吞吃粽葉包飯的他們嚇得要死。第一次讀到這首詩,我很震驚——過去兩個(gè)民族何以如此疏離、彼此陌生?當(dāng)然今日的社會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出完全不同的情景:那些過去吃米飯的人們也開始喜歡吃魚和薯?xiàng)l。的確如此,就拿中國來說,西方的生活方式已經(jīng)廣泛地影響了我們的現(xiàn)代生活,以致對于年輕人對搖滾樂著迷,全家去吃麥當(dāng)勞,老年人穿蘋果牌牛仔褲,大家都已習(xí)以為常。
然而,這不過是我們當(dāng)今社會(huì)中所發(fā)生的文化變遷的表面現(xiàn)象而已,真正發(fā)生的卻是我們的民族心理開始了微妙而又有重大意義的重建,大家只要看看周圍就會(huì)清楚。

為更快提高我區(qū)小學(xué)青年英語教師的綜合素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)英語素養(yǎng),塑造良好的青年英語教師形象,激發(fā)青年英語教師的熱情和潛力,進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)我區(qū)英語教師教書育人、為人師表的自覺性,弘揚(yáng)為師為學(xué)的師德風(fēng)范,我區(qū)決定舉辦“我學(xué)習(xí)、我成長”青年英語教師演講比賽。
一、承辦部門:教研室
二、參賽對象及名額
1、參賽對象:小學(xué)30周歲以下(包括30周歲)青年英語教師。
2、參賽名額:戚小5人,東小4人,先小1人,潞小5人,丁小3人。
三、時(shí)間安排
1、各校內(nèi)部準(zhǔn)備階段(9月1日----10月1日);
2、各校10月10日前將參賽教師名單(電子稿)交到英語教研員處;3、10月17日前各參賽教師將演講稿(電子稿)交到英語教研員處;4、10月30日下午3:30,各參賽選手到校教研室抽簽,確定比賽順序;5、10月31日在xx校多媒體教室進(jìn)行小學(xué)青年英語教師演講比賽。
四、比賽要求:
1、以“我學(xué)習(xí)、我成長”為主題,圍繞教師職業(yè)理想進(jìn)行演講,表達(dá)教師對事業(yè)的熱愛,贊揚(yáng)教師愛崗敬業(yè)、德高業(yè)精、善為人師、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的光輝形象,要注重內(nèi)容并結(jié)合讀書心得及教育教學(xué)實(shí)際。
2、演講稿由教師自己創(chuàng)作,禁止從網(wǎng)上下載,題目自擬。
3、演講比賽分兩部分進(jìn)行:第一部分自由演講;第二部分回答評(píng)委問題。
4、時(shí)間不超過3---5分鐘。
五、評(píng)分細(xì)則
1、比賽采用10分制,其中:
(1)演講內(nèi)容(4分):要求緊扣主題,觀點(diǎn)鮮明,內(nèi)容生動(dòng),格調(diào)積極向上,有真情實(shí)感;
(2)語言表達(dá)(3分):要求脫稿演講,語言規(guī)范,口齒清晰,語音、語調(diào)優(yōu)美標(biāo)準(zhǔn),感情充沛,語言生動(dòng)流暢,感染力強(qiáng);
(3)形象風(fēng)度(2分):要求衣著得體,舉止大方,表情自然,能靈活運(yùn)用語 速、手勢等演講技巧;
(4)綜合印象(1分):由評(píng)委根據(jù)選手的臨場表現(xiàn)作出綜合演講素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)。
2、演講時(shí)間最多不得超過5分鐘,超過者酌情扣分。
3、聘請 市、區(qū)中學(xué)分管英語專家、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)擔(dān)任評(píng)委,現(xiàn)場評(píng)判打分。
4、各小學(xué)校報(bào)名費(fèi)100元。
六、獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)設(shè)置
1、本次活動(dòng)設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)兩名,二等獎(jiǎng)五名,三等獎(jiǎng)三名。
2、獲獎(jiǎng)選手頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書。
