Ａ有Ｂ，這種可能性很小。這樣分析以后，絕大多數(shù)文章就包含進來了。但大家注意，這種模式沒有覆蓋純粹的記敘文和描寫文——這兩種文章的記敘和描寫的部分是沒有模板的，只有靠大家分別依據(jù)時間和空間的線索去發(fā)揮了。

在這里我們舉幾個比較難的例子，先談談涉及自己（整體——個體）的情形： My View on the Negative Effects of Some Advertisements 1.現(xiàn)在有些不良的商業(yè)廣告 2.這些廣告的副作用和危害性 3.我對這些廣告的態(tài)度

這是95年1月六級真題。寫成三段。起始段可寫成兩句話，許多不良廣告——危害巨大，注意這兩句話可以合并成一句。第二段可以從三方面分析危害，首句要寫好——其危害可以總結如下。第三段寫態(tài)度，因為次段已寫了危害，這段應該寫解決辦法。因為這篇文章有兩個重要模塊（即第二、第三段），可以寫得干凈利索，只分兩個方面。建議段內寫成四句話，即總分總的結構，如下： In my mind, the governmentand the citizens should join hands to put an end to these false advertisements.On the one hand, the government should punish the advertisers severely lest they harm the customers again.On the other hand, common citizens should report such harmful advertisements as soon as possible.Only by the joint efforts of the government and the common people can we do away with false advertisements.首句中in my mind這樣的詞組或句型不可少，扣提綱中的第三點和標題開頭。次句和第三句力求平行、工整。最后一句采用only引起倒裝句，效果強烈，此段中的呼應（coherence）達到極點，最后文章以false advertisements結尾來扣標題中心詞。Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports(1993.1)1.體育運動的好處

四六級作文寫作注意段落的連貫性

在確定好一條條的擴展句后，怎樣把這些句子流暢而連貫地組合在一起呢？這便是關聯(lián)詞發(fā)揮作用的時候了。在英語中，句與句之間、段與段之間一般都有連詞或關聯(lián)詞連接，通過這些詞讀者能夠很清楚地明白文章前后的邏輯聯(lián)系。適當使用關聯(lián)詞是四級寫作必備的技能，大家應該要引起特別重視。常用的關聯(lián)詞分為四類：
