一、活動目的：

為了迎接即將到來的全國英語四級考試（CET4），提高我系09，10級學(xué)生的應(yīng)考能力和英語水平，提供學(xué)生一個自我檢測的機會并提高信電系學(xué)生英語四六級考試素質(zhì)以及英語四六級通過率，我們學(xué)習(xí)部計劃舉行一次英語四級模擬考試。

二、活動負責單位：中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)徐海學(xué)院信電系學(xué)習(xí)部。

三、活動對象：信電系全體參加四級考試的學(xué)生。

四、活動時間：待定

五、活動地點：徐海學(xué)院主樓（教室待定）

六、活動流程：

1、前期準備：

（1）與外語系老師聯(lián)系，請他們出模擬試題并提供聽力材料。（2）統(tǒng)計參加考試的學(xué)生人數(shù)，以便布置考場。

（3）復(fù)印試題，并將其存放在學(xué)習(xí)部部長處，考試前再將試卷取出。（4）邀請已過英語四、六級的同學(xué)批改模擬題的作文部分，其他部分的批改工作由我們學(xué)習(xí)部承擔。（5）宣傳：

①在各宿舍樓下面，張貼參加考試的學(xué)生名單；

②召開各班學(xué)委會議，說明英語四級模擬考試的具體安排； ③召開學(xué)習(xí)部會議，講明各個成員的工作要求，保證活動正常進行。（7）監(jiān)考人員由學(xué)習(xí)部成員及各班學(xué)委擔任，每個考場設(shè)有兩名監(jiān)考人員。(8)通知考生考試的時間和地點，要求考生在考試前十五分鐘進入考場坐在自己的位置上待考。

（9）由學(xué)習(xí)部成員提前做好教室及多媒體的借用工作。

2、考試具體安排：

（1）學(xué)習(xí)部成員及各班學(xué)委提前兩小時進行考場布置。（2）考試前十五分鐘考生進入考場坐在自己的位置上待考。（3）監(jiān)考人員在考試前進行聽力試聽工作。（4）監(jiān)考人按流程分發(fā)試卷。

（5）考試時間結(jié)束，考生離開考場。監(jiān)考人員收好試卷和答卷并交到指定位置。（5）考生注意事項：

①考生遲到15分鐘不得進入考場；

②在考試前，要求考生將手機關(guān)機，不得將與考試有關(guān)的資料帶入考場； ③在考試中，如有故意擾亂考場秩序，出現(xiàn)舞弊行為的，視其情節(jié)輕重，給予相應(yīng)的處理；

3、活動后期工作：

（1）由已過英語四六級的同學(xué)批改作文，學(xué)習(xí)部成員統(tǒng)一批改其他部分，最后統(tǒng)計出總分。

（2）考生的成績將會在公告欄公布。

七、注意事項

1、監(jiān)考人員監(jiān)考時要做到仔細、公平、謹慎，維持靠考場紀律；

2、作弊的考生將被取消考試資格；

3、做好模擬試題的保密工作，如果試題泄露，將對泄題者嚴肅處理；

4、為了閱卷的公正，裝訂試卷時應(yīng)將考生姓名裝在裝訂線內(nèi)。

新四級機考主要有三大不同：

首先是考試形式不同，傳統(tǒng)的四級考試是完全的筆試，而新四級考試則是依靠網(wǎng)絡(luò)和計算機來進行，對計算機和網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備等技術(shù)上要求較高；

其次是考試時間不同，傳統(tǒng)的四級考試時間為上午9點至11：20分，而新四級機考時間為上午9點至11點，比原來少了20分鐘。據(jù)介紹，之所以時間縮短，是因為傳統(tǒng)四級考試是分兩段式進行的，當中有一個收卷、發(fā)卷的停頓過程，而新四級機考由于完全在計算機上考試，不要中途停頓；

第三是通過新四級機考的學(xué)生除了有四級考試證書以外，還有一張參加機考的證書。

1、增加跟讀環(huán)節(jié)：

在題型方面，機考的試題大致分為八個部分。在聽力部分后面增加了跟讀的環(huán)節(jié)，需要考生對著計算機的麥克風重復(fù)之前聽到的對話，以此考查考生的口語是否標準。所以在考試前，考生們需要調(diào)試計算機的麥克風音量。

2、聽力比重加大：

和傳統(tǒng)筆試重閱讀有很大不同的是，機考更注重聽力，聽力比重占70%。作文部分也融入了聽力要求，首先要看一段視頻，看懂了視頻以后在作文里簡單描述視頻內(nèi)容，并闡發(fā)自己的觀點。如果沒有聽懂視頻，作文就根本無從下手。

3、經(jīng)驗分享： 大聲跟讀熟悉鍵盤輸入。在跟讀環(huán)節(jié)，考生最好大聲跟讀，這樣計算機才能比較好地錄入聲音。機考的聽力語速要快于筆試的聽力，難度更大。而且除了通過電腦做選擇題外，還要根據(jù)聽力內(nèi)容填寫單詞，由于計算機預(yù)留給考生答題的時間很短，所以要求考生能夠用鍵盤熟練地輸入英語單詞。此外，所有的題目都已經(jīng)預(yù)設(shè)了答題時間，如果在答題時間內(nèi)沒有答出，電腦將自動進入下一題，考生不能回頭再答卷，這讓習(xí)慣自己安排時間的考生有些不適應(yīng)。也有老師提醒，機考除了閱讀部分外，其他幾個部分都是以第一部分的視頻材料為基礎(chǔ)的。要回答好后面幾部分的問題，考生必須對第一部分的視頻內(nèi)容有清楚的了解?？忌鷮σ曨l材料聽懂和了解得越多越深入，后面幾部分的測試結(jié)果就越好。反之，考生難獲得高分。
