在上桿頂端:球桿桿身指向目標(biāo)線的左方,身體卷繞。

在2點(diǎn)鐘處擊球:從外到內(nèi)揮桿
如何打低飛球
采取稍寬站姿,球擺于站姿中央線后方。
選擇較長球桿輕松揮桿,保持上下桿相對(duì)寬大。
撞擊地帶內(nèi):低桿頭行進(jìn),擊球時(shí)雙手位于桿頭前方。
揮桿結(jié)束:身體重量前移在右腳,收桿幅度配合擊球彈道。

采用桿面傾角大的球桿
盡量將球桿揮高
球應(yīng)擺于站姿中央線前方
使用短球桿,大力全揮桿,下桿盡量陡峭。
一 沙坑球的擊打方法
? 挑起法:采用劈起挖起桿,開式站姿,球置于后腳尖前,往下握桿,身體六成重量壓在前腳,四分之三上桿,先打中球,而后是沙。? 爆破法:采用9號(hào)鐵桿,打開桿面,桿頭在球后兩英寸處入沙,較淺平的擊球角度,避免桿頭前緣挖入沙中。帶出更多的沙是較好的選擇。? 劈起法:采用8號(hào)鐵桿,上桿曲起手腕以創(chuàng)造陡峭、V型揮桿,保持身體重量在前,猛力往下打在球后一英寸處,縮短送桿。
二 沙坑球的設(shè)定打開桿面形成并形成握桿:揮桿時(shí),桿面停留在打開狀態(tài),進(jìn)沙時(shí),保持桿面右開。
? 開放式站姿:站姿和桿面都對(duì)目標(biāo)線是打開的,包括校準(zhǔn)雙腳、雙臀和雙肩偏向目標(biāo)左邊。? 挖一個(gè)牢靠的基礎(chǔ):微動(dòng)雙腳踩入沙中,以提供可靠基礎(chǔ),防止揮桿中途傾斜。

三球賽:三人互為對(duì)抗,各自打自己的球,每個(gè)球員同時(shí)進(jìn)行兩個(gè)分別的比賽。最佳球賽:一人對(duì)抗二人中分?jǐn)?shù)較好者或三人中分?jǐn)?shù)較好者的比賽。四球賽:二人中分?jǐn)?shù)較好者對(duì)抗另二人中分?jǐn)?shù)較好者的比賽。
? 打球線:指球員期望擊球之后運(yùn)動(dòng)的方向,再加上向期望的方向兩側(cè)延長適當(dāng)?shù)木嚯x。? 推擊線:指球員在球洞區(qū)上進(jìn)行擊球之后期望球的運(yùn)動(dòng)路線,包括向期望的路線兩側(cè)延長適當(dāng)?shù)木嚯x,推擊線不越過球洞。
第三篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫球既然是紳士運(yùn)動(dòng),就要求打球的人有紳士的形象。打高爾夫球?qū)χb有特別的規(guī)定,下面我就先來講講怎么著裝
★ 上衣要有領(lǐng)子
★ 穿短褲要穿長襪
★ 穿膠釘鞋上場打球
★ 不穿奇裝異服
著裝不可太露
具體來講 ●男士:高爾夫襯衫網(wǎng)球衫或Polo襯衫,長褲、卡其褲或?qū)捤砷L褲、襪子和適合的高爾夫球鞋?!衽浚焊郀柗蛞r衫或Polo襯衫,及膝的短褲/女用裙褲或長褲、長及腳踝的襪子、適合的高爾夫球鞋。女性球員的服裝可以很艷麗,但不可太過暴露。俱樂部通常會(huì)要求球員上身穿著有領(lǐng)有袖的恤衫,不允許穿圓領(lǐng)汗衫、吊帶背心、牛仔服、超短裙褲等過于休閑的服裝上場。有的俱樂部還專門規(guī)定不允許穿任何式樣的短褲下場,有的對(duì)短褲的樣式和長度也有所規(guī)定,如不能短于膝蓋以上4英寸,所以,無論是在國內(nèi)還是國外,如果是第一次去某個(gè)球場打球,最好先打個(gè)電話詢問一下俱樂部對(duì)球員下場打球的服裝是否有特殊規(guī)定。要不想那么麻煩的話,就直接穿棉質(zhì)的休閑長褲,這個(gè)永遠(yuǎn)是最佳的選擇。至于高跟鞋,是絕對(duì)不能穿著下場的。出于保護(hù)草坪的需要,在球場上只能穿著特制的膠底有釘高爾夫球鞋。
★ 還有一些細(xì)節(jié)方面的就是衣服上衣要扎進(jìn)褲子里面去,特別是男士。穿及膝
短褲時(shí)一定要穿長運(yùn)動(dòng)襪,或者是色澤明顯的白色襪子,而且長襪露在外面的部分,不能堆在腳踝那里,要把它拉起來
★還有一條選擇合適著裝的途徑是,看看電視轉(zhuǎn)播的高爾夫職業(yè)比賽,多留
意她們的著裝方式。或許我們的球技尚且欠佳,但起碼在形象上能夠趕上職業(yè)球員。這樣讓自己難堪,別人尷尬,才不會(huì)失禮于邀請(qǐng)你一起去打高爾夫的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或其他商務(wù)伙伴
★ 注意安全安全在高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng)中是如此之重要,以至于高爾夫規(guī)則和
禮儀都將其列在開篇的首要位置。1不要對(duì)著有人的地方擊球或練習(xí)空揮桿,因?yàn)閾舫龅那蚧驘o意間打起的石塊、樹枝和草皮有可能打中他人。再者這也是不禮貌的行為。2注意不要在有人走過身旁的時(shí)候揮桿,同時(shí)也不要在別人揮桿時(shí)從其身旁走過。3擊球者在揮桿前應(yīng)確認(rèn)周圍球友以站離一定距離,前后左右務(wù)必確認(rèn)沒有危及他人安全,而且前一組走到安全距離后再開球。
★ 如果球員擊球之方向有打到他人之危險(xiǎn),他應(yīng)立即喊出警語。此情況之傳統(tǒng)
警語為注意前面當(dāng)心!“前面當(dāng)心”是高爾夫比賽中正式的警告用語。一位選手應(yīng)該用自己最大的聲音喊叫“前面當(dāng)心”,即使球擊中另一位選手的危險(xiǎn)性非常小。聽到這句警告語時(shí),你要保
護(hù)好自己。你的頭部和臉部最容易受到傷害,因此你應(yīng)該用雙手保護(hù)它們。
保持安靜
保持高爾夫球場安靜的環(huán)境十分重要。打球時(shí)球員需要全神貫注,任何響動(dòng)都有可能影響擊球的質(zhì)量。所以在場上講話時(shí)必須壓低嗓音。即使你同組球員不介意,你也要照顧附近其他組打球客人的需要。當(dāng)某球員準(zhǔn)備擊球或在擊球過程中,任何人不得走動(dòng),講話,保持安靜是必須的禮儀。此外切忌在球場上跑動(dòng)。在場上跑來跑去會(huì)引起其他球員分心和煩躁,還會(huì)損害草皮。所以必要時(shí)應(yīng)盡量輕輕地快走。
最后,在打球結(jié)束時(shí),禮貌地跟同組球員握手告別。
第四篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫是一項(xiàng)高貴優(yōu)雅的紳士運(yùn)動(dòng),講究是他們的特點(diǎn)。
安全:球員在揮桿之前,要保證揮桿范圍內(nèi)無人站立,或可能擊起的石子,球等不會(huì)傷及別人。當(dāng)前組球員未走出(約280碼)擊出球的射程及范圍之前,后組的任何球員不得打球。
禁聲:球員在擊球時(shí),周圍要保持安靜,不可有談話聲或車輛聲及其它干擾球員擊球的噪音。
打球速度:為了大家的利益,球員打球時(shí)不得得延誤時(shí)間,如果一組球員在球場上進(jìn)行遲緩并落后前面的打球員整一個(gè)洞以上,應(yīng)該讓后續(xù)的一組先行通過。優(yōu)先權(quán):二人一組較三人一組或四人一組有優(yōu)先權(quán),并有超越這些組先行通過的權(quán)利,而這些組應(yīng)請(qǐng)二人球組先行,單獨(dú)球員無此權(quán)利而應(yīng)讓任何其它組先行通過。
球品勝于球技,以紳士風(fēng)度享受高爾夫運(yùn)動(dòng),讓我們共享提倡高爾夫禮儀。
A 別人打球,禁聲勿動(dòng)
B 落后一洞,禮讓后組
C 練習(xí)揮桿,勿傷草皮
D 填平沙坑,人人有責(zé)
E 打球過慢,人人討厭
F 注意穿著,保護(hù)果嶺
另外補(bǔ)充:
1.非球員不得進(jìn)入球場(指球道)。
2.不得在果嶺上跳躍或用力踢踏草皮。
3.打完沙坑球,應(yīng)將足印及所打之痕跡鋪平。
4.打球速度不得過于遲緩,如因打球或其他不得已之情形,應(yīng)禮讓后組先打。
5.絕對(duì)禁止在果嶺、球道或發(fā)球臺(tái)練球,避免傷害草皮。
6.在球道被球桿削起的草皮,應(yīng)取回原處,由球童鋪妥。
7.球桿規(guī)定為十四支以內(nèi),不得攜帶過重的物品。
8.為維持球場秩序及制止偷球不良風(fēng)氣,請(qǐng)勿在球場向球童或外人購不使用。
9.遵守球場上先行權(quán)的規(guī)定,一人無優(yōu)先出場擊球權(quán)利。
10.同組不得超過四人。
11.在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桿三桿之球洞,當(dāng)球上果嶺后,應(yīng)禮讓后組先發(fā)球。
12.球童服務(wù)態(tài)度,應(yīng)于球童單上確實(shí)評(píng)分。
13.在前一組球員沒有離開自己球的可達(dá)射程范圍時(shí),嚴(yán)禁打球。
14.打完一洞后要迅速離開球洞區(qū)。
15.在發(fā)球臺(tái)上,不得兩名球員同時(shí)開球。
16.練習(xí)揮桿時(shí)避免傷害草皮。
第五篇:高爾夫禮儀
高爾夫禮儀:打球的基礎(chǔ)
高爾夫禮儀就像是你生活中其他領(lǐng)域的一部分,禮儀在高爾夫?qū)嶋H上僅僅是讓人了解規(guī)則如何支配行為以及如何遵守規(guī)則。沒有必要去了解這些規(guī)則為什么存在,重點(diǎn)在于如何確保自己遵守它,至少當(dāng)它成為禮儀時(shí)需要哪些不可以做。即使你對(duì)高爾夫禮儀一竅不通,至少也要確保自己熟悉以下的內(nèi)容。1.當(dāng)已經(jīng)有人做好擊球準(zhǔn)備之后,請(qǐng)不要交談。
2.在確保前面一組球員還沒有走出球射程的可及范圍之前,球員不應(yīng)當(dāng)打球。3.如果你的球擊出去后可能會(huì)擊到某個(gè)人,一定要迅速、大聲地喊:“看球”。4.通過修復(fù)你打球的所有痕跡,耙平沙坑,以及修復(fù)球洞區(qū)球陷入的痕跡來幫助球場的管理者維持球場。
5.幫助球場維持人員和工作者的同時(shí),要確保他們不在你擊球后球的射程范圍之內(nèi)(至少要意識(shí)到你的球是否可能會(huì)擊中他們)。
6.在同組的打球成員中,不時(shí)地確定誰的球離球洞更遠(yuǎn),并讓他先行擊球。7.當(dāng)同組有人正在擊球(或準(zhǔn)備擊球)時(shí),千萬不要走到他的前面去。8.擊球之前不要有太多次的試揮桿。
9.不要為了獲得更好更準(zhǔn)的推擊線而在球洞區(qū)周圍花5分鐘時(shí)間來觀察球洞區(qū)的所有坡度和草紋。
10.當(dāng)輪到你打球時(shí),你已做好擊球準(zhǔn)備
11.當(dāng)其他球員正在球洞區(qū)觀察推擊線時(shí),你也可以同時(shí)看好自己的推擊線。這樣,當(dāng)輪到你推球的時(shí)候,你可以直接做擊球準(zhǔn)備,而不用再浪費(fèi)大家的時(shí)間來觀察推擊線。
12當(dāng)輪到你打球時(shí),請(qǐng)不要再繼續(xù)講故事,不要因此而耽誤了同組球員的時(shí)間。
13.球員有責(zé)任與前面一組保持跟進(jìn),不要落后得過多。
14.如果你不能跟上前面一組的打球速度,那么不論你后面一組有多少球員,請(qǐng)讓他們先行通過。
15.盡量在4小時(shí)或更短的時(shí)間內(nèi)打完一場球。16.不要在球洞區(qū)踩踏他人的推擊線、17.當(dāng)你擊球入洞后盡快離開球洞區(qū)。
18.在發(fā)球區(qū),不管是你自己擊碎的還是別人留下的都要拾起任何碎掉的球座。19.當(dāng)你擊完球后,一定不要將球座遺留在地面上。20.不要在球洞區(qū)倚靠你的推桿站立。
21.當(dāng)其他球員在推桿時(shí),不要直接站在他們身后。22.盡可能多地使用步行
23.在你的袋中裝上另外的一兩個(gè)球,當(dāng)你需要打第二個(gè)球或打暫定球的時(shí)候,可以馬上用到它們。
23.密切注視你的同伴或?qū)κ智虻膿舫龇较颉?/p>
24.記住,你只有5分鐘時(shí)間找球,超過了5分鐘視為遺失。
25.在球場上只能打一個(gè)球,不要在球場上拿另外的球來練習(xí),要練球可以去練習(xí)場。
26.不要亂扔垃圾,并要隨后拾起前面球員扔下的垃圾。27.不要在球洞區(qū)拖著腳走路。28.尊重你正在打球的球場的員工們。
29.在進(jìn)任何球場打球之前,一定要記得去專賣店登記。30.總是傾聽職業(yè)球員的建議。
31.當(dāng)你在球場上打四人二球賽時(shí),一定要克制自己不要給其他人“上課” 32.知曉高爾夫規(guī)則
33.當(dāng)你揮桿時(shí),注意你的四周
34.當(dāng)其他人正在擊球時(shí),注意你站的地方。35.不要扔你的球桿。
36.如果同組的每一個(gè)成員都同意,可以在第一洞的發(fā)球區(qū)重新發(fā)一球。37.如果遇上要賭球的一天,即便是在一號(hào)發(fā)球區(qū),在你開球之前也要確保所有事宜都已經(jīng)達(dá)成協(xié)議。38.記住在舉止規(guī)范的高爾夫球場禮儀中,和你一起打球的同伴和對(duì)手有一些言語的不敬也是可以理解的。
39.不要牢騷滿腹,將你的抱怨最小化。
40.為人謙遜,有禮貌,讓最好的舉止出現(xiàn)在球場。
高爾夫開球臺(tái)之基本禮儀
1.同組在第一洞開球按編組表或抽簽決定先后順序,彼此應(yīng)事先核對(duì)球及其廠牌號(hào)碼,以免打錯(cuò)球而受罰。
2.在開球臺(tái)插梯時(shí)不可超越開球標(biāo)志的外緣線,退后亦不得超出2支球桿之長度。
3.打者把球放在開球梯上做擊球準(zhǔn)備時(shí),其他人不得走動(dòng)及喧嘩。4.開球時(shí)除出界或打進(jìn)水塘外,均不得打第二球。
5.在開球臺(tái)開球失誤或OB,要等全組都開球完畢后再擊球或宣告補(bǔ)球。6.非擊球者應(yīng)盡量避免在開球臺(tái)上踩踏或空揮桿。
7.要依桿弟指示,確定前一組全部打完并離開射程后,才能擊球。
8.無法立刻判斷所打出去的球可能OB或遺失,可向同組球友宣告先打暫定球及其號(hào)碼。
高爾夫沙坑基本禮儀
1.要從最接近球位的地方進(jìn)入沙坑,并從進(jìn)入方向退出。
2.進(jìn)入沙坑時(shí)應(yīng)先拿著沙耙,擊球后用沙耙或球桿將腳印或凹痕耙平再離開。3.在沙坑中做擊球準(zhǔn)備時(shí)如果球桿碰到沙,要罰兩桿。4.在球道中或球洞之間等待時(shí),不可在沙坑練習(xí)擊球。高爾夫果嶺上基本禮儀
1.球上果嶺后要把球推進(jìn)洞,不可在靠近洞口就自己把球撿起說OK。2.果嶺上不要看太久的推球線,盡快準(zhǔn)備推桿,以免耽誤其他球友的時(shí)間。3.不要在果嶺上拖著釘鞋走路,要把腳抬高,以免刮傷果嶺草皮。4.在走上果嶺時(shí),先要以果嶺修補(bǔ)器將球的落點(diǎn)凹痕恢復(fù)原狀。
5.果嶺上撿起球前要先以硬幣、球梯或小東西做標(biāo)記,標(biāo)記要放在球與球洞的聯(lián)機(jī)靠球的后方。
6.不要在推桿瞄球時(shí)踩踏別人推桿線,以免草皮凹陷影響他人推桿。7.避免自己的影子落在別人推桿在線,以免影響他人距離的判斷和擊球。8.當(dāng)桿弟正在忙時(shí),最靠近球洞的人可協(xié)助拿旗桿。
9.打完一洞應(yīng)迅速走出果嶺后才填寫記分卡,以免被后面的球打到。
球手服裝基本禮儀
1.不要穿著沒有領(lǐng)子的襯衫、運(yùn)動(dòng)衫、T 恤、無松緊帶休閑褲或牛仔褲。
2.擊球時(shí)應(yīng)穿釘鞋或按球場規(guī)定穿軟釘鞋,穿著有腰帶環(huán)扣的褲子,并系上腰帶。
3.男性若穿著短褲則不可短于膝蓋,并穿上襪子。4.女性裙子不可太短或過長。
5.進(jìn)入球場會(huì)館穿著要整齊,不可穿內(nèi)衣或拖鞋,并先將釘鞋清洗干凈。
