本次比賽計時員為袁老師，第一次舉牌表示剩時5秒，第二次舉牌必須結束講話。

4、自由辯論

好，謝謝。經過剛才一番激烈的論戰(zhàn)，我們比賽現場的氣氛也在逐漸升溫，雙方辯手詞鋒交錯，接下來，辯論賽將進入最精彩的自由辯論階段，正反雙方的八位辯手都要參加，辯論雙方交替發(fā)言。雙方都擁有四分鐘的累計發(fā)言時間，在一方時間用完后，另外一方可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，直至本方的時間用完。由正方開始。
