3.Specification of Structural Design The foundation of the building uses independent footing.The difference between the interior level and exterior level is 0.3m.The structure system of this building is Reinforced concrete frame structure.According to 《Code for Seismic Design of Buildings》(GB50011-2001), the grade of the earthquake resistant for the frame structure is the second grade.Cross section size of the elements : column, 850mm×850mm、600mm×600mm;frame girder, 300mm×600mm.Disposal of junior beams which cross section size is 300mm×500mm follows vertical direction simply.The thicknesses of the roof slab is 120mm while the floor's is 100 mm too.The thickness of the shear wall around elevator shaft is 200mm.the walls are made of hollow concrete block.The main method of calculation: the Iteration is used to compute the interior force which under the vertical loads.The interior force which is made by the horizontal loads is calculated by D-value method.Critical materials :

1.項目概況
本工程名為星城商業(yè)辦公樓,工程選址位于長沙市市區(qū)內(nèi)。本工程是一座集人員管理,金融商貿(mào),事務(wù)所和技術(shù)服務(wù)等功能于一身的綜合性商業(yè)辦公樓,包括地上十層和一層地下室。
設(shè)計單位:長沙市星城建筑設(shè)計有限公司;
施工單位:長沙市志鵬建筑藝術(shù)發(fā)展公司;
監(jiān)理單位:長沙市建華工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司。2.建筑設(shè)計部分
本工程總建筑面積6602.6m2,房屋長40.4m,寬度為14.5m;房屋主體高度為31.5m。地下層和首層層高為4.2m,二至十層層高均為3.0m,一樓用于商業(yè)活動,其他樓層用于日常辦公和商業(yè)事務(wù)。
本辦公樓屬于一類建筑,抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度,防火等級為二級,屋面防水采用二級防水。
建筑裝修:為保證與周圍建筑群的和諧一致,滿足城市統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃要求,本建筑外墻采用白色面磚裝飾;樓地面裝修:辦公室、會議室等采用大理石地面;內(nèi)墻面裝飾以粉刷乳膠漆為主;防水層采用APP改性瀝青防水卷材。3.結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分
本工程采用柱下獨立基礎(chǔ),室內(nèi)外高差為0.3m。
本工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式選用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)《建筑抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB50011-2001)可知,本結(jié)構(gòu)屬于二級抗震。

摘要
1.項目概況
本工程名為楚漢大學(xué)圖書館,工程選址位于市郊區(qū)內(nèi)。本工程集閱覽室、書庫、辦公室、會議室、多功能廳于一體,主要為全校師生員工的教學(xué)和科研服務(wù)。施工單位:中國建筑第五工程局有限公司

2.建筑設(shè)計部分

隨著建筑業(yè)管理體制改革的深化,工程項目施工管理越來越受到人們的重視,其管理水平的高低成為制約企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的第一要素,而質(zhì)量、進度、成本控制是其中最為重要的管理要點。
本文以施工項目為實例,結(jié)合實際情況,對項目的各分部分項工程施工方案
進行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計。運用進度控制的基本理論知識,從項目管理者的角度出發(fā),對項目從開工準(zhǔn)備到竣工驗收全過程進行了系統(tǒng)的進度規(guī)劃設(shè)計,使用橫道圖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖對進度計劃進行分析,并根據(jù)實際情況提出了具體的保證進度計劃實施的措施;質(zhì)量和安全方面,制定了嚴(yán)格的技術(shù)、組織措施,針對施工項目中常見問題、重點問題進行了規(guī)劃,建立相應(yīng)的管理組織機構(gòu),以保證質(zhì)量與安全計劃得以很好的實現(xiàn)。

摘要:本教學(xué)樓共6層,層高43.6米,建筑面積約6687.7m2,建筑總高度21.60米,采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),抗震等級為二級,抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度,整個設(shè)計包括建筑設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩部分。
建筑設(shè)計部分,首先根據(jù)建筑的使用功能確定建筑的初步布局,包括建筑體形及室內(nèi)空間布置等,然后結(jié)合使用的材料、做法進一步確定具體尺寸和平、立面風(fēng)格等。
結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計部分,首先根據(jù)建筑設(shè)計、工藝使用要求、材料供應(yīng)情況以及場地地質(zhì)條件等確定結(jié)構(gòu)布置方案,然后選取一榀典型框架進行設(shè)計計算。在明確計算簡圖的前提下,進一步確定框架承受的荷載,包括恒載、屋(樓)面活載,在此基礎(chǔ)上進行框架內(nèi)力計算(采用D值法計算風(fēng)荷載作用下的內(nèi)力,采用彎矩二次分配法計算豎向荷載作用下的內(nèi)力)、內(nèi)力組合、梁、柱和基礎(chǔ)等構(gòu)件的配筋計算以及風(fēng)荷載作用下的側(cè)移驗算。
在上述工作的基礎(chǔ)上,采用制圖軟件AutoCAD 2004繪制了建筑施工圖和結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。

隨著計算機應(yīng)用技術(shù)的進步,信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的不斷發(fā)展,人們的生活和Internet的關(guān)系越來越密切,足不出戶的網(wǎng)上辦公已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢。這也對期刊的編輯流程帶來了深刻的變革和影響,對期刊現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有明顯的推動作用。計算機技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)在期刊編輯流程中的應(yīng)用日益增加,越來越多的期刊相繼建立了基于Internet的稿件評審系統(tǒng)。通過Internet投審稿已經(jīng)成為期刊管理的主要趨勢和重要途徑。
目前,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷進步與發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已成為科技期刊的主要發(fā)展趨勢,編輯流程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化不但可以優(yōu)化工作流程,而且可以實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程編審。2006年第四屆全國核心期刊與期刊國際化網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研討會上傳來好消息:中國科學(xué)技術(shù)信息研究所、萬方數(shù)據(jù)有限公司將聯(lián)合構(gòu)筑中國期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版聯(lián)盟,其中聯(lián)合開發(fā)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版平臺,構(gòu)建基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的編輯遠(yuǎn)程稿件處理系統(tǒng)。這預(yù)示著國內(nèi)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)化大發(fā)展時代即將到來。
根據(jù)稿件評審的實際需要,結(jié)合計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),設(shè)計了一種界面美觀友好,信息查詢靈活、方便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確,數(shù)據(jù)存儲安全可靠的稿件管理系統(tǒng),闡述了該系統(tǒng)功能模塊及其體系的構(gòu)架,引入了VB訪問Access數(shù)據(jù)庫,給出了部分VB關(guān)鍵代碼的描述。使用結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)考慮到多種信息需求,滿足了目前稿件管理工作的各項要求,大大提高了工作效率,使編輯工作真正實現(xiàn)了自動化。其功能在今后的使用中將進一步優(yōu)化、擴充和完善,將給稿件評閱提供一種具有現(xiàn)代管理理念且滿足規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理模式。

摘要
電流傳感器是電力系統(tǒng)中進行電能計量和繼電保護設(shè)備,其精度及可靠性與電力系統(tǒng)的安全和經(jīng)濟運行密切相關(guān)。隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的電流傳感器難以滿足需求,而光電流傳感器因其獨特的優(yōu)點具有潛在的應(yīng)用價值,是未來電力工業(yè)電流測量發(fā)展的趨勢。
本文通過廣泛閱讀資料,回顧了光學(xué)電流傳感器近年來的進展,分析了該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域存在的問題,結(jié)合光纖光柵傳感技術(shù),根據(jù)超磁致伸縮材料特性分不加偏磁和加偏磁兩種情況下對光纖光柵交流傳感器進行了探索。

The current transducer is the important device of power metering and relaying.Its’ precision and reliability related the safety and economy of operation in electric power system closely.With the development of power, conventional current transducer can’t meet requirements.While optical current transformer(OCT)have potential application cost because of its’ unique advantages, will be used to replace conventional current transducers in the future.In this paper, the present situation and state of R&D, existing problems in the field of OCT is reviewed and analyzed through extensive reading of the scientific papers and reports.AC current sensing was realized by DC bias condition and without DC bias condition.Keywordsoptical current transformer;fiber Bragg grating;giant magnetostrictive material
