      3.1 作者先注姓,后加逗號,再注名字或者名字的首字母縮寫;作者多于一位的,第一作

      者之后加逗號,按正常順序(英“名+姓”)列出其他作者姓名,名字可以使用首字母縮寫,最后一位作者之前不加逗號,但要加“and”、“et”或者“&”。3.2 論文

      5.1 注釋(即注解性內(nèi)容)分為附注、腳注和夾注三種。

      5.2 一般注釋采用附注的形式,在正文需注釋處用上標(biāo)形式加注數(shù)碼1 | 2 | 3 ??,數(shù)碼

      與標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號的相對位置應(yīng)當(dāng)符合規(guī)范。在附錄之后雙倍行距另起一行頂格用5號黑體(外語字體由各系規(guī)定)字注明“附注:”或“注釋:”字樣,然后雙倍行距頂格依次標(biāo)出對應(yīng)數(shù)碼和注文,回行時使用懸掛縮進(jìn)與首行注文對齊,注條之間雙倍行距。最后一條附注后如當(dāng)頁空白超過半頁或足以容納參考文獻(xiàn)的所有內(nèi)容,雙倍行距后列示參考文獻(xiàn)目錄。否則另頁開始參考文獻(xiàn)目錄。

      5.3 對標(biāo)題的注釋、對全篇文章的說明、在正文中無需或不宜注明的特殊術(shù)語或詞語的含義、原文、譯文(譯名)等以腳注的形式處理。腳注注號使用星號(*),用上標(biāo)形式打印在需要注釋的內(nèi)容之后,注號與標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號之間的相對位置應(yīng)當(dāng)符合規(guī)范。若一頁中須有不只一條腳注,用星號數(shù)目編號。腳注列在當(dāng)頁正文下,正文和腳注之間加一條約四分之一行長的橫線,注文使用5號宋體(正體)字。

      5.4 論文中的引文和所依據(jù)的文獻(xiàn)(包括引用的圖、表、例句等材料的出處),無需特別說明者,以夾注的形式隨文在括弧內(nèi)注明來源。

      括弧內(nèi)順序注明所引文獻(xiàn)(圖、表、舉例材料)的作者、編者姓名(英文只注姓,其他外語按各語種的慣例處理)、出版或發(fā)表年份和引文或轉(zhuǎn)述內(nèi)容的頁碼;作者姓名后加逗號,出版年份與引文頁碼之間用冒號隔開,譯著或譯文還應(yīng)在頁碼后加實點(diǎn)句號,其后注明“某某譯”字樣。

      行文中已經(jīng)提到作者的,括弧內(nèi)只注明年號和頁碼。

      集體署名的工具書等括弧內(nèi)只注書名和頁碼,;書名較長且須多處引用的,首次注明“下稱《某某》,第二次起只注簡稱和頁碼。

      網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源只注明作者、編者及發(fā)表年份。

      未能查到原始文獻(xiàn)而從實際參考文獻(xiàn)的引用中轉(zhuǎn)引的內(nèi)容,括弧內(nèi)先注明原始文獻(xiàn)信息,隨后注明“轉(zhuǎn)引自”字樣,其后注明直接參考的文獻(xiàn),轉(zhuǎn)引的文獻(xiàn)不注明“轉(zhuǎn)引”而只注原始文獻(xiàn)的是“偽注”。經(jīng)查實使用偽注的論文不得推薦參加優(yōu)秀論文評選。
