辦理畢業(yè)證、學(xué)位證須知

申請(qǐng)畢業(yè)的條件：

1.首先把所學(xué)專業(yè)的課程全部通過。（一般課程60分通過，如果你確定要學(xué)位證，則三門學(xué)位課總分要達(dá)到210分，單科最低分不能少于65分）。2.辦理完免考、交清實(shí)踐技能課程和加試課程、論文費(fèi)用（見成績(jī)），二年學(xué)費(fèi)交清（學(xué)校財(cái)務(wù)有要求，學(xué)費(fèi)二年交清才辦畢業(yè)）。3.交身份證復(fù)印件正反兩面復(fù)印2張。4.交準(zhǔn)考證原件。

5.蘭底彩色1寸、2寸照片各2張。

辦理申報(bào)畢業(yè)的時(shí)間：一年辦理二次

上半年 5.20---6.3 考生到學(xué)校辦公室交相關(guān)辦畢業(yè)的資料，由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一申報(bào)、辦理你們的畢業(yè)證

6.4---6.6 自考辦一審/二審/三審 交畢業(yè)生材料，一般在7.10左右出畢業(yè)證（具體發(fā)證時(shí)間以當(dāng)年辦證速度為主）

下半年 11.26---12.5考生到學(xué)校辦公室交相關(guān)辦畢業(yè)的資料進(jìn)行登記，由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一申報(bào)、辦理你們的畢業(yè)證

12.5---12.10 自考辦一審/二審/三審 交材料 一般在1.10左右出畢業(yè)證

（具體發(fā)證時(shí)間以當(dāng)年辦證速度為主）

辦理學(xué)位證的條件：

1、須持有本科畢業(yè)證，憑本科畢業(yè)證復(fù)印件、畢業(yè)生登記表復(fù)印件及畢業(yè)證書編號(hào)才能申報(bào)學(xué)位證，一年之內(nèi)向?qū)W校申請(qǐng)（超過一年時(shí)間，一律不辦理學(xué)位證）。

2、所學(xué)專業(yè)3門學(xué)位課程要達(dá)到分?jǐn)?shù)要求，總分達(dá)到210分，單科成績(jī)不能低于65分。

3、通過學(xué)位外語(yǔ)考試（要填寫合格編碼），或者交英語(yǔ)四級(jí)證復(fù)印件（在外省通過4級(jí)的，要交當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)校出具的考試證明，上面蓋公章）。英語(yǔ)專業(yè)通過專業(yè)四級(jí)的交證書復(fù)印件2張。

4、填寫論文題目及成績(jī)（須分?jǐn)?shù)70分以上）。

辦理學(xué)位證時(shí)間: 一年辦理二次

上半年 5月5—20號(hào)到辦公室申請(qǐng)、填表、交150元辦證費(fèi)、交本科畢業(yè)證復(fù)印件等材料。9—10月左右出證（以當(dāng)年具體審辦時(shí)間為主）

下半年 10月25—11月10號(hào)到辦公室申請(qǐng)、填表、交150辦學(xué)位證費(fèi)、交本科畢業(yè)證復(fù)印件、登記表等材料。下一年4—5月左右出學(xué)位證（以當(dāng)年具體審辦時(shí)間為主）

辦理學(xué)位證所需材料：

1、學(xué)士學(xué)位申請(qǐng)表（到校填寫）

2、本科畢業(yè)證復(fù)印件二份，畢業(yè)檔案里的成績(jī)一欄復(fù)印件二份

3、身份證復(fù)印件二份

4、英語(yǔ)四級(jí)證復(fù)印件兩份或者通過學(xué)位外語(yǔ)的合格編號(hào)。

5、蘭底彩照2寸交2張，照片電子版一份（需和交的照片一致、照片文件名以身份證號(hào)碼命名）

6、畢業(yè)論文的題目及分?jǐn)?shù)

以前已經(jīng)交過資料的這次不需要再交。由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一辦理，不需要同學(xué)們自己上網(wǎng)申請(qǐng)。特此通知，相互轉(zhuǎn)告！
