animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit.as a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed.though many other countries, even countries like the u.s.and japan, have also experienced food safety crises in some periods of their development, maybe none of them has witnessed food safety problems on such a large scale and during such a long period of time.actually, problematic food products had been with us for quite a long time before we realized them and almost no single food or even drink can be claimed absolutely safe.flours may contain too much chemicals like brightener that can turn them into the desirable color;meat might have been produced by animals that have consumed chemicals to add to the red part of meat;vegetables may have too much remnants of pesticides on their leaves;even milk and other beverages may have in them poisonous chemicals to make them smell flagrant and tasty.there is no denying the fact that food safety is a 作為一名電機(jī)車(chē)人，大家都清楚記得2007年9月22日那天發(fā)生的事。像往常一樣，葵花園站值班員向西站辦理1505列車(chē)閉塞手續(xù)，西站值班員同意閉塞后，葵花園站值班員開(kāi)放西站出站信號(hào)機(jī)，1505列車(chē)于23時(shí)07分發(fā)車(chē)，西站值班員接到發(fā)車(chē)通知后，未按規(guī)定檢查線(xiàn)路，手持信號(hào)燈在指定位置接車(chē)，而此時(shí)電鏟正在清理北側(cè)礦石。1505列車(chē)調(diào)車(chē)員在未得到西站值班員手信號(hào)及無(wú)任何信號(hào)的情況下盲目的將車(chē)引入西站，與突然轉(zhuǎn)

向的電鏟相撞，造成1505列車(chē)073#斗車(chē)脫軌推出10M左右，電鏟損壞影響西支線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)長(zhǎng)達(dá)13小時(shí)。

事故在那么一瞬間發(fā)生了，我們先不用去算這起事故造成多么大損失，而要對(duì)這起事故發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行深思。每一起事故的發(fā)生都不是偶然的，都有一定的原因存在。現(xiàn)在，讓我們靜下心來(lái)，對(duì)這起事故的原因進(jìn)行認(rèn)真深入的分析。

事故發(fā)生的前兩天，1505機(jī)車(chē)在庫(kù)內(nèi)定檢時(shí)，點(diǎn)檢員發(fā)現(xiàn)，一端制動(dòng)機(jī)漏風(fēng)，要求鉗工進(jìn)行檢修，鉗工檢查后，憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷漏風(fēng)現(xiàn)象不嚴(yán)重，而沒(méi)有進(jìn)行檢修。同時(shí)，將這一現(xiàn)象告知點(diǎn)檢員，點(diǎn)檢員也沒(méi)進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，就直接讓1505機(jī)車(chē)備用。就這樣，一臺(tái)存在安全隱患的機(jī)車(chē)在22日15點(diǎn)30分被出庫(kù)使用，司機(jī)對(duì)制動(dòng)機(jī)漏風(fēng)也沒(méi)在意，使這起事故的發(fā)生埋下了隱患。

造成事故發(fā)生的第二個(gè)原因是，西站值班員沒(méi)有按規(guī)定手持信號(hào)燈站在規(guī)定的位置接車(chē)，接車(chē)前沒(méi)有對(duì)鐵路進(jìn)行安全確認(rèn)。

導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生的另外一個(gè)原因就是，調(diào)車(chē)員在未得到西站值班員手信號(hào)的情況下，盲目的將列車(chē)引入西站，在發(fā)現(xiàn)前方有險(xiǎn)情時(shí)，沒(méi)有及時(shí)采取措施，拉動(dòng)車(chē)長(zhǎng)閥，最終導(dǎo)致斗車(chē)與電鏟相撞。

造成這起事故的第四個(gè)原因就是，電鏟違章清理道邊礦石。按照規(guī)定，撒落道邊的礦石由清道工負(fù)責(zé)清理，電鏟刮礦時(shí)必須有清道工在旁指揮。

還有一個(gè)原因就是，車(chē)進(jìn)入西站時(shí)速度太快，司機(jī)沒(méi)按規(guī)定減速鳴笛。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)前方有險(xiǎn)情時(shí)，雖然采取了緊急制動(dòng)，但由于速度過(guò)快，再加上制動(dòng)機(jī)本身存在漏風(fēng)，導(dǎo)致列車(chē)不能及時(shí)停車(chē)，造成了電鏟列車(chē)相撞事故的發(fā)生。

經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)這起事故原因的深入分析，我們不難看出，在整個(gè)事件的過(guò)程中，存在著許多安全隱患和違章行為。正是因?yàn)橛羞@些隱患和行為的存在，才導(dǎo)致了這起事故的發(fā)生。但是，如果我們每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都能夠做到嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)脑?huà)，也可能避免事故的發(fā)生。假如，假如值班員接車(chē)前對(duì)鐵路進(jìn)行檢查，及時(shí)制止列車(chē)進(jìn)站；假如，假如調(diào)車(chē)員能發(fā)現(xiàn)沒(méi)有信號(hào)，及時(shí)將車(chē)停在站外；假如，假如點(diǎn)檢員能夠及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)備用車(chē)存在隱患；假如，……。再多的假如也無(wú)法改變已成的事實(shí)，時(shí)間已經(jīng)牢牢的定格在2007年9月22日。

事故雖然發(fā)生了，過(guò)去的已經(jīng)成為過(guò)去。但深刻地教訓(xùn)我們卻久久不能忘記。我們每個(gè)人是不是都應(yīng)該有所深思，心靈的最深處是不是都有那怕是那么一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)痛心的觸動(dòng)，深刻反思我們的日常工作行為。因此我在這里呼吁，大家在今后的工作中將安全工作作為重中之重，認(rèn)真對(duì)待，不放過(guò)任何一個(gè)隱患，每天從零開(kāi)始，從零發(fā)展，將事故苗頭消滅在萌芽狀態(tài)，以足夠的信心去迎接她，去戰(zhàn)勝它，提高自身的安全意識(shí)，杜絕三違操作，遠(yuǎn)離安全事故。每天都能高高興興上班來(lái)，平平安安回家去，讓我們的家庭充滿(mǎn)幸福，讓我們的企業(yè)興旺發(fā)達(dá)。

大學(xué)校園安全演講稿:珍愛(ài)生命，注意安全 尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同事，大家晚上好！我是來(lái)自合成二班的111。今天我站在這里向大家演講，心里感到十分榮幸。我的題目是”珍愛(ài)生命，注意安全”。其實(shí)我并不打算講在化工廠如何安全操作或者如何做好防護(hù)工作，也不會(huì)列舉各種安全事故，因?yàn)椴僮鞣椒ㄎ覀兲焯於荚趯W(xué)習(xí)，防護(hù)工作也自有專(zhuān)人去做，而過(guò)多列舉事故也難免有危言聳聽(tīng)的嫌疑。我認(rèn)為一切的關(guān)大學(xué)校園安全演講稿:珍愛(ài)生命，注意安全尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同事，大家晚上好！我是來(lái)自合成二班的111。今天我站在這里向大家演講，心里感到十分榮幸。我的題目是”珍愛(ài)生命，注意安全”。其實(shí)我并不打算講在化工廠如何安全操作或者如何做好防護(hù)工作，也不會(huì)列舉各種安全事故，因?yàn)椴僮鞣椒ㄎ覀兲焯於荚趯W(xué)習(xí)，防護(hù)工作也自有專(zhuān)人去做，而過(guò)多列舉事故也難免有危言聳聽(tīng)的嫌疑。我認(rèn)為一切的關(guān)鍵在于我們自身對(duì)安全及其相關(guān)問(wèn)題的態(tài)度和認(rèn)識(shí)，所以我今天站在這里只是想和大家聊聊珍愛(ài)生命的話(huà)題，目的是通過(guò)加深我們對(duì)生命的理解來(lái)引起對(duì)安全的重視。如果我的話(huà)能對(duì)大家有好的影響，那我將會(huì)無(wú)比欣慰！李商隱用“春蠶到死絲方盡，蠟炬成灰淚始干”來(lái)為我們?cè)忈屃松膫ゴ笠饬x，而泰戈?duì)柕摹币簧骋皇澜?，一花一天堂”又給了我們另一種對(duì)生命的感悟。然而朋友，在大家心里，生命究竟是什么？生命是父母親寄托在我們身上的希望，生命是大自然交給我們?nèi)フJ(rèn)真雕琢的寶石，生命是我們享受一切美好的資本，生命是我們感恩這個(gè)世界的基礎(chǔ)。各位朋友你們說(shuō)是嗎？那么，讓我們好好理解和領(lǐng)悟吧，只有理解了生命的內(nèi)涵，只有領(lǐng)悟了生命的意義，才能更好地珍愛(ài)生命，才能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)生命無(wú)上的價(jià)值。我時(shí)刻也不會(huì)忘記，父母在這二十年里為養(yǎng)育我而付出的無(wú)盡的心血；我從來(lái)都不曾懷疑，父母一直最重視最牽掛的就是我的生命安全，只是他們不愿直接說(shuō)出這樣的字眼而已，相信大家也是這樣想的。小時(shí)候，我們或許還不懂生命的寶貴，我們會(huì)去做很多冒險(xiǎn)的事，比如去大浪里游泳，比如從山上往下飛奔，比如去點(diǎn)燃田地里大堆的草垛，可能還有人在鐵軌上練過(guò)平衡吧！真的，現(xiàn)在想想都害怕，那時(shí)真是太糊涂了，不知讓父母承受過(guò)多少擔(dān)心和驚嚇?？墒侨缃裎覀円呀?jīng)告別了孩童時(shí)代，應(yīng)該已經(jīng)明白了“身體發(fā)膚，受諸父母，不敢損傷”的道理，也應(yīng)該能夠體會(huì)到父母在千里之外對(duì)我們?nèi)杖找挂共傩暮推矶\的辛酸。我想，只要想到父母，我們必定會(huì)更加懂得珍愛(ài)生命，更加重視注意安全。現(xiàn)在還有未來(lái)幾年甚至更久，我們都將在化工廠度過(guò)。這里面的根本因素是什么，我們是否用心想過(guò)？如果沒(méi)有，那就讓下面故事中的查理告訴我們他的經(jīng)歷和感悟，或許能引起我們的某些思考和重視。查理原是美國(guó)艾克森石油公司的一名普通操作工，和我們一樣的操作工。他清楚公司的各種安全制度，他懂得如何安全操作，他也知道如何進(jìn)行事故應(yīng)急，總之他是個(gè)足夠能干的操作工。但是他從不會(huì)按安全程序去做，因?yàn)樗滥菢淤M(fèi)事費(fèi)時(shí)；他去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)從不戴防護(hù)眼鏡，因?yàn)樗X(jué)得那樣不夠帥氣；他常常把安全帽提在手里，因?yàn)槟菢颖容^輕松；他總是愛(ài)卷起袖子，因?yàn)槟菢痈杏X(jué)涼快；他的所有操作從來(lái)都用最快途徑，因?yàn)槟菢涌梢栽缁赝獠偈倚菹?。為了所謂的省事，他下板車(chē)時(shí)從來(lái)不會(huì)熄火，開(kāi)板車(chē)時(shí)也從來(lái)不會(huì)系安全帶。其實(shí)我們中間也有人想按他那樣做，但可能目前沒(méi)敢做而已。我想告訴那些人，永遠(yuǎn)不要那樣做，永遠(yuǎn)切記，千萬(wàn)不要！事實(shí)上查理也知道他的做法不安全，唉，其實(shí)他什么都知道，但是他就是那樣做了，他相信上帝會(huì)垂憐于他，他也相信自己會(huì)小心注意。我們中間還有人這樣想，只是不愿坦白罷了。而我告訴那些人，如果不想后悔莫及，那就永遠(yuǎn)別再這樣想了！上帝總會(huì)有打盹兒的時(shí)候，而恰好就在那天查理出事了，而且出了大事，所幸的是最終他”脫胎換骨”活了下來(lái)。被燒得體無(wú)完膚的查理并不怪公司，也不怪那天自己所拆的盲板，他只是悔恨自己曾經(jīng)日復(fù)一日的麻痹大意。但更令他痛苦的是，在治療的五年里，他錯(cuò)過(guò)了女兒成長(zhǎng)的那段最珍貴的時(shí)光。他讓最?lèi)?ài)的人承受了永遠(yuǎn)的悲痛，他永遠(yuǎn)也無(wú)法原諒自己。他現(xiàn)在只能努力彌補(bǔ)對(duì)親人造成的傷害，只能用自己的經(jīng)歷和體會(huì)來(lái)告誡大家：珍愛(ài)生命，注意安全。為自己負(fù)責(zé)，更為自己愛(ài)的和愛(ài)自己的人負(fù)責(zé)！各位親愛(ài)的朋友，讓我們回到我們自身。其實(shí)有時(shí)候我們并不必說(shuō)注意安全是為了工廠的生產(chǎn)和效益，也不必說(shuō)注意安全是為了保證企業(yè)穩(wěn)定和維護(hù)企業(yè)形象，更不必說(shuō)那是為國(guó)家和社會(huì)和諧做貢獻(xiàn)，那些空話(huà)起不到鞭策作用，要想清楚，注意安全就是珍愛(ài)我們自己的生命，就是為所有我們愛(ài)的和愛(ài)我們的人負(fù)責(zé)。因?yàn)槲覀儾⒉粏螁问俏覀儽旧?，這個(gè)生命牽連著太多人的幸福，我們沒(méi)有理由不愛(ài)護(hù)，更沒(méi)有資格去傷害。而注意安全也絕不是一句空口號(hào)，也不是幾條規(guī)章制度就能解決的問(wèn)題，當(dāng)然，我們不能忽視制度的重要性，我在此只是想強(qiáng)調(diào)人們自身態(tài)度、意識(shí)和習(xí)慣的關(guān)鍵性。當(dāng)你在化工廠習(xí)慣了玩兒瀟灑，當(dāng)你習(xí)慣了鉆空子，當(dāng)你習(xí)慣了“省時(shí)間”，當(dāng)你習(xí)慣了“走捷徑”，那就是你的思維和習(xí)慣在指揮你的行動(dòng)，想想看，除了你自己，誰(shuí)還能從根本上管得了你？所以我認(rèn)為，注意安全要從增強(qiáng)意識(shí)和端正態(tài)度抓起，這樣，接下來(lái)的養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣、還有應(yīng)急預(yù)防等等一切便可順理成章地進(jìn)行了。那么，如何引起真正的重視？我想，還是想想我們生命的意義和價(jià)值，想想我們的家人，想想我們的花樣年華，想想我們心中春的夢(mèng)幻、夏的火熱、秋的斑斕、冬的純潔，想想有一天我們牽著最?lèi)?ài)的人的手在沙灘上漫步，看著海天一線(xiàn)，看著夕陽(yáng)西下，看著美麗的世界。然而朋友們，假如到現(xiàn)在大家還是感覺(jué)注意安全只是口號(hào)的話(huà)，那么在我演講的最后，我們不妨花一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)時(shí)間來(lái)想想一個(gè)場(chǎng)景：假如我只是說(shuō)假如，有一天因?yàn)闆](méi)有注意安全而出了事故，那時(shí)你躺在地上奄奄一息，那一刻你會(huì)想些什么？恨自己？還是眷戀這一切美好？你會(huì)不會(huì)想起家人？會(huì)不會(huì)對(duì)他們愧疚不已？你深?lèi)?ài)著他們，但你從不曾說(shuō)過(guò)。為了前途功利，你和他們相聚說(shuō)話(huà)的時(shí)間少之又少，而這一刻你就要永遠(yuǎn)地走了，多么想回到過(guò)去，多么想和他們?cè)谝黄鸷煤孟嗑?，告訴他們你真的愛(ài)他們，可是朋友，一切都晚了，回不去了。我親愛(ài)的朋友，生命只有一次，沒(méi)了就什么都沒(méi)了！我想，沒(méi)有什么比生與死更能讓我們把問(wèn)題想透徹了，沒(méi)有什么比生與死更能引起我們重視了。如果這一刻你想明白了，那我今天就沒(méi)有白費(fèi)口舌；如果下個(gè)輪班甚至以后，大家上班時(shí)，穿好了勞保服，戴好了安全帽，戴好了防護(hù)眼鏡，裝好了報(bào)警器和對(duì)講機(jī)，上下樓梯時(shí)小心一點(diǎn)，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不再嬉戲追逐，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)多長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)兒眼色，干活時(shí)能按安全步驟來(lái)，那我便會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)感到欣慰！我的演講到此結(jié)束，謝謝大家，謝謝！
