第二篇：2011年省委黨校研究生報(bào)考

2011年省委黨校研究生報(bào)考須知

一、認(rèn)真閱讀招生簡(jiǎn)章，符合條件的報(bào)考者，用B5紙、五號(hào)宋體字、正反面、機(jī)打填寫《中共山西省委黨校研究生考生登記表》，一式三份。

二、報(bào)考者須經(jīng)單位組織人事部門審核同意，并在《中共山西省委黨校研究生考生登記表》相應(yīng)欄內(nèi)簽署意見(jiàn)、加蓋公章。

三、報(bào)考時(shí)需攜帶的其它材料有：

①體檢表（只針對(duì)報(bào)考脫產(chǎn)班考生，請(qǐng)從網(wǎng)上下載《考生健康檢查表》，由考生所在市縣級(jí)以上醫(yī)院檢查填寫）；

②擔(dān)任科級(jí)以上（含正科、副科）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)的任職文件原件及復(fù)印件一份；

③大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)證書原件及復(fù)印件一份（畢業(yè)證原件審核合格后退回）；

④4張一寸紅底免冠照。

四、交納報(bào)名費(fèi)、資料費(fèi)及考前輔導(dǎo)費(fèi)共計(jì)210元。

五、所有復(fù)印件規(guī)格均為B5復(fù)印紙。

六、經(jīng)審查合格者，5月28、29日統(tǒng)一發(fā)放準(zhǔn)考證、本科畢業(yè)證。

七、考前輔導(dǎo)班時(shí)間為5月28、29日兩天，具體時(shí)間：上午8：00－12：00；下午14：00－18：00，輔導(dǎo)地點(diǎn)：省黨校教學(xué)樓。
