      本建筑是河北省玉田縣第二中學(xué)教學(xué)樓設(shè)計(jì),建筑層數(shù)為五層,建筑面積為4039.55m2。本建筑的抗震設(shè)防烈度8度,抗震等級(jí)二級(jí),場(chǎng)地類(lèi)別II類(lèi),抗震設(shè)防類(lèi)別丙類(lèi),建筑物安全等級(jí)二級(jí)。場(chǎng)地土類(lèi)型為中軟場(chǎng)地土,最大凍結(jié)深度0.6米。地基承載力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值fk=180Kpa,持力層為粉質(zhì)粘土,設(shè)計(jì)使用年限50年。最大降雪深度190mm,最大冰凍深度800mm。在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)首先是對(duì)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研,內(nèi)容包括自然環(huán)境條件、人文環(huán)境條件、以及收集設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象的現(xiàn)狀信息三個(gè)方面。自然環(huán)境條件方面需要了解當(dāng)?shù)氐臍夂驐l件、是否具有特定的自然地理特征、以及當(dāng)?shù)靥囟ǖ牡胤讲牧?。在設(shè)計(jì)中力求通風(fēng)、采光、保溫、防水較好,充分提高面積利用率,特別要做好裝修采光、消防等方面的工作。

      1.9.7周邊環(huán)境

      本工程周邊為居民生活區(qū),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全文明施工要求較高,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)安全管理、環(huán)境保護(hù),噪音、揚(yáng)塵控制,衛(wèi)生、場(chǎng)容場(chǎng)貌控制,以及交通安全、治安等多方面的管理和協(xié)調(diào),確保附近居民生活、工作、交通等不受影響。報(bào)價(jià)依據(jù)

      2.1圖紙依據(jù)

      本工程量清單根據(jù)福建省交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)的施工圖紙、設(shè)計(jì)變更、設(shè)計(jì)院關(guān)于施工圖紙問(wèn)題的答復(fù)、建筑工程施工圖審查反饋單、《福建省建筑工程消耗量定額》(FJYD-101-2005)及招標(biāo)文件等有關(guān)規(guī)定;

      (1)《福建省建筑工程消耗量定額》(FJYD-101-2005);

      (2)《建設(shè)工程工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范》(GB50500-2008);

      (3)閩建筑[2005]26號(hào)《福建省建筑工程綜合單價(jià)表(2005年)》

      (4)閩建筑[2005]15號(hào)福建省建設(shè)廳關(guān)于調(diào)整《福建省建筑土建工程費(fèi)用定額》(2003版)利潤(rùn)率的通知;

      (5)閩建筑[2005]25號(hào)福建省建設(shè)廳關(guān)于調(diào)整《福建省建筑土建工程費(fèi)用定額》(2003版)建筑工程企業(yè)管理費(fèi)率的通知;

      (6)閩建筑[2012]36號(hào)文關(guān)于價(jià)格調(diào)整基金計(jì)取有關(guān)問(wèn)題的通知;

      (7)閩建筑[2012]28號(hào)《2012年第三季度福建省施工機(jī)械臺(tái)班單價(jià)》;

      2.3材料價(jià)格

      材料價(jià)格執(zhí)行2012年《第三季度南平工程造價(jià)信息》中建甌地區(qū)信息價(jià),材料價(jià)格不全的套《2012年10月福州市土建工程材料價(jià)格》,其中主要材料按招標(biāo)人指定的品牌和價(jià)格計(jì)算。

      2.4人工工資單價(jià)

      人工工資單價(jià)執(zhí)行閩建筑[2007]15號(hào)《關(guān)于調(diào)整建設(shè)工程人工預(yù)算單價(jià)的通知》以及閩建筑[2011]37號(hào)文人工預(yù)算單價(jià)的補(bǔ)充通知。

      2.5其它有關(guān)費(fèi)率

      (1)預(yù)留金不計(jì)費(fèi)稅;

      (2)臨時(shí)設(shè)施費(fèi): 0.9%;

      (3)檢驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)費(fèi): 0.20%;

      (4)價(jià)格調(diào)節(jié)基金:0.1%

      (5)暫列金額:400000元

      (6)本工程按三類(lèi)工程取費(fèi),勞保按4.860%、稅金按3.477%。

      摘要

      本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目為蘆屯中心小學(xué)教學(xué)樓的招標(biāo)文件、施工圖預(yù)算及工程量清單三個(gè)部分,建筑面積4463.6平方米,層數(shù)為4層,層高3.9米,結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)由招標(biāo)文件的編制、施工圖預(yù)算、工程量清單的編制三部分組成。

      設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)是招標(biāo)文件的編制、施工圖預(yù)算和工程量清單的編制,其核心部分與首要工作是工程量的計(jì)算,在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,以《建設(shè)工程計(jì)量與計(jì)價(jià)》、《工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)與規(guī)則》為依據(jù),按照遼寧省建筑工程工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)辦法進(jìn)行,經(jīng)過(guò)指導(dǎo)老師上課的仔細(xì)講授與個(gè)別答疑,并通過(guò)使用查閱資料與網(wǎng)絡(luò)等手段,在指導(dǎo)老師的幫助下先完成了工程量的計(jì)算。

      The graduation design subject is Lutun center primary school building project cost and the construction organization design.there are 4 layers overground, the building is 16.5 meters tall and it’s construction area is 4463.6 square meters, the structure form is frame structure.the graduation design consists of three parts which are the preparation of tender documents,construction drawing budget and the formulation of the list of quantities.The design tasks are the preparation of tender documents,construction drawing budget and the formulation of the list of quantities,the core part and the primary work is he formulation of the list of quantities.In the design process,based on ‘Construction engineering measurement and measurement’and ‘The quantities bill valuation with the rules’,according to the Liaoning Province construction engineering list valuation measures,after the teacher carefully in class teaching and individual answer questions,and through the use of datd access and network means,in the guidance of teacher to help complete the calculation of the quantity.Key words: tender documents , construction drawing budget, the list of
