      自我介紹以后,考官的問題又要如何應答呢?有些問題可以說是相當狡猾了。一個不小心就會踩雷……

      Q: Why did you leave your last job?(上份工作的離職原因?)A1:

      My last job was not challenging enough.I was not motivated to wake up to work anymore.I liked my colleagues and boss, but I simply can’t keep myself motivated anymore.我的上份工作不是很具有挑戰(zhàn)性,我沒有足夠動力起床上班。我很喜歡我的同事和上司,但卻沒有干勁了。

      Based on the job description I really believe that I can find new motivation and challenges in your company.根據(jù)這個職位描述,我真的覺得自己能在你的公司找到新的動力與挑戰(zhàn)。A2:

      There was a downsizing in our company.Similarly to most people from financial department, my contract was terminated.However, it is the past.I am ready to utilize all the knowledge and experience I gained there to start my new career, possibly in your corporation.我們公司裁員了,和財務部門很多人一樣,我的合同終止了。不過那都是過去的事情了。我已經(jīng)準備好利用我在上個公司學到的知識和經(jīng)驗在您的公司開始新的職業(yè)生涯。

      Tips:不要詆毀之前的公司或者同事,多說說對未來的展望,而不是糾結(jié)于過去。Q: Why should we hire you?(聘用你的原因?)

      A:

      I fulfill all the job requirements.However, I am sure some other applicants do fulfill it too.But I am a nice guy and always try to create a good atmosphere on the workplace.我滿足職位需求的所有條件。雖然我相信還有其他的求職者也能滿足條件,但我為人和善,總能在工作場合創(chuàng)造良好的氛圍。

      This helps, especially nowadays, when people are stressed and negative about everything.這很重要,尤其是在現(xiàn)在更加如此,因為人們總是壓力纏身,對一切充滿負面情緒。Q: What are your weaknesses?(你的缺點是?)A1:

      I am not very patient.That’s obviously bad.But I am working on it every day, trying to control myself and be more tolerant to the others.It’s not easy, but I definitely made good progress in recent years.我不是很有耐心,當然這很不好。但是我每天都在盡力改善,控制自己,并且容納他人。這不是很簡單,但是近年來我已經(jīng)有了很大進步。A2:

      I trust people too much.It is nice to live with such feelings, but it caused me many troubles in the past.However, as I am getting older, I can much better distinguish friends from foes.我太過于相信他人,能夠帶著這樣的信任來生活確實很好,但是這過去也給我?guī)砹艘恍┞闊kS著我年紀漸長,我越來越能分清敵友了。

      Tips:建議你挑一些跟工作不太相關(guān)的缺點來回答。而且,回答的時候,你要突出表達想要盡快改掉這個缺點的意愿。這樣的做人態(tài)度是雇主們愿意看到的。Step 3 注意避雷!

      總有小伙伴們因為細節(jié)出問題或是用語不當被一票否決,錯失走上人生巔峰的寶貴機會。敲黑板,面試中的以下雷區(qū)一定要避免,千萬不能中槍??!

      ? 主動權(quán)拱手相讓

      首先,當你聽到“老掉牙”的問題:Tell me something about yourself.(談談你自己)的時候,要把主動權(quán)牢牢掌握在自己手中。不要偷懶或者耍小聰明反問回去: What do you want to know about me? 你想知道些什么呢? 那樣,會給面試官留下不好的印象,對方很有可能覺得你準備不足。

      ? 回答過于私人化

      面試官讓你“談談”自己的時候,可不是和你隨便拉家常,所以回答不要太私人化哦。The interviewer doesn't want to know about your hobbies, your family, or even your favorite TV show.面試官并不想知道你的愛好、家庭或者你最喜歡的電視劇。

      The biggest mistake that many job candidates make is thinking that the interviewer wants to know about them personally.很多面試者犯的最大的錯誤就是以為面試官想從私人角度了解你。

      要知道,面試官可是閱人無數(shù)的“人精”,他們一定是想從你的自我介紹中提取出有價值的信息的,從而判斷你是否適合本公司。

      考核標準

      ? The interviewer is interested in understanding whether you can do the job.面試官感興趣的是你能否勝任這份工作。? Whether or not you would fit into the team or culture of the organization.你能不能融入團隊,適應公司文化。

      ? What you have accomplished in the past.你以前取得過哪些成就。

      ? How you can help their organization.你會怎樣來幫助公司發(fā)展。

      結(jié)合這些考核標準,其實也不難預估面試官會從哪些方面問接著問。

      除了面試必考題“談談你自己”,考官很可能會結(jié)合你的簡歷詢問相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷。這里又有雷區(qū):

      ? 不能背簡歷

      一定要簡潔精煉,不要背簡歷,也不要事無巨細,碎碎念個沒完。

      Keep your statements brief.Your answer to this question should be around two to three minutes.介紹要簡潔,回答控制在2-3分鐘內(nèi)。

      還有,要把自己的經(jīng)歷與公司需要結(jié)合起來。畢竟知己知彼,方能百戰(zhàn)不殆。前面的自我介紹環(huán)節(jié)鋪墊好了,在自由提問環(huán)節(jié)更不能掉以輕心。下面這些話還是忍住不要說了吧:

      ? 我真的很緊張

      不管你有多緊張,不能表現(xiàn)出來,更不能把大實話說出來。

      Even if you're more nervous than you've ever been, no company wants to hire someone who lacks confidence.即使你從沒這么緊張過,(也不要說這句話),沒有哪家公司想雇一名缺乏自信的員工。

      ? 別把缺點說成優(yōu)點

      “你的弱點是什么?”這道題可不簡單,回答的時候需要把握分寸,不能太直白,最好也別?;^。

      My weakness is I care too much/work too hard 我的弱點是太在乎(這份工作)/工作起來太拼命

      這種回答還是算了,誰都知道這些所謂的缺點其實是變相夸自己的優(yōu)點。走點心吧親!

      You should spend time thinking about what your true weaknesses are and admit to them.你應該花點兒時間思考你真正的缺點是什么并坦承陳述。

      當然了,如果面試官沒有問起“你最大的弱點是什么”這一面試問題,那千萬不要主動談論此事。

      無可奉告

      Unless the interviewer asks you an inappropriate or illegal question, or something that makes you feel extremely uncomfortable, you should always answer their queries.除非面試官問你不合時宜或非法的問題,或是讓你回答極其不舒服的問題,你都應當對問題做出回答。

      面試時,不要說“無可奉告”這樣的話,這會讓你看起來有所隱瞞,或是你對面試毫無準備。

      迫切需要得到這份工作

      不要表現(xiàn)得歇斯底里。面試官會把你對工作的渴求視作軟弱的表現(xiàn)。Definitely do not say that you really need this job due to your current circumstances.不要說你現(xiàn)在的境況真的需要這份工作。

      雇主想要的是把工作當事業(yè)來做的有志者,而非僅僅需要一份工作的員工。

      很喜歡貴公司的福利津貼

      Don't bring up how much you love some of the company's perks, such as their policy of having every third Friday off or their free snacks.不要談論你多么喜歡公司的某些福利津貼,如每月第3個周五不上班或提供免費點心等。

      拜托,你是求職者,不是吃貨好嗎?公司需要看到你的事業(yè)心,太在意薪酬福利會讓面試官覺得你來公司只是為了錢,而沒有更深層次的原因。

      This will create the image that you care more about the benefits than you do about contributing to the employer's success."

      這會讓人覺得你更在乎福利,而非為公司做貢獻。

      我沒有問題要問

      面試的最后,考官可能會把最后的提問機會留給你,看看你對公司的工作有什么想法。這時,千萬別說你沒有問題。This makes you look unprepared for the interview, or worse, disinterested in the job or company.這會顯得你的準備工作做得很不充分,或更糟糕的是,你對這份工作或這個公司不感興趣。
