But I’m sure many of you are more than a little concerned about what the future will bring, and I just want to say to you today that not only is your future uncertain, but the overwhelming likelihood is that it’s far more uncertain than you think.And you know what, that’s a good thing.A recent study by a group of psychologists in the journal Science found that people are extremely poor at predicting their futures.The study showed that, for example, a typical 20-year-old woman’s predictions for life changes in the next decade of her life were not nearly as radical as the typical 30-year-old woman’s recollection of how much she had changed in her 20s.In other words, 20-year-olds had little idea of just how much they would change over the next ten years.This sort of discrepancy persisted among respondents all the way into their 60s.但是我敢肯定，你們中許多人對于未來將會帶來什么很有點擔(dān)心，我今天只是想對你們說，不僅僅是你們的未來不確定，而最大的可能性是，它遠(yuǎn)比你所想的更不確定。你們知道嗎，這是一件好事。幾位心理學(xué)家最近在《科學(xué)》雜志上發(fā)表了一篇研究論文，他們發(fā)現(xiàn)人極其不擅長預(yù)測自己的未來。他們的研究顯示，例如，一個典型的20歲女性對自己未來十年人生變化的預(yù)測絕不像一個典型的30歲女性對自己在20來歲時有多大變化的回憶那么激進(jìn)。換句話說，20歲的人對于自己在未來十年會有多大變化幾乎沒有概念。這種差異在受訪者中一直延續(xù)到60多歲的人。

This study’s findings are essentially the story of my life.In fact, even before I was born, given the obstacles my parents faced, I would never have predicted that I would, in fact, be born.My father spent his childhood in North Korea and, at the age of 17, escaped across the border into South Korea, leaving his parents, his brothers and sisters, his entire extended family--everything he had ever known – behind.He had no money.Still, he managed to enroll in the Seoul National University Dental School and became a dentist.He told me stories about how he had so little money he often could only afford to buy lunch from the illegal noodle vendors on the street.Once when he was eating his contraband

My mother was born in China near Shanghai among a small community of Korean expatriates.After returning to Korea, on a day she will never forget, her mother

--my grandmother--went outside to hang the laundry and never returned, probably either kidnapped or killed by North Korean soldiers.With the war closing in around her, at the age of 15, my mother became a refugee and literally walked, with her younger brother on her back, for 200 miles to escape the fighting.Luckily, she was able to resume her schooling in a tent in the southern city of Masan.She was a good student and with great luck she received a scholarship from a secret women’s society in the United States and was able to enroll as a freshman at Scarritt College in Nashville, Tennessee.我的母親出生在中國上海附近的一個韓國僑民居住的小社區(qū)。回到韓國后，有一天，她永遠(yuǎn)都不會忘記，她的母親也就是我的外祖母出去晾衣服就再也沒有回來，她可能是被北朝鮮士兵綁架或殺害了。隨著戰(zhàn)爭的臨近，我的母親在15歲時成了難民，為了躲避戰(zhàn)火，她背著她的小弟弟徒步走了200英里。幸運的是，她在南部馬山市的一頂帳篷里得以繼續(xù)學(xué)業(yè)。她是一個好學(xué)生，非常幸運地獲得了美國一個秘密婦女學(xué)會提供的獎學(xué)金，進(jìn)入田納西州納什維爾的斯卡里特學(xué)院。

beyond your borders –-experience with languages, cultures and societies very different from your own.Or, as the Chinese saying goes: ―It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books.‖

But let’s be clear, studying abroad is about so much more than improving your own future.It’s also about shaping the future of your countries and of the world we all share.Because when it comes to the defining challenges of our time-– whether it’s climate change or economic opportunity or the spread of nuclear weapons--these are shared challenges.And no one country can confront them alone.The only way forward is together.我想要說的是，出國留學(xué)絕不僅是改善你們自己的未來，它也關(guān)乎塑造你們的國家、關(guān)乎我們共有的世界的未來。因為我們這個時代的決定性挑戰(zhàn)一一無論是氣侯變化、經(jīng)濟機遇，還是核武器擴散一一這些都是我們共同的挑戰(zhàn)。沒有任何一個國家能夠單獨應(yīng)對它們……唯一的出路就是共同攜手。

As you might imagine, there weren’t a lot of Asians in Iowa in the 60’s and 70’s but happily, one of the most popular shows at that time was Kung Fu, the story of a former Shaolin priest, half-Chinese, half-American, who comes to the United States to find his American father.So while we were outsiders in Iowa in a profound sense, at least the bully kids left us alone, because they thought all Asians knew Kung Fu.I played quarterback on the high school football team--but don’t be too impressed, we had the longest losing streak in the nation by the time I was done with my senior year.Years and years went by without a single victory.It was said that grandfathers of my teammates had contributed to the multi-generational streak.正如你們可以想象，在60年代和70年代愛荷華州的亞洲人并不多，但令人高興的是，當(dāng)時最受歡迎的一個節(jié)目是《功夫》，故事講的是一個少林和尚，一半中國血統(tǒng)，一半美國血統(tǒng)，到美國來尋找他的美國父親。所以，雖然我們從深層意義上講在愛荷華州屬于外人，但至少愛欺負(fù)人的孩子不招惹我們，因為他們認(rèn)為所有的亞洲人都會功夫。我在高中橄欖球隊打四分衛(wèi)，但別以為我們有多了不起，在我大四的時候我們是全國連敗最長的隊。一年又一年，我們一次都沒贏過，有人說，我同學(xué)的爺爺們早就為子孫后代的連敗打下了基礎(chǔ)。

After high school, I eventually ended up at Brown University, and I remember one particular day vividly.My father picked me up at the airport after I flew back to Muscatine from Providence, and when we were driving home, he asked me, ―So what are you thinking of studying?‖

Roy Baumeister is a psychologist who has devoted his career to studying the qualities in human beings that lead them to achieve what he calls ―positive outcomes.‖ In this fascinating field, researchers have found that two traits are most consistently associated with success: intelligence and willpower.In Baumeister’s book entitled Willpower, we learn that efforts to permanently increase intelligence have failed, but people can in fact improve their willpower.Baumeister and his colleagues have shown that taking certain actions to improve willpower is the surest way to a more successful life.Moreover, they’ve shown that willpower is like a muscle that can be built with practice, but also that if you don’t actively exercise your willpower, your capacity to do so will atrophy just like your stomach muscles if you stop doing sit-ups.They’ve even learned that because willpower is associated with a certain part of your brain, maintaining glucose levels in your blood to feed that part of your brain is critical for sustaining your willpower!

二、競聘優(yōu)勢

現(xiàn)在站在演講臺上，總結(jié)自己的競聘優(yōu)勢，主要體現(xiàn)在以下三方面：

以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行的管理、競爭和開拓要求。

3、攻關(guān)能力較強，市場意識濃厚。我具備較強的市場

意識和一定的攻關(guān)能力，能創(chuàng)新方式主動營銷。對周邊的金

融資源較了解。并能根據(jù)及時掌握的信息，積極開展工作；

對陌生的客戶，我通過旁人的穿針引線，能很快尋找到突破

口。

三、履職設(shè)想

如果有幸得到各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、評委的信任和支持，我將迅速

3、團結(jié)協(xié)作，扎實工作，當(dāng)好支行行長助手。全身心的投入工作，以身作則地帶動全體員工，做到努力就位而不

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、同學(xué)們：

大家上午好！

很榮幸今天能夠站在這里，代表社會學(xué)系全體學(xué)生在此發(fā)言。我的發(fā)言不代表過去，不代表未來，卻代表著每一個即將離校學(xué)子的肺腑之言。首先，允許我代表全體畢業(yè)生向辛勤付出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師們表示最衷心的感謝和最崇高的敬意！與此同時，也允許我代表社會學(xué)系全體師生向即將畢業(yè)的07級各位學(xué)長學(xué)姐們送上最誠摯的祝福和最美好的期盼！

青春是人生最美好的時光，而在安大度過的這一段青春歲月無疑將成為你們?nèi)松凶顬閷氋F的記憶。大學(xué)生活如白駒過隙匆匆流逝，卻又在而后的思念里細(xì)水長流，思念中夾雜著深情，夾雜著感動。大學(xué)里的學(xué)習(xí)生涯中，每個人都有著自己太多的忘不了：忘不了教學(xué)樓里的考場，那里依然留有你們戰(zhàn)斗過的痕跡;忘不了宿舍樓下的草地，那里依然飄蕩著青青香草的味道;更忘不了溫馨的寢室里，仿佛依舊回蕩著大家的歡聲笑語??相信大學(xué)日子里的酸、甜、苦、辣給每一個人都留下了彌足珍貴的記憶；相信大學(xué)四年的學(xué)習(xí)會成為你們每一個人未來發(fā)展的不竭動力；相信自信、專注的精神將是你們一生的財富。

四年前，諸位滿懷夢想，背負(fù)期望，聚首安大。四年后的今天，各位又將懷著對母校的留戀，奔赴各地開創(chuàng)屬于自己嶄新的明天。四年的時光，聽起來似乎那么漫長，而當(dāng)今天面對畢業(yè)典禮時，又覺得

它是那么短暫。

回首往事，感慨萬千。有人說，豐富多彩的大學(xué)校園是一個熔爐，燃燒出每個人與眾不同的精彩人生。你們經(jīng)歷大一的純真年代，走過大二的輕舞飛揚，告別大三的緊張與忙碌，來到今日大四的依依別離。大學(xué)四年，班集體的各項活動里留下了你們忙碌的身影；大學(xué)四年，你們曾為考試、過級、考證緊張過、奮斗過；大學(xué)四年，你們在書本知識與社會實踐中不斷完善自我；大學(xué)四年，無論是學(xué)校的籃球場、小路旁，還是教室、宿舍、食堂都曾有過你們的歡笑與淚水；大學(xué)四年，你們見證了安大的八十年盛世；這既漫長又短暫的大學(xué)時光已化做無形的膠片，將永遠(yuǎn)珍藏在你們的腦海中。

過了今天，各位的大學(xué)生活將劃上一個圓滿的句號，你們將告別朝夕相處的同學(xué)，告別循循善誘的老師，告別美麗如畫的校園，踏上人生新的征程。但相信你們永遠(yuǎn)不會舍棄在安大學(xué)到的點點滴滴，永遠(yuǎn)不會忘了在迷茫彷徨時老師的悉心指點，永遠(yuǎn)不會忘了傷心難過時同學(xué)的真切問候。你們不會忘記安大，不會忘記社會學(xué)系，因為這里有你們最為燦爛的青春，更因為這段華美的青春樂章中融入了老師們無私的愛和同學(xué)們真摯的情。

在此請允許我代表全體畢業(yè)生送上他們的畢業(yè)感言。

面對母校，我們要獻(xiàn)上一顆顆感恩的心。我們感謝母校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師幾年來對我們的關(guān)心和教育，是你們的諄諄教誨，讓我們的大學(xué)四年沒有虛度；是你們的辛勞，讓我們擁有今天的成績；你們的鼓勵，將讓我們在社會的風(fēng)浪中勇敢前行。

面對恩師，我們想說：一日為師，終生不忘。正是老師們孜孜不倦的付出，才使我們有了長足的進(jìn)步。老師們淵博的學(xué)識，帶領(lǐng)我們走進(jìn)神圣的知識殿堂；正直的品行，教會我們珍惜、誠實、尊嚴(yán)和榮譽；博大的胸懷，給予我們最無私的關(guān)懷和奉獻(xiàn)。給了我們一個全新的角度去發(fā)現(xiàn)美、闡釋美、創(chuàng)造美。你們的一言一行都折射出了作為一名教師的高尚師德，一份對自己、對學(xué)生的責(zé)任與關(guān)愛，也許這就是“為人師表”的最好詮釋，平凡而偉大，無怨又無悔。

面對同窗，我們想說：一朝同窗，一世朋友。朋友溫馨的笑容，班級溫暖的氣氛，讓我們學(xué)會去愛，去堅持，去相信未來!

今天，只是畢業(yè)，我們之間的師生情誼、同學(xué)友愛將伴隨著時間的推移不斷升級。安徽大學(xué)，已經(jīng)成為一次又一次默化在我們心中永遠(yuǎn)無法抹去的記憶，將是我們心中永遠(yuǎn)的圣地。

多少美麗淪桑都因歲月的流轉(zhuǎn)，而漸漸消失，但大學(xué)這一美好時光依然是生命中永久不變的情懷，學(xué)長學(xué)姐們帶著你們的夢想，用你們的雙手去打造屬于你們的未來吧，我相信美好的未來是屬于你們的!

輝煌的未來從你們今天開始，未來從每一天開始。西方哲學(xué)家說：“河流每時每刻都是新的?！薄讹h》里的郝思嘉說：“無論如何，明天又是新的一天?！倍袊端臅ご髮W(xué)》里說：“茍日新，日日新，又日新?！碑?dāng)我們到了一定年齡后，肯定常常會和美妙的開始不期而遇，最后，請允許我把孔夫子的話改一下：不是學(xué)而優(yōu)則“仕”,是學(xué)而優(yōu)則“始”。圣西門當(dāng)年吩咐他的仆人早晨用這樣一句話來呼喚

他起身：“奮起吧，偉大的開始在等待著你?！?在此，我做一回你們的仆人吧，在這里，我把這句話奉獻(xiàn)給你們，作為畢業(yè)的賀禮!同時，我也由衷的感謝三年來各位學(xué)長學(xué)姐對我的關(guān)心和幫助，感謝各位朋友的關(guān)懷。認(rèn)識你們是我的人生一大財富，真誠的祝愿各位一路走好!再次感謝和大家相處的時光。

最后祝老師們工作順利，祝學(xué)長學(xué)姐們前程似錦，祝我系再創(chuàng)輝煌，祝母校走出中國、邁向世界!
