走過(guò)了懵懂無(wú)知的大學(xué)一年級(jí)，走過(guò)了迷茫困惑的大學(xué)二年級(jí)，二年的時(shí)間，仿佛是在措手不及之中度過(guò)的，而也是在忙于應(yīng)付各種現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的措手不及中，把許多激蕩人心的話語(yǔ)，把許多豪情萬(wàn)丈的理想，擱在了一邊。這個(gè)時(shí)候，已經(jīng)把懵懂無(wú)知和迷茫困惑都經(jīng)歷了一遍，是該冷靜和清醒的時(shí)候了。

“十年之后”這幾天一直在想，自從老師上完課提過(guò)這個(gè)話題之后，一直在想這樣一件事。不知道為什么，在這之前從沒(méi)好好的想過(guò)，不知是因?yàn)樽约赫娴牟辉脒^(guò)還是不敢去想，不敢去面對(duì)十年之后現(xiàn)實(shí)的自己。但到了如今，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不得不去好好想想了?，F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)大學(xué)三年級(jí)的我即將面臨著一年之后的實(shí)習(xí)，而實(shí)習(xí)完之后也就面臨著就業(yè)。所以不能再像大一的懵懂無(wú)知，大二的迷茫困惑，現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該對(duì)自己的未來(lái)有個(gè)清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)和明確的規(guī)劃，而未來(lái)的十年將是決定我人生成敗的最關(guān)鍵的十年。所以，是時(shí)候了！十年之后，我三十三歲，應(yīng)該是事業(yè)的高峰期，做什么工作已經(jīng)基本定型了。而自己要做的就是努力成為這一領(lǐng)域的人才，擁有在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域獨(dú)擋一面的能力，并因此而領(lǐng)一份不錯(cuò)的薪水，過(guò)上自己想要過(guò)的生活。而我將來(lái)最大的可能是作為一名康復(fù)治療師，所以我希望我十年之后或者二十年之后能夠在康復(fù)治療師這一領(lǐng)域能有所成就，特別是能成為一名知名的物理治療師。而由于我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的治療師水平教育還不是很好，要想成為知名的治療師首先是要能有繼續(xù)更高的深造的平臺(tái)，所以十年之后我將憑借我的努力和能力在自己所工作的醫(yī)院受到同事們以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的認(rèn)可，這樣我就有機(jī)會(huì)取得更高層次的深造機(jī)會(huì)。

所以五年之后，我必須能夠進(jìn)入一家好的醫(yī)院并且已經(jīng)在那工作了幾年，憑借自己的能力和努力將自己的工作做好，并能取得一些成就，從而使自己能夠在一個(gè)新的單位里站穩(wěn)腳跟，能有自己的一席之地。

為了這樣，三年之后我就必須要找到一份工作，一份可以盡量施展自己所學(xué)知識(shí)的工作，待遇可以不那么計(jì)較，因?yàn)槟阒挥邢騽e人證實(shí)了你有能力，而這樣的能力必須匹配更高的待遇之后，你才有資本向別人提出要求，而別人也更信服你。

為了能找到更好的工作，所以在二到三年之后我會(huì)考取康復(fù)治療師上崗資格證以及達(dá)到一些關(guān)于康復(fù)治療師就業(yè)的相關(guān)要求，從而為自己的求職增加一些砝碼，最終能夠順利就業(yè)。半年之后，我將面臨著大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)中最為關(guān)鍵的時(shí)刻——實(shí)習(xí)。所以在這十個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)中我必須比在學(xué)校里更勤奮努力，也必須更加好學(xué)，因?yàn)槔蠋煵豢赡馨咽裁炊冀唤o你，只有自己主動(dòng)去學(xué)習(xí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不懂的地方去請(qǐng)教老師。同時(shí)，在這個(gè)過(guò)程中要把自己在學(xué)校里所學(xué)的理論知識(shí)充分地在臨床實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用，給自己積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。實(shí)習(xí)的期間也就等于是半就業(yè)狀態(tài)了，所以自己的心態(tài)不能再和學(xué)校里一樣，多做事，在有限的時(shí)間里給自己積累更多的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。平時(shí)也必須在老師和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)面前多表現(xiàn)自己，在他們面前給自己建立一個(gè)比較好的映像，從而能夠在實(shí)習(xí)考核中獲得更多的肯定，甚至是最后實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后醫(yī)院直接和自己簽訂就業(yè)合同，使自己能夠順利就業(yè)。

前面說(shuō)了這么多，到最后歸根結(jié)底還是要回到現(xiàn)在，要想在實(shí)習(xí)期間有好的表現(xiàn)，在學(xué)校學(xué)的理論知識(shí)一定要豐富。所以要趁現(xiàn)在在學(xué)校的最后半年多的時(shí)間里掌握更多的理論知識(shí)，特別是一些關(guān)于臨床的知識(shí)。當(dāng)然，這么多的東西一下子肯定記不完，這就要求要講究方法，對(duì)于重要的要求牢記，一些不是很重要的要求掌握，而那些比較表淺的則要求了解。所以要抓住現(xiàn)在僅剩的半年的時(shí)間，多加利用。能記多一點(diǎn)，將來(lái)也許在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中就比別人多一點(diǎn)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

以上就是我對(duì)自己十年后的一些打算和規(guī)劃。當(dāng)然不是自己在這里這樣想想就能成功的，要想自己的規(guī)劃和十年之后的想法有所實(shí)現(xiàn)還需要經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)間的歷練，需要在這個(gè)過(guò)程中一步步的努力奮斗。

十年樹(shù)木，百年樹(shù)人。我現(xiàn)在是一顆正在被植入的一棵小樹(shù)苗，現(xiàn)在我只能夠慢慢地養(yǎng)精蓄銳，日復(fù)一日把根深埋，日復(fù)一日把枝葉長(zhǎng)茂，然后在不期然的某一天，從一棵不起眼的小苗，長(zhǎng)成一棵會(huì)讓人注意到的樹(shù)木。

這個(gè)長(zhǎng)成樹(shù)木的時(shí)間，我給自己加個(gè)期限，那就是：十年。
