二、正式邀請(qǐng)信

第二種邀請(qǐng)信一般由會(huì)議或?qū)W術(shù)活動(dòng)的組委會(huì)的某一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)人來(lái)寫，以組委會(huì)的名義發(fā)出，而且被邀請(qǐng)者通常也是屬于比較有威望的人士。因此，這類邀請(qǐng)信的措辭要相對(duì)正式一些，語(yǔ)氣要熱情有禮。
