1.Listen to the tape and students need to answer “What is it about?”

Teacher should give them more knowledge about how to keep ourselves safe in our life.2.Invite three students to read this chant and make a comparison to find the difference between their readings.3.Make a summary about how to read “d, p, t” in a sentence.And the teacher should read at least two times for students to make sure that students can understand it.Step 3 Practice

Listen to the tape again and students read the chant in teams in 3 minutes, and then they will make a competition, the winner will get small gifts(post card, book marks and so on)from the teacher.Step 4 Production

1.Give students 2 minutes;they need to collect some words which contain d, p or t with their desk mates(dog, food, feet…).2.Brainstorm(2 minutes).Which kinds of habits can help us avoid being injured in our life?

關(guān)于2013湖北省教師資格證小學(xué)英語(yǔ)面試的一些問題

湖北省的教師資格證面試改革了，變成了試講而不是說課，在考試之前我也搜了很多相關(guān)的資料，也看到了很多同學(xué)和我有一樣的疑惑，試講究竟是怎么回事？面試流程究竟是怎么樣的？現(xiàn)在我考完了，決定把詳細(xì)的過程分享給大家，希望能對(duì)大家有幫助。

我的考點(diǎn)是市一商校，首先是侯考，拿著準(zhǔn)考證到指定的位置，那里有各科的負(fù)責(zé)人，你去找她，她會(huì)告訴你你的編號(hào)。很多同學(xué)會(huì)看到準(zhǔn)考證上沒有考號(hào)，但是自我介紹上有。這個(gè)編號(hào)就是去侯考室以后負(fù)責(zé)的老師告訴你的。

市一商校是3個(gè)同學(xué)為一輪，同時(shí)考，比如3/4/5號(hào)考生同時(shí)一起考，但在各自不同的教室。輪到你那一輪的時(shí)候，你會(huì)被帶到一間教室，并帶到指定老師的位置，報(bào)上準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)，然后就會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)題目，基本上（和我一起考的那幾個(gè)同學(xué)）都是兩個(gè)題目，一個(gè)高年級(jí)的，一個(gè)低年級(jí)的，你根據(jù)自己的復(fù)習(xí)以及難易來選擇一個(gè)題目，選好之后會(huì)自動(dòng)打印出來，然后老師會(huì)給你，你拿著去備考室。老師會(huì)先收起來，發(fā)給你一張空白的紙，等大家都到了備考室再發(fā)給你。

然后就是備考，可以帶資料進(jìn)去查資料，但是不能看手機(jī)。其實(shí)20分鐘看起來長(zhǎng)但是實(shí)際上很短，你完全不用擔(dān)心20分鐘會(huì)很慢。關(guān)于提綱的問題，網(wǎng)上有些是中英都有，有的是全英文，很多同學(xué)也不知道究竟是用什么寫。這個(gè)提綱老師是最后收的，當(dāng)時(shí)發(fā)的時(shí)候說你可以隨便寫隨便畫，所以至于究竟是中文還是中英文我也不是很清楚，因?yàn)椴恢雷詈罄蠋煹降走€看不看。但我前面的同學(xué)是中文的，后面的同學(xué)是用的全英文，我后來時(shí)間不夠最后一點(diǎn)也寫的中文。但我建議如果沒有太多試講經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同學(xué)應(yīng)該多花時(shí)間去構(gòu)思試講怎么表達(dá)，把框架建好，這個(gè)才是最重要的。

再就到了面試，面試的老師有三個(gè)。先是回答兩個(gè)問題，就是關(guān)于班級(jí)管理一個(gè)，然后是對(duì)某句話的理解一個(gè)，網(wǎng)上都有真題，差不多就是那些。回答完完以后就是試講，試講就是講課，一個(gè)人自問自答。就是平時(shí)老師上課那樣，該寫字的時(shí)候就寫字，該做游戲就做游戲。快到十分鐘老師會(huì)提醒注意時(shí)間。

最后就結(jié)束了，有的老師會(huì)問問題，英文的，有的也沒有問題。，自己收拾好就可以離開了，老師會(huì)提醒你擦黑板，不用擔(dān)心。

關(guān)于考試我的建議是最重要的一定要多試講，備課不用花太多時(shí)間，關(guān)鍵是在講臺(tái)上的表現(xiàn)，這個(gè)才是最重要的，能實(shí)習(xí)的不用說了，像我一樣完全自己準(zhǔn)備的就一定要注意，平時(shí)多練習(xí)。

大致流程就是這樣子，也不知道過沒過，但是第一次考試講，給大家分享下心得。

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the schexxng system in Prof.Wang’s lab.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation schexxng system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm--Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too.In the second semester I joined the workshop-schexxng research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The schexxng was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Schexxng method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.Besides In July 2000 I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference(ASCC)which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year I met Prof.Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.I hope to study in depth
