為了貫徹素質(zhì)教育精神，全力推進(jìn)英語(yǔ)課程改革，激發(fā)我校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，我校決定舉辦本次英語(yǔ)演講比賽?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事宜安排如下：

（1）比賽以公平公正為原則，以豐富和活躍校園生活、促進(jìn)交流與溝通為宗旨.（2）比賽采用十分制，以去掉一個(gè)最高分和一個(gè)最低分后的最后總分作為選手的成績(jī)。

（3）比賽分小學(xué)低年級(jí)組，小學(xué)高年級(jí)組和初中組三個(gè)組進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

2、活動(dòng)流程（1）主持人開場(chǎng)白

（2）主持人介紹比賽的規(guī)則以及評(píng)分細(xì)則。（3）選手按照抽簽順序依次上臺(tái)演講。

泗交初中英語(yǔ)演講比賽活動(dòng)方案

一、活動(dòng)目的

為了豐富校園文化生活，展示學(xué)生及教師的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)水平，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，鍛煉學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力，促進(jìn)我校學(xué)生“學(xué)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)”的良好氛圍，提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量，形成師生二合一。英語(yǔ)教研組決定開展“英語(yǔ)之星”演講比賽活動(dòng)。

Friendship What is friendship? A Race Once upon a time there was a hare who, boasting how he could run faster than anyone else, was forever teasing tortoise for its slowness.Then one day, the irate tortoise answered back: “Who do you think you are? There's no denying you're swift, but even you can be beaten!” The hare squealed with laughter.“Beaten in a race? By whom? Somebody will said,“ thinking something different!” In fact, it?s not so simple.Have you ever thought how to think something different? Now , let me explain it to you in detail!

First, we should admit that Innovative ideas do start in one mind before taking on the world.Only in this way, we have the power of Innovation.For example, the radio, television, telephone and so on, all were developed by scientists.And these scientists all had the ability and courage to think something different.It is a well know fact that Albert Einstein was the mastermind of the nuclear bombs.Second, we should be good at discovering and be able to break the conventions.Sometimes, there are a lot of subjects of Innovation around us.But more often we lack the ability of discovering.So, only if we be good at discovering and summing up, we can innovate.Finally, I want to say, as a middle school student in the new century, we must have the courage and confidence to make innovations.And we should study hard for development of our country!Because we are the builders of our motherland!

Health We care about ourselves more and more.We eat what's right and we exercise.We absolutely embrace health.However, it is not only our health that we should embrace, though many of us do not realize that.Many of us do not realize that the earth we live on is a fragile being that needs to be protected like a new born child.We probably haven't even noticed, that with each stride the civilization takes toward the ultimate development, more burdens are added to the earth that provides us with essentials to live.The decrease in air quality, the climate change, medical waste, noise and water pollution, and even food poisoning has added to the list of growing concerns to our living environment.Human are not supernatural beings, thus these problems have affected pretty much every matter.We upgrade gadgets and make full use of newer technologies, but we pay for the consequences in turn.For instance, the advent of batteries and machinery has caused million tons of water become toxic and undrinkable, further aggravating the already serious condition of water shortage and poisoning in several countries.The over-production and over-use of transportation vehicles and electricity has contributed to the Global Warming and caused myriads of species to disappear from the face of the earth due to home-loss and temperature change.We have brought wonders to the world, but have also destroyed miracles of nature.We are concerned about our nutritional intake and exercise all the time, so why shouldn't we care about the conditions of our living planet as well?

Time is ticking on.We shouldn't put off the whole “save the environment” affair any longer.Please, do what feels right in our hearts, even though it is only a tiny matter.Save up resources, promote the recycling and reusing of products, and always remember to take some time off going into the woods and breathe in the sweetness in the air.We have come from the woods, thus we would all have a secret desire in our hearts to harmonize with nature again.Remember, every little thing matters.My father

I think my Dad was a hero for me when I was a young child.We'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.Every child has a good and great father, and so do I.My dad played a very important role in my daily life exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.My father always stands in the center of my life, from past till now and possibly in the future.My family was rather poor when I was in my childhood.We didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby, small room rented from my father's factory.The room was so small that there was little space for people to walk.I didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents.This is terrible both for my parents and me.But father made this all different!He works very hard on his own business, now we have our own houses, surly, I have my own room and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.When I was little, I did everything with my dad.You could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him.Every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.I learnt a lot from my daddy.I learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.Like many other fathers, my dad and I also has generation gap.He is not good at or even can?t work the computer.So when I sitting at the computer desk, he will say something like ?you should pay more attention to your study?, ?don?t waste time on the computer games?, ?it will be bad for your eyes? and so on.How can I a computer fan reduce time on computer? 一、活動(dòng)目的以黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)所包含的“為民務(wù)實(shí)清廉”的精神為目標(biāo)，加強(qiáng)作風(fēng)建設(shè)，樹立良好的思想作風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、工作作風(fēng)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作風(fēng)和生活作風(fēng)，真抓實(shí)干，艱苦奮斗，切實(shí)做到為民造福、務(wù)實(shí)干事、廉潔從政。在全街黨員干部隊(duì)伍中形成心系群眾、服務(wù)人民的良好風(fēng)氣；真抓實(shí)干、務(wù)求實(shí)效的良好風(fēng)氣；艱苦奮斗、勤儉節(jié)約的良好風(fēng)氣；秉公用權(quán)、廉潔從政的良好風(fēng)氣。

四、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

比賽評(píng)分采取100分制。

1、緊扣主題，內(nèi)容充實(shí)，立意新穎，文字優(yōu)美（30分）

2、表述清楚，語(yǔ)言流暢，聲情并貌（20分）

3、聲音洪亮，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流利（20分）

4、服裝整潔，儀表端莊（20分）

5、演講時(shí)間規(guī)定在5分鐘以內(nèi)，要求脫稿。（10分）

五、評(píng)委組成六、計(jì)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

比賽中所有評(píng)委共同評(píng)分，統(tǒng)一計(jì)分，去掉一個(gè)最高分，去掉一個(gè)最低分，得出的評(píng)分為該選手的最后得分。

七、活動(dòng)實(shí)施計(jì)劃

此次活動(dòng)從？年？月？日開始至？年？月？日結(jié)束。

1、預(yù)賽階段（？月？日至？月？日）。預(yù)賽由各參賽單位自行組織開展，將比賽結(jié)果報(bào)送團(tuán)區(qū)委辦公室。

2、決賽階段（？月？日至？月？日）。決出參賽選手名次，舉行頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。

八、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置

本次演講活動(dòng)設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)1名、二等獎(jiǎng)2名、三等獎(jiǎng)3名，優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)4名，分別頒發(fā)證書和獎(jiǎng)品。對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視、工作認(rèn)真、組織嚴(yán)密、效果明顯的單位，授予組織獎(jiǎng)，頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)牌。

九、有關(guān)要求

1、本次大賽是深入開展黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的重要組成部分，各單位要加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，切實(shí)保證活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行，并取得實(shí)效。

2、要把此次活動(dòng)重點(diǎn)放在宣傳教育上，從基層抓起，組織發(fā)動(dòng)廣大青年踴躍參加，最大限度擴(kuò)大受教育面。

3、要加大新聞宣傳力度，及時(shí)報(bào)道活動(dòng)進(jìn)展情況，同時(shí)，在宣傳深度和廣度上下功夫，達(dá)到教育的作用。

4、選手在演講過(guò)程中要求語(yǔ)言流暢，演講技巧嫻熟，有較強(qiáng)感染力。

5、選手應(yīng)脫稿演講，時(shí)間限制在5分鐘以內(nèi)。
