通過多側(cè)面描寫來豐滿人物形象，我們可以稱它是“眾星拱月”?！霸隆本褪侨宋?，“星”就是側(cè)面，“拱”就是多側(cè)面展示人物形象的過程。不過應(yīng)該看到，“眾星拱月”的“眾星”也不是平分秋色的，它們之間也有主次、詳略的區(qū)別。所以在寫“眾星”的時候，是沒有必要平均使用力量的。

寫一群人，比寫一個人、兩個人難一些，難就難在要通過一定的材料組織，巧妙地將一群人凝聚在一起，從而反映各自的思想、性格、面貌。那么，怎樣組織材料才能把一群人凝聚在一起呢？應(yīng)該抓住貫串各個人物之間的線索。寫人物群像，是不是每個人在文章中所占據(jù)的位置都一樣呢？不是的。在一群人中，有的在文章中擔(dān)任“主角”，有的在文章中擔(dān)任“配角”，誰主誰次，是根據(jù)表現(xiàn)文章中心思想的需要來決定的。

人體是靠骨架支撐的，文章也是一樣的道理。如果把文章的中心思想比作“靈魂”，材料比作“血肉”，那么，結(jié)構(gòu)就是靈魂和血肉的“骨架”。

因此，同學(xué)們在有了寫人的材料以后，就應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步考慮它的結(jié)構(gòu)。寫人的結(jié)構(gòu)方式主要有以下兩種： 第一種，總分總式。

這是最常見最樸素的寫人結(jié)構(gòu)。它的特點(diǎn)是有一個點(diǎn)明題意的開頭（A），簡潔醒目，作為文章的總起部分。主干部（B、C、D）也可以說是文章的分述部分，它的幾段互相獨(dú)立，從不同的角度表達(dá)中心，在編排先后的次序上還需要有一定的斟酌。結(jié)尾E是文章的總結(jié)部分，它不僅是D的自然過渡，而且常常是對B、C、D的歸納小結(jié)，又是對A的照應(yīng)。

第二種，逐層進(jìn)入式。

這種結(jié)構(gòu)方式適用于用一件事寫人。它的特點(diǎn)是：第一層次A，寫事情的起因；第二層次B，寫事情的發(fā)展；第三層次C，寫事情的高潮；第四層次D，寫事情的結(jié)局。文章的二三層次是全文的靈魂和力量所在。這兩個層次寫得好，常?？梢允刮恼聝?nèi)容豐富起來。根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要，描寫人物的外貌

對人物的容貌、身材、衣著和表情的描寫，叫做外貌描寫。我們有的同學(xué)一寫到以記人為主的作文時，往往是作這樣的描寫：高高的個子，大大的眼睛，目光炯炯有神……好像天下的人都是一個模樣。其實(shí)，世界上的人有千千萬萬，沒有完全相同的外貌。關(guān)鍵的問題是沒有根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要，去描寫人物的外貌。怎樣根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要去描寫人物的外貌呢？

第一、根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要，描寫人物的外在特征。每個人物都有他（她）自己的特有外貌，總是在一定的程序上表現(xiàn)出內(nèi)在狀態(tài)。由于人們的出身、經(jīng)歷、素養(yǎng)、社會環(huán)境的影響，同時自己鮮明的個性，這些在他（她）的表情、姿態(tài)、服飾等方面都能流露出來。第二、根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要，有重點(diǎn)地描寫外貌。

有的同學(xué)他們不分主次，不根據(jù)中心思想的需要，面面俱到地進(jìn)行描寫?！懊济右话炎??！笨墒切Ч?？羅里羅嗦，讓人看半天也不會知道特征在哪里。

第三、根據(jù)表達(dá)的需要，安排好外貌描寫的順序。對于一個人的外貌，作者往往是從多方面進(jìn)行的.這些方方面面，哪些先寫，哪些后寫，應(yīng)該遵循一定的順序。但是，有時為了表達(dá)的需要，或者觀察角度的變化，外貌描寫的順序也會有變化。

總之，外貌描寫要有利于文章的中心思想的表達(dá)，有利于人物內(nèi)心世界的展示，只有這樣，才可以說文章的外貌描寫是成功的。

二、范例 媽 媽 的 手

在手的世界中，有勤勞的手，懶惰的手，致富的手，靈巧的手，然而，我寫的卻是媽媽一雙勤勞的手。她的手不怎么大，長期的勞動使繭皮爬上了手指，使手背上長了一層淺黑色的皮。

當(dāng)雞叫三遍的時候，媽媽的手已經(jīng)開始工作了：忙著做早點(diǎn)。臨近中午，她的手又工作了：忙著做午飯。下午，她的手又開始工作了：忙著做晚飯。夜晚，當(dāng)明月高懸的時候，媽媽的手又工作了：忙著洗衣服?？傊?，媽媽的手時時刻刻工作著。

媽媽的手既是勤勞的手，又是充滿母愛的手。記得一個寒冬的下午，天氣比較冷。我在做作業(yè)，媽媽在做針線活。

夜深了，天氣變得更冷了，我的手直打顫，不敢寫了，怕把作業(yè)做壞。這時，媽媽走到了我身旁，關(guān)心地對我說：“冷嗎？”我輕輕地把我的手夾在她的兩手之中。頓時，我覺得無比暖和。在她的鼓勵下，我終于認(rèn)真地完成了作業(yè)。
