各有關(guān)高等學(xué)校：

2013年上半年全省成人高等教育本科畢業(yè)生申請授予學(xué)士學(xué)位外國語水平統(tǒng)一考試?yán)^續(xù)實(shí)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名、網(wǎng)上提交照片、網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)“一站式”報(bào)名方式。為保證考試工作的順利進(jìn)行，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事宜通知如下：

一、考試時(shí)間

本次全省成人高等教育本科畢業(yè)生申請授予學(xué)士學(xué)位外國語水平統(tǒng)一考試定于2013年5月12日（星期日）上午9:00-11:00舉行。

二、報(bào)考對(duì)象

凡在讀的國家承認(rèn)其學(xué)歷的普通高等學(xué)校舉辦的函授、夜大、網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)院和大專起點(diǎn)的本科班，獨(dú)立設(shè)置的成人高等學(xué)校以及高等教育自學(xué)考試的本科生等。

三、報(bào)名程序

1、符合報(bào)考條件的考生請于2013年2月25日—3月24日登錄河北學(xué)位考試報(bào)名網(wǎng)（網(wǎng)址： http://xwksw.hebtu.edu.cn）或成人學(xué)士學(xué)位考試網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)（http://xsxw.hee.cn），填寫、提交考生本人的報(bào)名信息、上傳符合要求的照片、進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)、獲取并牢記自己的報(bào)名編號(hào)及密碼。

2、完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的考生，要核對(duì)并留存報(bào)名情況登記表（備忘、備查），報(bào)名結(jié)束后考生信息不得再修改。

3、報(bào)名期間設(shè)咨詢電話（報(bào)名網(wǎng)站公布）。3月23日-24日，全省設(shè)唯一現(xiàn)場報(bào)名點(diǎn)：河北師范大學(xué)新校區(qū)，以備確實(shí)無法進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的考生報(bào)考。

四、其他事宜

1、考試命題范圍以《河北省成人本科畢業(yè)生授予學(xué)士學(xué)位外國語水

平統(tǒng)一考試考試大綱》為依據(jù)，已在報(bào)名網(wǎng)站公布，向考生免費(fèi)提供。

2、考生網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)工作地點(diǎn)選擇就近的考區(qū)（省轄市）參加考試?？忌鷪?bào)名結(jié)束后省政府學(xué)位辦將根據(jù)考生所選定的考區(qū)隨機(jī)安排考試地點(diǎn)（具體考試地點(diǎn)以下載的準(zhǔn)考證為準(zhǔn)）。準(zhǔn)考證繼續(xù)實(shí)行網(wǎng)上下載（考生于4月30日-5月11日可再次登陸報(bào)名網(wǎng)站下載準(zhǔn)考證），不需到報(bào)名點(diǎn)領(lǐng)取?？忌鷳{下載的準(zhǔn)考證和有效身份證件（居民身份證、軍人身份證件）進(jìn)入考場，監(jiān)考人員將在座位上現(xiàn)場核實(shí)身份。

3、根據(jù)河北省物價(jià)局、河北省財(cái)政廳（冀價(jià)行費(fèi)[2006]42號(hào)文）核定的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，考務(wù)費(fèi)為每生75元。

4、本次考試成績將于2013年6月1日公布，考生可登錄“河北省學(xué)位考試報(bào)名網(wǎng)”（http://xwksw.hebtu.edu.cn）、“成人學(xué)士學(xué)位考試網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)”（http://xsxw.hee.cn）或“河北師生網(wǎng)”（http://）等網(wǎng)站免費(fèi)查詢考試成績。

5、考試成績合格的考生，請于6月8日-9日到考試地點(diǎn)領(lǐng)取成績通知單，并以此作為申請學(xué)士學(xué)位的相關(guān)材料。

☆上傳電子照片要求（采用護(hù)照證件照片標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）：

1.該電子照片將在準(zhǔn)考證、合格證單以及學(xué)位授予單位審核申請資格時(shí)使用。

2.圖像規(guī)格：寬高比為3：4，且寬度不得小于126像素，頭部高度約占整個(gè)照片高度的50%，圖像文件大小在500KB，JPG格式。

3.顏色模式： 24位 RGB真彩色。
