語(yǔ)音實(shí)訓(xùn)感想
班級(jí):XXXXX 學(xué)號(hào):XXXXXX 姓名:XXX 指導(dǎo)老師:XX XX 這學(xué)期的語(yǔ)音實(shí)訓(xùn)已經(jīng)結(jié)束,經(jīng)過(guò)這一周的商務(wù)談判實(shí)訓(xùn)與學(xué)習(xí),我對(duì)自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)狀況有了更加近一步的認(rèn)識(shí)和更深層次的分析,對(duì)自己原來(lái)的不足和誤區(qū)之處做了彌補(bǔ)和改正。比如一些看似簡(jiǎn)單的單詞但是卻發(fā)不對(duì)音的單詞,還有一些句子語(yǔ)調(diào)的讀法之類的。
實(shí)訓(xùn)過(guò)程分為四個(gè)過(guò)程,第一是老師總的指導(dǎo)告訴我們實(shí)訓(xùn)的大致內(nèi)容和方法,是關(guān)于商務(wù)英語(yǔ)談判的以及相關(guān)的信息和要求。第二是根據(jù)分好的組,組員一起分配好角色,然后一起撰寫(xiě)劇本。第三是老師和組員一起修改劇本并且每人讀臺(tái)詞老師輔導(dǎo)糾正發(fā)音。第四是考核,每組表演自己的劇本,然后老師給予評(píng)價(jià)。
每一個(gè)過(guò)程我們每個(gè)人都是盡自己的努力去參加,例如寫(xiě)劇本的過(guò)程中,可能我們對(duì)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)方面的知識(shí)知道的不是很多,盡管我們之前有上過(guò)關(guān)于商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的課程,但大都是一知半解,所以我們每個(gè)人都是仔細(xì)的又把商務(wù)英語(yǔ)書(shū)又翻開(kāi)了一遍,力求能把劇本寫(xiě)的盡量體現(xiàn)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)談判的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,嚴(yán)密性。但是老師說(shuō)的很對(duì),可能你們自己寫(xiě)的都覺(jué)得自己寫(xiě)的很對(duì)沒(méi)有什么錯(cuò)誤,可是別人尤其是專業(yè)的人一看就能發(fā)現(xiàn)許多的錯(cuò)誤比如說(shuō)討價(jià)還價(jià)的環(huán)節(jié)不夠緊密,不是單純的降低價(jià)格而是價(jià)值交換的體現(xiàn),還有缺少了支付方式,發(fā)貨方式保險(xiǎn)等商務(wù)中必須涉及到的東西我們都沒(méi)有考慮到,而且可能選擇的過(guò)程也是過(guò)于繁瑣,不能讓人看了就能一目了然。所以我們也是聽(tīng)從老師的建議把劇本更改了許多把遺漏的地方都給填補(bǔ)上去,然后比較混亂的地方也重新編排過(guò),希望把劇本能做到盡善盡美。接下來(lái)就是老師給我們矯正發(fā)音的過(guò)程,實(shí)話說(shuō)是比較痛苦的,因?yàn)槔蠋熞蠛車?yán)格,老師說(shuō)你們是英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的人不是其他那些非專業(yè)的人,如果你們的英語(yǔ)跟那些非專業(yè)的人聽(tīng)起來(lái)差不多,那么你怎么還能繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)呢,而且現(xiàn)在矯正你的發(fā)音是好事不能等你出了學(xué)校到公司應(yīng)聘的時(shí)候被別人所嫌棄的你的發(fā)音,所以老師的批評(píng)是對(duì)的,盡管是比較苛刻,但我們知道老師是為我們好,所以我們也是虛心接受,盡力矯正自己的發(fā)音。老師也是花費(fèi)了許多輔導(dǎo)我們改劇本和糾正發(fā)音。我們又對(duì)劇本內(nèi)容整理了一遍,每個(gè)人都先念好自己的臺(tái)詞然后背誦接下來(lái)就是模擬練習(xí),一遍又一遍,盡量不卡帶。
最后一個(gè)過(guò)程就是在會(huì)議室里的模擬談判,跟自己在寢室練習(xí)的感覺(jué)完全不一樣,給人一種很正式的感覺(jué),老師也是給每組表演的同學(xué)提出了許多的意見(jiàn)。其實(shí)到我們組表演的時(shí)候,我心里還是比較緊張的,差點(diǎn)都記不住的自己的臺(tái)詞,說(shuō)的時(shí)候也感覺(jué)背誦一樣,缺少了談判時(shí)候該帶有的感情,老師在評(píng)價(jià)我們組的時(shí)候說(shuō)了許多,感覺(jué)我們組的表現(xiàn)是不怎么好,而且時(shí)間的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也沒(méi)有達(dá)到,結(jié)束之后,我們組又對(duì)劇本進(jìn)行修改,然后計(jì)時(shí)讀詞,一定要達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為止。雖然這個(gè)過(guò)程是很辛苦,但是我們都覺(jué)得這是作為一個(gè)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生所必備的技能,假如現(xiàn)在不練習(xí),那么以后在遇到這種情況也會(huì)不知道如何應(yīng)對(duì)的。
從此次實(shí)訓(xùn)中我得出了以下幾點(diǎn):第一是學(xué)到了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,在準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中,我們互相幫忙,集思廣益,創(chuàng)作劇本,分工明確,每個(gè)人都沒(méi)有逃避任務(wù),不僅鍛煉了英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力還鍛煉了團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。第二是讓我們意識(shí)到商務(wù)禮儀與我們的專業(yè)息息相關(guān),對(duì)我們的職場(chǎng)也有很大的影響,特別是最后呈現(xiàn)的模擬談判,更是讓我們感受到了談判技巧的運(yùn)用,并且還是用英語(yǔ)來(lái)表達(dá)是更加有難度的。第三是此次實(shí)訓(xùn)與平時(shí)的上課是完全不同的一種學(xué)習(xí)方式,在實(shí)訓(xùn)過(guò)程中要我們運(yùn)用所學(xué)到的理論知識(shí),更加認(rèn)識(shí)到掌握專業(yè)知識(shí)的重要性,同時(shí)也認(rèn)識(shí)到了自己還有更多方面的不足。第四是讓我們意識(shí)到了作為英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生的我們應(yīng)該更加重視英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練,多聽(tīng)聽(tīng)純正的英語(yǔ),從中找出自己發(fā)音上的不足并糾正同時(shí)還要掌握口語(yǔ)表達(dá)的有效技巧,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力以便我們以后在職場(chǎng)中能夠搶占先機(jī),從而培養(yǎng)較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)際交際能力。第五是關(guān)于態(tài)度的問(wèn)題,這跟平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)的課程不一樣,自不自覺(jué)完全看自己的態(tài)度,但是我很慶幸的是我們小組的每個(gè)人都是很認(rèn)真的對(duì)待的,沒(méi)有一個(gè)人說(shuō)是找各種借口不做,雖然說(shuō)我們可能沒(méi)有別的小組做的好完成的出色,但是我認(rèn)為并不是每件事都要追求好的結(jié)果,好的成績(jī),過(guò)程依然是很重要的,體現(xiàn)了你對(duì)待事情,對(duì)待人生的態(tài)度,所以即使結(jié)果不那么樂(lè)觀,但至少我們小組的每個(gè)人都認(rèn)真對(duì)待過(guò)也努力過(guò)了,這對(duì)我們來(lái)說(shuō)比什么都重要,我們也很高興每個(gè)人都能努力過(guò)找到自己在小組中的價(jià)值。
最后我想說(shuō)的是很感謝能有此次實(shí)訓(xùn)讓我們作為英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生也能體會(huì)到在職場(chǎng)上商務(wù)英語(yǔ)談判的機(jī)會(huì),同時(shí)也讓我們知道了自己在英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)、寫(xiě)作能力方面還有哪方面的不足,爭(zhēng)取在以后的學(xué)習(xí)生活中不斷進(jìn)步,不斷改善,最后謝謝老師對(duì)我們給予的輔導(dǎo)和意見(jiàn)。

近期系里組織開(kāi)展了語(yǔ)音實(shí)訓(xùn),這次實(shí)訓(xùn)讓我受益匪淺。通過(guò)這次語(yǔ)音實(shí)訓(xùn),我對(duì)自己的口語(yǔ)有了更加深入的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)我以后英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)有很大的引導(dǎo)。
實(shí)訓(xùn)內(nèi)容主要是模擬一次商務(wù)談判。本次實(shí)訓(xùn)有利于學(xué)生更加重視英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)訓(xùn)練并掌握口語(yǔ)表達(dá)的有效技能,使我們進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化英語(yǔ)口能力以適應(yīng)職業(yè)的需要,從而培養(yǎng)較強(qiáng)的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)實(shí)際交際能力。實(shí)訓(xùn)內(nèi)容分為:撰稿,脫稿表演,錄音等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。此次實(shí)訓(xùn)是以小組為單位開(kāi)展的,五人一組,分為兩個(gè)公司進(jìn)行談判。小組內(nèi)任務(wù)分工以后,首先開(kāi)始撰稿。其中需要搜集資料,查找專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),更重要的是體現(xiàn)商務(wù)談判的技能技巧,小組成員相互討論探討,最終敲定了劇本。第二,就是指導(dǎo)老師對(duì)劇本的指導(dǎo)與修改,指導(dǎo)老師對(duì)我們進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的指導(dǎo),糾正我們劇本當(dāng)中不合適的地方,之后還對(duì)我們的發(fā)音進(jìn)行了矯正。第三,劇本修改過(guò)后,我們有短時(shí)間的熟練與記憶,之后進(jìn)行脫稿表演,指導(dǎo)老師在我們表演過(guò)后進(jìn)行了點(diǎn)評(píng)。第四,小組錄音。實(shí)訓(xùn)短暫,時(shí)間有限,但是它對(duì)我們的學(xué)習(xí)的提高有著很大的作用。
第一部分撰寫(xiě)劇本,訓(xùn)練了我們用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)自己觀點(diǎn)的能力,培養(yǎng)在特定的商務(wù)情況下進(jìn)行連貫得體的交流。從談判前的人員分工,搜集相應(yīng)的資料,模擬談判的訓(xùn)練,都鍛煉了我們組各個(gè)成員的動(dòng)手能力,溝通技巧,組織能力等,同時(shí)也增進(jìn)了成員之間的團(tuán)結(jié)合作意識(shí)。在之前,我們組就開(kāi)始討論這次談判的具體事宜,我們都表示這次談判需要系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃,搜集詳細(xì)的資料,明確各成員的責(zé)任分工,要一同編寫(xiě)談判劇本,我們把從網(wǎng)上搜集的資料進(jìn)行匯總,我們上上下下修改好多次,每次排練過(guò)程我們都積極討論修改的地方,從實(shí)際出發(fā)力求材料真實(shí)可信符合事實(shí)。雖然這次模擬談判,卻讓我們感受到了談判的氣氛,在談判過(guò)程中我們扮演不同的角色,代表不同公司,當(dāng)我們?yōu)榱烁髯怨纠鏍?zhēng)執(zhí)不下,不肯相讓時(shí),相信我們都進(jìn)入了角色,這讓我們體會(huì)到了真實(shí)談判的感覺(jué),而鍛煉了我們?cè)谡勁兄袑?shí)際能力,如何保持頭腦清醒,思維敏捷,不落入對(duì)方的圈套,這樣才能在談判中保持主動(dòng),另外在談判中也要不斷轉(zhuǎn)變思路從而使談判想自己有利的方向轉(zhuǎn)變,同時(shí)在談判中也要學(xué)會(huì)緩和氣氛,打破僵局,有利于談判的繼續(xù)進(jìn)行。當(dāng)然在此次談判中也暴露了很多缺點(diǎn),在進(jìn)行此次談判的過(guò)程過(guò)程中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的知識(shí)面太過(guò)于狹窄,對(duì)一些商業(yè)的專有名詞不了解,對(duì)一些商務(wù)禮儀也不太懂。在這次實(shí)訓(xùn)中,我們學(xué)到了很多東西,一集體利益為重,團(tuán)結(jié)作戰(zhàn),不論做何種決定,沒(méi)有團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作,一個(gè)人的能力很難完成。首先要取得隊(duì)友的支持,傾聽(tīng)并考慮隊(duì)友的意見(jiàn)與建議,不要擅自做主。在談判中要采取靈活的談判方式,軟硬兼施,必要時(shí)采取強(qiáng)硬態(tài)度。
第二部分,商務(wù)談判中重點(diǎn)考察語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)的正確性。語(yǔ)音學(xué)習(xí)的模仿的關(guān)鍵在精不在多,資料的選擇不必很多,關(guān)鍵在于把所選資料每一篇都聽(tīng)熟讀透。我們經(jīng)常都會(huì)感到聽(tīng)力能力不過(guò)關(guān),都是由于對(duì)手頭的精聽(tīng)資料重復(fù)遍數(shù)不夠造成的。精聽(tīng)的關(guān)鍵在于重復(fù),而跟讀模仿要做到惟妙惟肖,就必須進(jìn)行大量的重復(fù),反復(fù)揣摩,耐心細(xì)致地朗讀。這樣我們就把聽(tīng)和說(shuō)有機(jī)地結(jié)合在一起。另外,發(fā)音練習(xí)的過(guò)程中一定要注意對(duì)速度的控制。把音發(fā)清楚是第一位的,因?yàn)檫@是一切發(fā)音技巧能夠正確使用的前提。很多時(shí)候我們會(huì)一味圖快,而忽略了聲音清楚的前提,最后使所講的英文讓別人聽(tīng)不清楚,白白浪費(fèi)了大量的精力去練習(xí)。因此我們練習(xí)的原則是寧可慢不可快,為了發(fā)音清楚,一切其他技巧都是可以延后再練的。最后,練習(xí)過(guò)程中一定要注意對(duì)各種發(fā)音變化現(xiàn)象的總結(jié)歸納。語(yǔ)音知識(shí)在口語(yǔ)和聽(tīng)力中的運(yùn)用是感性化的,也就是說(shuō)所有的語(yǔ)音知識(shí)都是聽(tīng)力經(jīng)驗(yàn)在頭腦當(dāng)中的反應(yīng),我們想要鞏固所學(xué)的語(yǔ)音知識(shí),就必須把所學(xué)的內(nèi)容放到聽(tīng)力練習(xí)當(dāng)中去驗(yàn)證。所以,我們不要忽視發(fā)音的糾正練習(xí),因?yàn)槲覀兯玫降慕^不僅僅是發(fā)音的改變,而聽(tīng)力能夠得到的好處恐怕是我們想象不到的。在經(jīng)過(guò)這次實(shí)訓(xùn)及老師的指導(dǎo)下,我們領(lǐng)悟到了很多。我們一定要?jiǎng)涌?,絕對(duì)不要只聽(tīng)不練,否則就是做無(wú)用功;要反復(fù)地練習(xí)。剛開(kāi)始的時(shí)候我們可能發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)了就忘,其實(shí)這是很正常的事,別泄氣,我們要做的就是反復(fù)學(xué)習(xí)。多學(xué)幾遍自然就記住了。英語(yǔ)是一種典型以重音計(jì)時(shí)的語(yǔ)言,節(jié)奏是英語(yǔ)話語(yǔ)的顯著特征之一.英語(yǔ)的詞重音、語(yǔ)句重音與英語(yǔ)話語(yǔ)節(jié)奏密切相關(guān),重音模式影響話語(yǔ)的交際效果.文章分析了英語(yǔ)詞重音、句重音模式及話語(yǔ)節(jié)奏,以提高我們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)音的效率,同時(shí)也培養(yǎng)我們的交際能力。語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)的訓(xùn)練很重要,我們用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)話的時(shí)候,可以從語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)來(lái)判斷個(gè)人的英語(yǔ)能力,因此在語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)方面要加強(qiáng)練習(xí)。通過(guò)多聽(tīng)廣播、看電影等等途徑來(lái)鍛煉,并且要經(jīng)常多說(shuō),以達(dá)更好的效果。通過(guò)這幾天的實(shí)訓(xùn),我學(xué)到了很多,感覺(jué)自己在語(yǔ)音的發(fā)音、節(jié)奏、語(yǔ)調(diào)上都有很大的進(jìn)步。當(dāng)然這之中肯定存在著些許問(wèn)題,有些音標(biāo)的發(fā)音還是會(huì)出錯(cuò),沒(méi)有達(dá)到很標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的水平。語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)也還需要多多改進(jìn)。我想,在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中還要更多的復(fù)習(xí)這方面的只是,加強(qiáng)鍛煉,每天抽空來(lái)培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)音,多聽(tīng)些英語(yǔ)廣播,看些電影,和同學(xué)進(jìn)行模擬對(duì)話,等等。我相信,我的語(yǔ)音水平會(huì)越來(lái)越好的。在本次的語(yǔ)音實(shí)訓(xùn)中,我深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到了學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)音的重要性。作為一個(gè)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)生,首先就應(yīng)該要把語(yǔ)音給學(xué)好,這對(duì)我們學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)來(lái)說(shuō),其重要性是不言而喻的。因此,在以后的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,我們還是要多多鍛煉這方面的知識(shí),從而使我們的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)得到更大的提高。
短暫的實(shí)訓(xùn)結(jié)束了,但它給了我們很大的幫助,給我們提供了一定的平臺(tái)可以把所學(xué)知識(shí)得以運(yùn)用,有一個(gè)鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)。也讓我們更加清楚地意識(shí)到自己的不足,從而改進(jìn),提高我們的英語(yǔ)水平。在這次實(shí)訓(xùn)當(dāng)中,老師耐心的輔導(dǎo),給了我們很多有用的方法建議。我希望以后能有更多這樣的機(jī)會(huì)。

在這里揚(yáng)帆起航
高中的我只是埋頭苦讀,甘做井底之蛙;上了大學(xué)以后,只是覺(jué)得課程變得少了,自己的時(shí)間多了,卻不知何去何從;加入了學(xué)生會(huì),變得異常的充實(shí),但也會(huì)感到力不從心;暑假開(kāi)始了,學(xué)校里要求暑期“踏入社會(huì)”,我知道我的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)了!
向來(lái)自信滿滿的我總是期待有一天能變成社會(huì)人,有自己規(guī)劃的人生,而不是在學(xué)校里聽(tīng)從老師家長(zhǎng)的安排,暑期里我有了這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。但這似乎沒(méi)有想象中的簡(jiǎn)單···
我甚至絞盡腦汁都想不到我應(yīng)該去干什么,我能去干什么?是啊,我們?cè)诩依镉屑议L(zhǎng),在學(xué)校有老師,他們安排著我們的所有,在社會(huì)上我們只有有自己,卻又不知何去何從。盡管如此,還是找到了些事情。我先是到了一家很高檔的西餐廳里工作,由于自己的資質(zhì)也只能做一個(gè)很普通的服務(wù)員。我每天打工十個(gè)小時(shí),晚上十二點(diǎn)下班,才可以得到微薄的工資。終于兩天后我自動(dòng)離開(kāi)···可能是自己不夠堅(jiān)持,也是身心疲憊,最終還是承認(rèn)了自己沒(méi)有這個(gè)能力。我總是安慰自己這個(gè)不行還有別的,別的我一定可以。又是艱難的尋找···
也許是上帝可憐我,想給我一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)證明自己。我得到了可以去百貨公司財(cái)務(wù)科實(shí)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì),考慮到我只是一個(gè)大一的學(xué)生,我在那里的工作很是零碎,甚至是一邊學(xué)一邊做,還好只是一些簡(jiǎn)單易懂的事?,F(xiàn)在我才知道其實(shí)我能做的事情太少,離開(kāi)學(xué)校,離開(kāi)家里的幫助,我們來(lái)到社會(huì)上就要學(xué)會(huì)孤軍奮戰(zhàn)。所以為了以后的自己我要從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始揚(yáng)帆起航,學(xué)會(huì)做一個(gè)社會(huì)人,要親身體驗(yàn)社會(huì)!
我想在未來(lái)三年的大學(xué)生活里我不可以在沒(méi)有目標(biāo)的生活,應(yīng)該有意識(shí)的投入社會(huì)實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,找準(zhǔn)自己的位置,提前為自己以后的生活謀算。當(dāng)然,說(shuō)起來(lái)容易做起來(lái)難,要做到這些遠(yuǎn)比想象中的難,就像這次的社會(huì)實(shí)踐一樣。學(xué)校就像我們的避風(fēng)港,就算它再怎么偽裝也遠(yuǎn)比不上社會(huì)復(fù)雜,在這里我們永遠(yuǎn)都有著學(xué)生的身份,有著同學(xué)與老師的幫助。所以想要真正的走向社會(huì)我們就需要走出學(xué)校,社會(huì)實(shí)踐是典型的例子!
但又不能只靠社會(huì)實(shí)踐,我們也應(yīng)該用知識(shí)來(lái)武裝自己。知識(shí)是一切的根本,如果沒(méi)有知識(shí),恐怕也只能做一些服務(wù)生一類的工作。所以,在校期間千萬(wàn)不能換廢了學(xué)業(yè),否則,離開(kāi)學(xué)校我們將什么都不是!
從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始,在這里開(kāi)始,讓我們揚(yáng)帆起航,不要盲目,不要慵懶,只需要朝著自己的夢(mèng)想前進(jìn)!

轉(zhuǎn)眼之間,大學(xué)生活已經(jīng)過(guò)去了一年,我的暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐也告一段落。今年暑假,在學(xué)校的統(tǒng)一要求下,我回家后參加了社會(huì)實(shí)踐,一開(kāi)始我還覺(jué)得這簡(jiǎn)直是浪費(fèi)時(shí)間,但是后來(lái)在真正的實(shí)踐中我才漸漸的發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校的這一要求是必要的,我們大學(xué)生在學(xué)校所學(xué)的知識(shí)是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,當(dāng)我們要想真正的融入社會(huì)時(shí),我們所要學(xué)習(xí)的還有很多。眾所周知,現(xiàn)在有好多大學(xué)畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)就面臨失業(yè),找工作成為大學(xué)生的一大難題,但這并不是說(shuō)由于工作崗位有限,而是我們?nèi)鄙俸芏嗌鐣?huì)實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn),無(wú)法去面對(duì)和適應(yīng)社會(huì)中的種種事物,因而也就無(wú)法去達(dá)到企業(yè)對(duì)我們的要求,更別說(shuō)去勝任企業(yè)給我們的工作崗位。
今年的暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐我選擇了去一家基層財(cái)政部門做一個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)資金辦公室主任的臨時(shí)助理,在這次社會(huì)實(shí)踐中,我學(xué)到了許多,我相信我所學(xué)到的這些都將使我受益匪淺。之所以這次實(shí)踐我選擇到一家基層財(cái)政部門,首先是因?yàn)樵摬块T的工作與我們做學(xué)的財(cái)務(wù)管理專業(yè)聯(lián)系緊密,在者是因?yàn)槲乙灿幸庀驅(qū)?lái)畢業(yè)能考上財(cái)政部門的公務(wù)員。在這次實(shí)踐中我學(xué)到了許多在做人做事方面的技巧與藝術(shù),培養(yǎng)了自己在與人交流等工作方面的能力,而讓我最受感慨的是在作為一個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)人員以及公務(wù)人員時(shí)必須要有的一些基本素質(zhì),如何去做好這雙重性質(zhì)的工作。
首先,作為一個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)人員,我們要做到要熟悉各種財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)以及熟練各種財(cái)務(wù)賬目的處理,要能夠?qū)⒏鞣N賬目填平,要將賬務(wù)處理的一目了然。在做財(cái)務(wù)工作時(shí),我們必須要學(xué)會(huì)有耐心,決不可粗心大意,在一個(gè)龐大的財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)中即使出現(xiàn)哪怕一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的誤差也將會(huì)導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,這點(diǎn)特別是體現(xiàn)在政府財(cái)務(wù)上。通過(guò)跟我們主任實(shí)踐這段時(shí)間,我向他了解了許多財(cái)務(wù)方面的相關(guān)知識(shí),學(xué)到了很多。在閑暇時(shí),我經(jīng)常會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)主任并沒(méi)有休息,而是在不斷的各種財(cái)務(wù)方面的書(shū)籍,所謂活到老學(xué)到老,財(cái)務(wù)方面的種種總是日新月異的,及時(shí)補(bǔ)充營(yíng)養(yǎng)才會(huì)不與時(shí)代落伍。
其次,作為一個(gè)公務(wù)人員,我們必須要樹(shù)立為人民服務(wù)的思想,要有為人民服務(wù)的精神。由于我們所出的是基層政府部門,所以每天會(huì)有許多到訪的農(nóng)民,每逢此時(shí),我都會(huì)非常認(rèn)真有耐心的去接待他們,細(xì)心的替他們解答疑難問(wèn)題,宣傳國(guó)家政策。但是,偶爾也不乏有些暫時(shí)沖動(dòng)跑來(lái)鬧事的人,而這時(shí)就是考驗(yàn)我們的時(shí)候了,我們要首先去平息他們的怒火,然后要去了解他們所面臨的問(wèn)題,然后告訴他們又該如何來(lái)解決。通過(guò)民意調(diào)查,使我們欣慰的是老百姓現(xiàn)在對(duì)國(guó)家的政策還是很贊揚(yáng)的,但是我們也不難知道還有許多需要國(guó)家想辦法解決的問(wèn)題,要想真正的做好三農(nóng)工作,我們還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走。
總的來(lái)說(shuō),雖然這次實(shí)踐我沒(méi)能夠參見(jiàn)到真正的財(cái)務(wù)賬目的處理實(shí)踐中,但是我還是學(xué)到了很多有用的東西,而且我覺(jué)得這些恰恰可能是將來(lái)我們到社會(huì)中去找工作時(shí)最重要的,所以也算是提升了我在各方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力。我相信這些都能夠?yàn)槲以诮窈笞龊贸浞值臏?zhǔn)備去融入社會(huì)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
這次實(shí)踐,自身感慨頗多,使我感觸最深的應(yīng)該是剛開(kāi)始我進(jìn)入單位后的無(wú)所適從,那時(shí)我才真正的明白雖然大學(xué)了,但我們所欠缺的太多了,現(xiàn)在社會(huì)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)太快了,作為21世紀(jì)知識(shí)青年我們不能落伍,積極的參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐去培養(yǎng)自己在各方面的能力很有必要,我們不能去要求這個(gè)社會(huì)來(lái)適應(yīng)我們,而是我們?nèi)ヅm應(yīng)這個(gè)社會(huì),想要改造這個(gè)社會(huì)還是從改造自己做起吧。
同時(shí),這次實(shí)踐讓我感覺(jué)到了我們不能只為自己而活,我們肩上的擔(dān)子還很重,我們作為90后,作為新時(shí)代的接班人,我們應(yīng)該努力學(xué)習(xí),將來(lái)能夠?qū)⒆约旱乃転檗r(nóng)村的發(fā)展做出自己的一份貢獻(xiàn),為真正的小康社會(huì)建設(shè)而奮斗。
