The Chinese giant has already launched an online auction site in the US, called 11main, challengedAmazon in the field of cloud computing with a service called Aliyun, and invested $200 million(188million euros)in Snapchat, a photo-sharing application.Bryan Wang, Beijing-based analyst for the consultancy Forrester Research, said it was an earlyattempt by Alibaba to try to “understand digital consumers on a worldwide scale, outside ofChina”.Last September, the Hangzhou-based group raised a massive $25 billion on the New York stockmarket, although the share price has since fallen below the listing price.-Digital ecosystem-

在周末,這么多人來(lái)參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易會(huì),其實(shí),我心里還是非常感動(dòng)的,特別是昨天我到會(huì)場(chǎng)看到了其他交易會(huì)很少看見(jiàn)的現(xiàn)象,有媽媽帶著孩子,也看到了一家三口,也看到了很多年紀(jì)比較大,六十多歲的人拉著包在交易會(huì)上走,回去后我就想,是什么樣的力量將這些人聚在一起,是什么吸引了我們,我認(rèn)為是希望和信心,帆布包里面帶著每個(gè)人的信心和希望,我自己這么覺(jué)得。
大概在1992、1993年有創(chuàng)業(yè)的想法,為了嘗試創(chuàng)業(yè)的感覺(jué),我曾經(jīng)到義烏小商品市場(chǎng)拉著包進(jìn)貨,我也到廣州海珠廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)貨,當(dāng)時(shí)海珠廣場(chǎng)還是比較亂的,廣交會(huì)也進(jìn)不去,但是每次來(lái)進(jìn)貨,我心里充滿(mǎn)了希望和信心,我覺(jué)得我參加這樣的活動(dòng)會(huì)改變我們,我認(rèn)為這次的網(wǎng)貨交易會(huì)盡管開(kāi)的還不是非常的正規(guī),還不是非常的好,但是我們的人氣說(shuō)明了一切,我感到自豪和高興的是,在座的都是八十年代和九十年代的人在一起,你們?cè)诟淖兪澜绾臀磥?lái)。
阿里巴巴今年是十周年,十年來(lái)想在中國(guó)證明一件事情,就是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在中國(guó)有希望,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將完善中國(guó),推進(jìn)中國(guó)的發(fā)展,我們堅(jiān)信電子商務(wù)會(huì)存在,電子商務(wù)在中國(guó)會(huì)發(fā)展。
十年以來(lái),我被中國(guó)很多人認(rèn)為是中國(guó)最大的忽悠者,我講任何話(huà)都是忽悠,我想今天還想在忽悠一把!
十年以來(lái)一直在忽悠,我一直在倡導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的精神,一直倡導(dǎo)電子商務(wù),一直倡導(dǎo)網(wǎng)商的精神,六年前我將很要好的朋友,一個(gè)很要好的商人朋友交流,我說(shuō)剛剛推出了淘寶網(wǎng),我希望他將生意搬到網(wǎng)上做,他說(shuō)再說(shuō)吧,有很多的時(shí)間。四年前又說(shuō)請(qǐng)將生意搬到網(wǎng)上,他說(shuō)行了,我現(xiàn)在忙不過(guò)來(lái),二年前他跟我說(shuō),為什么不早說(shuō),我現(xiàn)在的生意都被淘寶網(wǎng)上的孩子搶走了,如果大家記得在1999年和2001年來(lái)很多次廣東,每次阿里巴巴的網(wǎng)商大會(huì)上,我不斷推進(jìn)一個(gè)想法,就是將外貿(mào)企業(yè)迅速的搬到網(wǎng)上去,有多少人真正的相信,我看未必,但是今天相信的人得到了好處,世界發(fā)生了很大的變化,到了今天為止,還沒(méi)有認(rèn)清互聯(lián)網(wǎng),到今天為止還沒(méi)有開(kāi)始使用電子商務(wù),到今天為止還將自己認(rèn)為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)就是網(wǎng)的游戲和網(wǎng)上看看新聞的話(huà),我相信你會(huì)非常的后悔。我自己是這樣看待的,到今天為止,前十年電子商務(wù)也好,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也好,我們只證明它存在,但是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子商務(wù)到底是否可以影響未來(lái),對(duì)我們的生活有多大的改變,未來(lái)的十年將發(fā)生巨大的改變,這次的網(wǎng)貨交易會(huì)本人有很大的期盼,我們正在開(kāi)啟網(wǎng)貨的時(shí)代,自從淘寶誕生以后,自從阿里巴巴誕生以后,最近的半年和一年,我們聽(tīng)見(jiàn)的聲音太多的是,淘寶上面假貨橫行,淘寶上面反對(duì)的聲音越來(lái)越多,隨著交易量的增長(zhǎng),不講誠(chéng)信,假貨橫行,盜版猖獗,大家認(rèn)為淘寶就是假貨集散地,事實(shí)上淘寶是不是假貨集散地,我本人認(rèn)為,并不是這樣的。
以前淘寶碰到的是競(jìng)爭(zhēng),以前淘寶競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的是同行業(yè)的,今天淘寶最大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是昨天最成功的人,成為今天淘寶的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者。我關(guān)注到很多的品牌商、渠道商不斷的說(shuō)淘寶是假貨。
上一個(gè)月,我在香港街上一位送了幾只雪茄煙,我剛好走過(guò)香港雪茄盒的商店,很貴的,我挑了一個(gè)最便宜的也是1.3萬(wàn)元,我心疼了很久,回到家我就覺(jué)得不行,我要在淘寶上查一下,同樣的盒子在淘寶上賣(mài)720元,一模一樣的,到底發(fā)生了怎么樣的事情,還有朋友從香港購(gòu)買(mǎi)了玩游戲的籌碼,1.3萬(wàn)元一套,也有+1.5萬(wàn)元/套的,9000元/套,我在淘寶上查了一下是350元,所有的人就想一定是假的,不可能是真的,我發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)籌碼的工廠(chǎng)是在浙江金華,將籌碼出口到美國(guó),香港從美國(guó)進(jìn)口后放在香港,中國(guó)大陸的人再?gòu)南愀圪?gòu)買(mǎi)回去,現(xiàn)在的情況是金華的工廠(chǎng)直接在淘寶上賣(mài),也就是賣(mài)350元,很多品牌的電視機(jī)以及制造廠(chǎng)家跟我說(shuō),我們賣(mài)一臺(tái)電視機(jī),從設(shè)計(jì)到制造好和銷(xiāo)售,賣(mài)回來(lái)只賺10元,幾千元的電視機(jī)只賺10元,如果一臺(tái)電視機(jī)只賺10元,怎么可以希望制造業(yè)創(chuàng)新和投入研發(fā),這些錢(qián)被誰(shuí)賺走了,有一個(gè)朋友跟我說(shuō),中國(guó)有一個(gè)很有名的酒,賣(mài)800元/瓶,但是酒的成本只有10元,300元花到了電視廣告商,300+元花到了渠道商了,還有100—200元給了回饋和包裝,消費(fèi)者為什么要買(mǎi)只有10元價(jià)值的酒,卻要花800—900元,就要付300元,這是對(duì)消費(fèi)者不公平,對(duì)制造業(yè)也不公平,如何將整個(gè)渠道打通,我覺(jué)得電子商務(wù)必須對(duì)行業(yè)給予巨大的沖擊。
電子商務(wù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)其他行業(yè)的沖擊,我們想象一下,5年前的物流行業(yè),有多少的物流行業(yè)真正做到了客戶(hù)第一,真正做到了客戶(hù)的體驗(yàn),真正擴(kuò)大了物流,沒(méi)有的。
但是這兩年,最近淘寶上每一天至少送出400萬(wàn)個(gè)包裹,需要很多的物流公司將包裹一個(gè)一個(gè)的送出去,順便我跟大家講。去年我沒(méi)有在淘寶上購(gòu)物,現(xiàn)在我們家跟所有的朋友一樣,每天最大的希望和快樂(lè)是拿一個(gè)包裹過(guò)來(lái),拆開(kāi)來(lái)看,盡管我知道包裹里面是什么東西,但是我就想拆開(kāi)來(lái)看,前幾天我購(gòu)買(mǎi)了幾個(gè)洗澡用的大浴巾,賣(mài)家有非常漂亮的紅色浴巾,也有黃色和綠色的,但是他說(shuō)紅色的沒(méi)有貨,我發(fā)現(xiàn)太太跟那個(gè)人在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上爭(zhēng)論,她說(shuō)為什么沒(méi)有紅色的還在賣(mài),賣(mài)家說(shuō)沒(méi)有了,我太太說(shuō),將貨拿下來(lái),結(jié)果第二天還沒(méi)有將貨拿下來(lái),我就說(shuō)必須將沒(méi)有的貨拿下來(lái),我告訴他,我是淘寶的,他說(shuō)我不相信,經(jīng)過(guò)交流,那個(gè)人說(shuō)我一定將貨拿下來(lái),沒(méi)有就是沒(méi)有,對(duì)于我來(lái)講,網(wǎng)商最大的價(jià)值就是誠(chéng)信,因?yàn)槲覀円筘浽垂菊\(chéng)信,要求買(mǎi)家誠(chéng)信,為什么不能強(qiáng)制賣(mài)家誠(chéng)信。
我在淘寶和阿里巴巴市場(chǎng)上看到的是誠(chéng)信在不斷的滋生和誕生,看到今天互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的力量,這些不斷的變化。
去年的年初,我們從淘寶的數(shù)據(jù),特別是阿里巴巴中小企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)上基本判斷出,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)將會(huì)出現(xiàn)很大的問(wèn)題,7月份就寫(xiě)了一封信說(shuō)冬天要來(lái)了,但是絕大部分的人認(rèn)為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的冬天來(lái)了,阿里巴巴你們的“冬天”要來(lái)了,但是我們認(rèn)為是世界經(jīng)濟(jì),進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易,內(nèi)需市場(chǎng)的“冬天”要來(lái)了。去年年底有人說(shuō)你說(shuō)冬天要來(lái)了,冬天有多久,什么時(shí)候可以度過(guò)。我在淘寶和阿里巴巴的賣(mài)家的餐廳去吃飯,剛坐下,老板就說(shuō),冬天被你說(shuō)對(duì)了,現(xiàn)在店里的生意越來(lái)越差,你如何看待冬天,什么時(shí)候會(huì)結(jié)束,我說(shuō)今年年底和明年年初冬天沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的,他說(shuō)真的,這么快就結(jié)束了,我說(shuō)今年年底和明年年初你會(huì)適應(yīng)的,任何的企業(yè)都必須適應(yīng)外部的環(huán)境。
今天經(jīng)濟(jì)有所回暖,但是我想告訴大家的是,今天經(jīng)濟(jì)仍然面臨巨大的困難,不要為恢復(fù)昨天而感到興奮,更不要為失去昨天的輝煌而興奮。2007年火爆的股市不會(huì)回來(lái)了,真正要改變的是經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)和商業(yè)的文明,商界新生力量的起來(lái),我看到經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù),我告訴所有的網(wǎng)商,在網(wǎng)貨交易會(huì)上感受的不是冬天,感受的是春天的來(lái)到,感受到的是希望的來(lái)到,因?yàn)槭澜邕M(jìn)入了非常大的變化,我本
人如何看待這場(chǎng)危機(jī)。去年六、七月份我認(rèn)為是危機(jī),今天已經(jīng)不是危機(jī),它是強(qiáng)力的信號(hào),今年年初事實(shí)上越來(lái)越顯示證明這是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中必然的鎮(zhèn)痛,強(qiáng)烈的信號(hào)告訴我們昨天成功的企業(yè),今天越失敗,昨天越自以為是的企業(yè)不改變自己,不會(huì)走下去,昨天小的企業(yè)將會(huì)大。
另外的信號(hào)是由資本密集型走向知識(shí)密集型這是強(qiáng)烈的信號(hào),以前認(rèn)為是靠關(guān)系做生意到走向靠誠(chéng)信做生意,信號(hào)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,不管大家是否相信,十年以后的商業(yè)會(huì)跟今天完全的不一樣,十年后見(jiàn)到的富豪和成功的企業(yè)家跟今天是完全不一樣的。十年后的成功者一定是八、九十年代的人,而且成功者的年齡會(huì)越來(lái)越年輕,大家要記住,我自己這樣告訴自己,假如不改變,怎么會(huì)有我們的機(jī)會(huì)。1995年從大學(xué)中出來(lái)創(chuàng)業(yè),我想證明一件事情,如果馬云可以成功,中國(guó)80%的年輕人都可以成功,憑什么,只有有關(guān)系的人可以成功,為什么只有膽大的人可以成功,成功者必須有智慧和誠(chéng)信,因此世界的開(kāi)放正在加快。在座所有的人,我跟大家沒(méi)有任何的區(qū)別,而且唯一的區(qū)別,我比在座所有的人都長(zhǎng)的怪一點(diǎn),長(zhǎng)的丑一點(diǎn)。但是我也沒(méi)有資本,創(chuàng)業(yè)的時(shí)候,我是問(wèn)親戚、朋友一起借錢(qián),總共是2萬(wàn)元,沒(méi)有關(guān)系的,我父母就是普普通通的家庭,但是為什么發(fā)展的這么快,今天我看到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上說(shuō),馬云你真?zhèn)ゴ?,淘寶做的這么好,阿里巴巴做的這么好,我心里特別的難過(guò),這不是我的功勞,這是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的功勞,這是中國(guó)發(fā)展的功勞,這是1.3萬(wàn)員工的功勞,這是中國(guó)幾千萬(wàn)在座各位對(duì)網(wǎng)商信任的功勞,我覺(jué)得自己真的很難過(guò)。有的時(shí)候別人罵我,馬云你是胡扯的,怎么有這么爛的服務(wù),我也沒(méi)有寫(xiě)過(guò)一段程序,也沒(méi)有編過(guò)規(guī)章制度,但是后來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn),今天網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)生巨大變化的時(shí)候,讓我們這些平凡的人,可以借助中國(guó)的力量,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的力量發(fā)生變化,回憶這十幾年的發(fā)展之路,只要有夢(mèng)想,只要跟同事不斷的了解客戶(hù),因客戶(hù)而變而變,一定會(huì)走到今天,我自己感覺(jué),因?yàn)榛ヂ?lián)網(wǎng),因?yàn)榍笆甑淖兓屛覀冏叩浇裉?,未?lái)的十年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子商務(wù)的變化會(huì)更大,假如沒(méi)有時(shí)代的變化,沒(méi)有這場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),我相信在座絕大部分的人沒(méi)有十年后成功的可能性。
我們?nèi)ツ睦镎谊P(guān)系,我們?nèi)ツ睦镎毅y行貸款,我們?nèi)ツ睦锔苏労献?,因?yàn)樵谒腥说难劬锩婢褪瞧胀ǖ哪贻p人,就是普普通通的人,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)給我巨大的感觸,在公司和家庭中,不斷創(chuàng)造新的思想,中華民族尊老愛(ài)幼很好,為什么不可以尊幼愛(ài)老,對(duì)年輕人尊重和傾聽(tīng),今天八、九十年代的孩子伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的成長(zhǎng),對(duì)老的人要愛(ài)護(hù),太老的人問(wèn)明天會(huì)怎么樣,我估計(jì)談不出什么,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的另外一種變化是很有意思的。我爺爺這一輩子是靠報(bào)紙決定未來(lái)的,報(bào)紙上的一切都是對(duì)的,我父親是靠聽(tīng)廣播的,我們這一代是看電視的,今天八、九十年代的孩子說(shuō)要參與,要有自己的觀(guān)點(diǎn),因此互聯(lián)網(wǎng)誕生了新的一代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的起來(lái),電子商務(wù)的起來(lái)將徹底改變未來(lái),徹底影響我們的生活,社會(huì)已經(jīng)發(fā)生劇烈的變化,我想告訴大家的是,2009年互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和電子商務(wù)只完成了第一個(gè)階段,就是機(jī)會(huì)。大家都說(shuō)機(jī)會(huì)被阿里巴巴和淘寶、百度、谷歌和騰訊搶去了,我告訴大家機(jī)會(huì)還沒(méi)有開(kāi)始,所有的機(jī)會(huì)都會(huì)在未來(lái)十年內(nèi)真正的開(kāi)始。
網(wǎng)貨今天才開(kāi)始,前年的八年阿里巴巴做了什么事情,我們想證明中國(guó)將會(huì)誕生一批新的群體叫做網(wǎng)商,我們所到之處都是網(wǎng)商,廣東的粵商、山西的晉商,但是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是沒(méi)有區(qū)域的,所有的商業(yè)都要遵守一個(gè)規(guī)則就是誠(chéng)信,網(wǎng)商告訴我們一點(diǎn),阿里巴巴走到今天是四大特征,未來(lái)的二十一世紀(jì)要想成功必須有四大特征:

必須從全球的角度看問(wèn)題,有了四大特征,一定會(huì)在二十一世紀(jì)非常的成功,后面的五年我們將證明網(wǎng)貨的力量,十元的酒就應(yīng)該賣(mài)二、三十元,而不應(yīng)該賣(mài)八百元,電視機(jī)這么多的工序只掙十元是不合理的。
傳統(tǒng)的渠道商拿了制造業(yè)的錢(qián),剝削了消費(fèi)者,不是真正的完善渠道,而是做房地產(chǎn)的投資,股市的投資,這是對(duì)任何人的不負(fù)責(zé)任,未來(lái)的五年我們將倡導(dǎo)和推進(jìn)網(wǎng)貨的力量,再五年我們將推進(jìn)網(wǎng)規(guī),沒(méi)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的誠(chéng)信和做事的規(guī)則我們絕對(duì)不相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以完善。
在淘寶的封面和阿里巴巴的網(wǎng)上開(kāi)始在全球范圍內(nèi)招聘和尋求法律專(zhuān)家,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)專(zhuān)家,社會(huì)學(xué)專(zhuān)家,人類(lèi)學(xué)專(zhuān)家。為什么請(qǐng)這些人,因?yàn)槲覀兏杏X(jué)到未來(lái)的網(wǎng)規(guī)、網(wǎng)貨、網(wǎng)商將會(huì)創(chuàng)造新的世界,人類(lèi)開(kāi)始進(jìn)入新的世界,不能再憑今天二十多歲的淘寶的店小二制訂游戲的規(guī)則,他們已經(jīng)非常的累。有人問(wèn),為什么要找人類(lèi)學(xué)家研究淘寶,現(xiàn)在淘寶發(fā)生了很大的變化。淘寶用戶(hù)到店里看到一個(gè)樣品,小絨娃娃,賣(mài)家說(shuō)30元,買(mǎi)家問(wèn)是否報(bào)郵費(fèi),我們必須對(duì)網(wǎng)上交易的規(guī)則,必須對(duì)賣(mài)家約束。我很感動(dòng),有的時(shí)候,晚上很晚的時(shí)候,在中國(guó)凌晨一點(diǎn)的時(shí)候上網(wǎng),還可以看到旺旺上一片燈的亮起,到了晚上一點(diǎn)多還在上班,我想請(qǐng)人類(lèi)學(xué)家研究賣(mài)家的行為,幾點(diǎn)起來(lái),登陸過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么事情,根據(jù)這些行為制訂游戲的規(guī)則。這就是對(duì)未來(lái)的判斷,十年后,我相信在坐每一個(gè)人的努力,我們會(huì)創(chuàng)造新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)世界,今天阿里巴巴B2B有很多的企業(yè),制造業(yè)因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)貨時(shí)代發(fā)生巨大的變化,每一次營(yíng)銷(xiāo)方式的變化,就會(huì)形成制造業(yè)的變化,我在這里不是忽悠,也不是勸阻,而是警告,而是真正的呼吁大家,所有的企業(yè)高度關(guān)注電子商務(wù),最近發(fā)現(xiàn)渠道越強(qiáng)的企業(yè),賣(mài)貨越好的企業(yè),麻煩越多,今天搬到網(wǎng)站上去賣(mài),現(xiàn)在90%的營(yíng)業(yè)額來(lái)自于渠道,今天沒(méi)有渠道的企業(yè)越活越好,越來(lái)越通常,今天發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題,廣東的企業(yè)會(huì)制造不會(huì)賣(mài)。廣東幾十年的發(fā)展,資金是靠臺(tái)港澳地區(qū),品牌和渠道是靠海外,廣東人只要造就可以了,造了就會(huì)有人來(lái)賣(mài),錢(qián)有港澳臺(tái)融資,一旦金融危機(jī)海外渠道發(fā)生了問(wèn)題,品牌發(fā)生了問(wèn)題,很多企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題,但是今天我想告訴大家,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng),通過(guò)電子商務(wù),你的貨是迅速可以走出去的,必須進(jìn)行改革,以消費(fèi)者為中心,C2B思想,今天也聽(tīng)到了C2C,這二、三年來(lái),關(guān)注最多的是消費(fèi)者將影響未來(lái)。以前大家都是C2C,還有傳統(tǒng)的B2C,到了今天我想告訴大家,所有的制造業(yè)高度警惕,因?yàn)橄M(fèi)者必須改變自己產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì),改變渠道的推廣方式,必須改變創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的能力,C2B一定會(huì)成為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的未來(lái),以消費(fèi)者為導(dǎo)向,柔性化生產(chǎn),定制化生產(chǎn)將會(huì)取代,網(wǎng)貨將制造業(yè)的利潤(rùn)提高,將渠道打掉,網(wǎng)貨讓所有的消費(fèi)者得到個(gè)性化的產(chǎn)品,網(wǎng)規(guī)會(huì)讓這些企業(yè)更加的透明,更加的誠(chéng)信,更加的受消費(fèi)者的尊重,我相信這才是未來(lái)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,我們處在變化的時(shí)代,今天痛苦的人,你們?nèi)タ匆幌拢ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)上反對(duì)聲音最大的是誰(shuí)?是今天的成功者,網(wǎng)商群體中看到反對(duì)阿里巴巴和淘寶的已經(jīng)不是阿里巴巴和淘寶的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者,而是今天買(mǎi)賣(mài)中最好的人,他本來(lái)就想渠道有30%—40%,被淘寶搞了以后,只剩下
10%—20%。
前幾天有一個(gè)老外,一個(gè)LV的包賣(mài)二、三萬(wàn)元,我可以買(mǎi)二十頭牛了,憑什么賣(mài)這么貴。我們尊重知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),尊重品牌,但我不尊重暴利,我更不尊重,為了維護(hù)自己某些特殊的利益而設(shè)置了大量的障礙,我今天也這么講,十年以后法律的規(guī)范是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的專(zhuān)利、品牌也會(huì)受到巨大的沖擊。
前段時(shí)間從美國(guó)回來(lái),最有意思的是,很多的企業(yè)說(shuō),我們有這么多的專(zhuān)利,有全世界著名的公司,他們可能是諾貝獎(jiǎng)獲得者最多的公司,我們擁有全世界最多的專(zhuān)利,這家公司活的非常累,他們?yōu)榱斯芾磉@些專(zhuān)利,請(qǐng)了無(wú)數(shù)的人,做了很多的程序,他們就是管理專(zhuān)利,哪些專(zhuān)利可以用,他們?cè)O(shè)置了大量的地雷陣,阻礙其他人的創(chuàng)新,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家今天設(shè)置了大量的壁壘,阻礙發(fā)展中國(guó)家,有錢(qián),有勢(shì)的公司設(shè)置了大量的錢(qián)為了保護(hù)自己,最賺錢(qián)的就是律師以及利益保障者,今天人類(lèi)要進(jìn)步,人類(lèi)要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新,就靠在座的網(wǎng)商的力量,網(wǎng)貨的力量。
法律不能保障誠(chéng)信,如果不相信誠(chéng)信是有力量是不行的,今天的中國(guó)必須倡導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是有力量的,最后我想制造商們,這次金融危機(jī)可能是在座絕大部分今天沒(méi)有渠道,昨天一步臭棋今天會(huì)變成好棋,要迅速開(kāi)始新的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)。
不知道在座有多少人會(huì)下圍棋的,但是我知道下了一步臭棋,就不要救,反過(guò)來(lái)看就是下了一步好棋,我在阿里巴巴十年中,有人說(shuō)馬云你很厲害,其實(shí)一開(kāi)始是臭棋,現(xiàn)在看來(lái)都是好棋,千萬(wàn)不要迷信一個(gè)人和一家公司,是靠自己一步一步的走,創(chuàng)業(yè)者永遠(yuǎn)的有夢(mèng)想,每天采取行動(dòng),去改變和調(diào)整。
我還想講這句話(huà),假如在二十一世紀(jì)你想成功,記住客戶(hù)第一,就是誠(chéng)信,做一切的努力就是為了客戶(hù),員工第二,最近爭(zhēng)議很多,我前幾天在香港的股東大會(huì)上講,客戶(hù)第一,員工第二,股東第三。有人說(shuō)馬云早知道你是股東第三,我就不會(huì)買(mǎi)你的股票,我說(shuō)你還來(lái)得及,現(xiàn)在可以賣(mài)掉股票,是誰(shuí)給我們錢(qián)是客戶(hù),誰(shuí)創(chuàng)造了價(jià)值是員工,廣東所有的網(wǎng)商們,今天改變我們,影響我們,幫我們成長(zhǎng)的是我們的員工。
有一位企業(yè)家跟我講,賣(mài)很好的產(chǎn)品,在淘寶上怎么賣(mài)也賣(mài)不出去,小丫頭一賣(mài)就賣(mài)出去了,哪些老頭賣(mài)產(chǎn)品的套路是不同的,年輕的店小二一上來(lái)就是親一下,我們是不適應(yīng)的,現(xiàn)在上淘寶如果沒(méi)有人說(shuō)親我反而不適應(yīng)了。
以前我們認(rèn)為穿西裝是對(duì)人的尊敬,最早我們發(fā)現(xiàn)穿中山裝是對(duì)人的尊敬,現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)穿的越舒服,別人感覺(jué)的好就很好,商業(yè)形式的變化真正的發(fā)生了變化,最后我想說(shuō),我們淘寶的賣(mài)家,阿里巴巴的企業(yè)們,今天的電子商務(wù)不是五年以后的電子商務(wù),五年前有人問(wèn)我,阿里巴巴到底會(huì)變成什么樣子,我說(shuō)2009年會(huì)有一個(gè)感覺(jué),我們有了消費(fèi)者的淘寶,有了企業(yè)的阿里巴巴,有了中間支付的體系,開(kāi)始為明天打造阿里軟件,我們?yōu)槲磥?lái)服務(wù)業(yè)的電子商務(wù),開(kāi)餐飲、做洗腳店和搞旅館的電子商務(wù)在三至五年會(huì)起來(lái),我們建立了這個(gè)體系,但是真正的電子商務(wù)的成型是在五年,我相信在2014年會(huì)看到完全不同的電子商務(wù)的渠道,希望大家抓住這五年的時(shí)間,如果今天還停留在游戲和網(wǎng)吧里面,今天還在笑話(huà)別人做電子商務(wù),五年后你會(huì)更加的后悔,我們必須要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造未來(lái),我們可以改變未來(lái),每一個(gè)人今天到這里來(lái),每天來(lái)這里的目的是對(duì)未來(lái)的希望,對(duì)明天的信心,一切為明天而做,我們不要為昨天而失望,更不能因?yàn)榛謴?fù)昨天而感到興奮,世界變化剛剛開(kāi)始,阿里巴巴在這里跟大家一起承諾,以前是幾個(gè)人的使命,今天已經(jīng)變成了1.3萬(wàn)阿里人的使命,我們將會(huì)全力以赴支持網(wǎng)商、網(wǎng)貨、網(wǎng)規(guī)的建設(shè),未來(lái)的十年阿里巴巴的使命是打造新的商業(yè)文明,我們要讓那些誠(chéng)信、開(kāi)放、分享責(zé)任感和全球化的商人取得成功。

I’m so honored.I never expect there are so many people coming here to listen to my talk.And when I sitting there I feel so important.Thank you, thank you very much.Before my talk I would like to ask how many people here have used Alibaba services.Good, not many.[Laughs].And how many of you here have never been to China? Never been, never been to China.Good, thank you very much.Well, 20 years ago I came to America.My first trip to America, to Seattle.Before that I learned so much about America, from my books, from my teachers, from my school, and my parents.And I think I know enough about America.But when I came to America I thought totally wrong.America is not what I learned from the books.And in Seattle I found the Internet, and then I came back and tell my friends that I’m going to open a company called Internet.I invited 24 of my friends, had a two-hour discussion.And finally [unintelligible 00:01:19] we had a vote.23 of them against me.“Forget about it.There’s no such kind of network called Internet.Don’t do it.” There’s only one person who said “Jack, I trust you.I don’t know what that is, but if you want to try it, go ahead, try it.Because you’re still young.” At that time I was 30 years old.So I started my business, without knowing anything about computer, without knowing anything about business.I started my first company, my wife and I and a school mate.We borrowed [start] from US $1,000 we start the business.It was so difficult.I called myself like a blind man riding on the back of blind tigers.Jumping around for the past 20 years I survive today.For the first three years life was really bad.I remember I tried to borrow US $3,000 from the banks.It took me three months asking any friends I know to borrow the money [unintelligible 00:02:22].Still failed, coz verybody said “Jack is telling a lie, because there’s no such network called Internet in 1996.”
So one day, later 1996, China was connected to the Internet.I invited ten media friends to my apartment.I want to tell them I’m not telling a lie.There is a network called Internet.We waited three hours and a half to see the first – to download the first picture.And people said “Is that thing going to work?” And I say “Yeah, it’ll work, but not today.In ten years it’ll work.” But at least it proved that I was not telling a lie.I remember when we tried to help our small business to sell online.Nobody want to sell because nobody come to buy.So first week we have seven employees, we buy and sell ourselves.The second week somebody start to sell on a website.We buy everything they sell.We have two rooms full of things we bought for New Year’s, [all garbage] for the first two weeks.In order to tell people that it works.It was not easy.Since 1995 to 1999 we failed.We go nowhere, our business, because nothing was ready.In 1999 I invited 18 friends of mine who came to my apartment.We decided to do it again.We call the name alibaba.com.And people say why Alibaba? We believe Internet is a treasure island which opens sesame for small business.And we used Alibaba because it’s easy to spell, easy to remember.And we want to focus on helping small business.Because at that time we see [unintelligible 00:04:26] commerce [with the] American e-commerce they focus on helping on big companies, they’re focusing on helping big companies to save the cost.We believed China we don’t have a lot of big companies, we have so many small business, and small business it’s so difficult for them to survive.If we can using Internet as a technology to help small business it’ll be fantastic.So we start to say if America is good at helping big companies, just like America is good at making basketball we should play pingpong in China, we should help the small guys.And we should not helping small guys to save cost, because small business know how to save the cost, but small business should learn how to make money.So our business is focusing helping small business to make money online.And we want to make the company last for 102 years.And people are curious – why 102 years? Because Alibaba was born in 1999, last year we had – last century we had one year, this century 100 years, next century one year.102 across three centuries.We give a clear goal to any employees.Don’t say we are successful, no matter how much money we raised, no matter how much money we make, no matter how much we have achieved.Don’t forget we want to live 102 years.Now, 16 years passed, we have another 86 years to go.Because in next 86 years, if any time we die we’re never successful.When I heard this club is 108 years old I was surprised and shocked.There’s so much we can learn from that.Well, today nobody believed that Alibaba could survive, because people say “You are [free], you’re tiny” and, you know, and especially when we talk about – when we IPO’d people say “Ah, you are Alibaba, you are e-commerce.You’re like Amazon.” Because in American point of view Amazon probably is the only business model for e-commerce.But no, we are different.The difference between us and Amazon is that we do not buy and sell, but we help small business to buy and sell.We have 10 million small business on our site buy and sell every day.And we do not deliver our packages, although – ourselves, though we have more than 2 million people help us to deliver over 30 million packages per day.We do not own warehouses, but we manage tens and thousands of warehouses for other small, medium sized delivery companies.And we do not own inventories, but we do have more than 350 million buyers.We have more than 120 million buyers coming to shop every day on our site.And also, we sell – our revenue last – our sales last year were US$ 390 billion.And this year, possibly, we are going to be bigger than Walmart globally.And Walmart manage – that size of business have more than 2.3 million people;we grow from 18 people to today 34,000 people.And the difference between Amazon and us the other is Amazon is a shopping center.Because here e-commerce is commerce, in China e-commerce is a lifestyle.Young people [unintelligible 00:08:08], they using e-commerce to exchange ideas, they communicate, they build up the trust, they build up a record.It’s just like Starbucks – you never go to Starbucks to test how wonderful coffee is.It’s a lifestyle.And this is how Internet e-commerce is changing China.And what we felt proud of is not how much things we sell.I said this year we’ll be bigger than Walmart – yes, we are proud.We know in five years we will sell US$ 1 trillion.This is my goal, which we think possibly we will make it.We are proud of that but we are more proud because we create direct [and indirect] job, 14 million jobs for China.And we’ve created jobs in the countryside.We created a lot of jobs for women.Over 51 percent of the power sellers on the Internet are women.So we feel so proud of that.And people say okay, now Alibaba did that.What's your next? What's your future cause you are everywhere.We, 80 percent of the buy and the sell online are created by our company.Our future is that we have to focus on globalizing our business.It's not only sell more things.We want to make, to globalize the infrastructure of eCommerce.Why Internet eCommerce grow so fast in China than in the USA? Because the infrastructure of commerce in China was too bad.Not like here.You have [Click] Motors.You have all the shops offline, Walmart, Kmart, everything everywhere.But in China we have nothing nowhere.So eCommerce in the US is a dessert.It's complementary to the main business.But in China it becomes the main course.We created the infrastructure.So we think if we globalize our infrastructure — the payment, the logistics center, the transparent platform all around the world.Helping the small business around the world to sell everywhere.Help the global consumers to buy everywhere.Our vision is in ten years we will help two billion consumers in the world to shop online anywhere in the world.You're shopping online with 72 hours you'll receive the product.And anywhere in China you shop online, you will receive the products within 24 hours.And we think our globalization is still focused on helping small business.And helping them to do business in the most efficient ways.And we think that we will help another ten million business on our eCommerce platform.We will empower them.We'll give them the traffic.We'll give them the payment system.We'll give them the logistics system so they can do business anywhere easily and quickly.And we will help.We will have 40 percent of our business outside China.Today we only have two percent of our business outside China.So people keep on asking, now you are big.You raised that much money.What's your play in America? People say well are you going to come? When are you going to come to invade America? When I going to compete with Amazon? When I going to compete with eBay? Well I would say we show great respect for eBay and Amazon.But I think the opportunity and the, the strategy for us is helping small business in America go to China, sell their products to China.Today in China, the middle class for China is almost the same as the American population.And we think in ten years it will be more than half a billion Chinese people will be middle class.The demanding for middle class, the demanding for good products, good service was so powerful, so strong.And I think China today cannot afford the good products, good service to them.And then next is that China has been focused on exporting in the past 20 years.And I think next ten, ten-twenty years China we should be focusing on importing.Chinese should learn to buy.Chinese should spend the money.Chinese should buy a lot of things from globally.And I think that American small business, American branded products you should use the Internet, go to China.Past 20 years big companies of America is already all over China.But it's the great opportunity for using the eCommerce for small business to go to America.In the past years we have helped a lot of American farmers selling things to China.For example the Seattle cherries, you will never believe that the ambassador, the American ambassador to China, he came to us say, Jack can you help us to sell the cherries in Seattle.I say how can we sell cherries? The cherries still on the trees.And we started place order, 80,000 families booked the order.And when we got the order we ship, we pick up the cherries and ship to China within 24 hours 80,000 families, 160 tons of cherries were sold.And last year we sold over 300 tons of cherries.And I don't know what's this year about.We also helped Alaska seafood.We helped Canada to sell the lobsters.The lobster we sold probably ten years they cannot sell.And we also have a lot of American branded companies using our site to sell.Costco the company, they sold 600 tons of nuts on our site for the first month.And for the first month they're using Alibaba 6.5 million US dollars.So I think if we can help to sell lobsters, if we can help sell the cherries, why we cannot help these small, medium size companies to China using our system? So this is what I want, and also I want to take one day for example November, November 11th, the [Singles'] Day.We make that a shopping day.Last year for that day we sold 9.7 billion US dollars.And for the first minute shopping we have 24 million people rushed in for the first minute.And this year we guess the number was scary, so my purpose coming here that we need more American products to China.We have a hungry 100 million people coming to buy every day.So this is why we come here.We not come here to compete.We come here to bring the small business.My vision is that in ten, twenty years anywhere you buy anywhere, sell anywhere.Philippine people can buy salmon on Norway.Norway people can sell things to Argentina.Argentina can buy and sell to China.This is how the Internet is going to change.And lastly I want to say we have changed the China.We feel proud of that, and we think that the change, the power of change is so powerful.The first revolution of technology we have the, the organization of business called a factory.And had our first World War because of the strength of the arms and muscles.The second revolution energy, we have the organization called companies, and have the second World War.This time Internet.The data, and I think we have a new business called platform.And the third World War is going to happen.And this war is not between nations, this war we work together against the disease, the poverty, the climate change.And I believe this is our future.The human being, the nations shall unite together.Rely on the young people using not the guns, using computers, using the data to solve the human problem, solve the society problems.And this is what I'm passionate about.It's not about the money, it's about dreams.It's not only the technology change the world, it's the dreams you believe that change the world.And we know the way, the way is not easy.As I was told in the past 20 years doing Internet business in China, today is difficult, and tomorrow is much more difficult.But the day after tomorrow is beautiful.Most people die tomorrow evening, if you don't work hard.Thank you very much.

大家好,謝謝各位,謝謝大家,從全國(guó)各地,從美國(guó)、英國(guó)、印度來(lái)的同事,感謝大家來(lái)到杭州,感謝大家參加淘寶的十周年。今天是一個(gè)非常特別的日子,但是對(duì)我來(lái)講,我期待這一天很多年了,最近一直在想,在這個(gè)會(huì)上跟所有的同事、朋友、網(wǎng)商,所有的合作伙伴,我應(yīng)該說(shuō)些什么。
但也很奇怪,就像姑娘盼著結(jié)婚,新娘子到了結(jié)婚這一天,除了會(huì)傻笑,不知道該干什么了。我們是非常幸運(yùn)的人,十年前的今天是SARS(非典)在中國(guó)最危險(xiǎn)的時(shí)候,所有人都沒(méi)有信心。但是阿里人的年輕人,我們相信十年以后的中國(guó)會(huì)更好,十年以后電子商務(wù)會(huì)在中國(guó)受更多人的關(guān)注,很多人會(huì)用,但我真沒(méi)想到,十年以后我們變成了今天這個(gè)樣子。
這十年無(wú)數(shù)的人付出巨大的代價(jià),為了理想、為了堅(jiān)持,走了十年,我一直在想,即使把現(xiàn)在阿里巴巴集團(tuán)99%的東西拿掉,我們還是值得,今生無(wú)悔,更何況我們今天有了那么多朋友,那么多相信的人,那么多堅(jiān)持的人。
是什么東西讓我們有了今天,是什么讓馬云有了今天,我是沒(méi)有理由成功的,阿里沒(méi)有理由成功,淘寶更沒(méi)有理由成功,但是我們今天居然走了這么多年,依然對(duì)未來(lái)充滿(mǎn)理想,其實(shí)我在想是一種信任。
當(dāng)所有人不相信這個(gè)世界,所有人不相信未來(lái)時(shí)候,我們選擇了相信,我們選擇了信任,我們選擇十年以后的中國(guó)會(huì)更好,我們選擇相信,我同事會(huì)做得比我更好,我相信中國(guó)的年輕人會(huì)做得比我們更好。
二十年以前也好,十年以前也好,我從沒(méi)想過(guò),我連自己都不一定相信自己,我特別感謝我的同事信任我,當(dāng)CEO很難,但是當(dāng)CEO員工更難。但現(xiàn)在,居然你會(huì)從一個(gè)你都沒(méi)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)過(guò)的名字叫“聞香識(shí)女人”這里,付錢(qián)給她,買(mǎi)一個(gè)你從來(lái)沒(méi)有見(jiàn)過(guò)的東西,經(jīng)過(guò)上千上百公里,通過(guò)一個(gè)你不認(rèn)識(shí)的人到了你手上。
今天的中國(guó)擁有信任,擁有相信,每天2400萬(wàn)筆淘寶的交易,意味著在中國(guó)有2400萬(wàn)個(gè)信任在流轉(zhuǎn)著,在座所有的阿里人,淘寶、小微金服的人,我特別為大家驕傲,今生跟大家做同事,下輩子我們還是同事。因?yàn)槟銈?,讓這個(gè)時(shí)代看到了希望,在座你們就像中國(guó)所有八零后、九零后那樣,你們?cè)诮⒅碌男湃?,這種信任就讓世界更開(kāi)放、更透明、更懂得分享、更承擔(dān)責(zé)任,我為你們感到驕傲。今天的世界是一個(gè)變化的世界,三十年以前我們誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到今天會(huì)這樣,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到中國(guó)會(huì)成為制造業(yè)大國(guó),誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到電腦會(huì)深入人心,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在中國(guó)發(fā)展得那么好,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)有想到淘寶會(huì)起來(lái),誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到netscape會(huì)倒下,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到雅虎會(huì)有今天。
這是一個(gè)變化的世界,我們誰(shuí)都沒(méi)想到我們今天可以聚在這里,可以繼續(xù)暢想未來(lái),我跟大家都認(rèn)為電腦夠快,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)還要快,很多人還沒(méi)搞清楚什么是PC互聯(lián)網(wǎng),移動(dòng)互聯(lián)來(lái)了,我們還沒(méi)搞清楚移動(dòng)互聯(lián)的時(shí)候,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代又來(lái)了。
變化的時(shí)代是年輕人的時(shí)代,今天還有不少年輕人就像無(wú)數(shù)百度、Google、騰訊這樣的公司,拿掉了很多機(jī)會(huì)。
十年以前我們看到無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)偉大的公司,我們?cè)?jīng)也迷茫過(guò),我們還有機(jī)會(huì)嗎,但是十年堅(jiān)持、執(zhí)著,我們走到了今天,假如不是一個(gè)變化的時(shí)代,在座所有年輕人輪不到你們,工業(yè)時(shí)代是論資排輩。
就是因?yàn)槲覀儼盐兆×怂械淖兓覀儾趴吹轿磥?lái),未來(lái)三十年,這個(gè)世界、這個(gè)中國(guó)將會(huì)有更多的變化,這個(gè)變化對(duì)每一個(gè)人是一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),抓住這次機(jī)會(huì),我們很多人埋怨昨天,三十年以前的問(wèn)題,中國(guó)發(fā)展到今天,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn),世界發(fā)展到今天,誰(shuí)都沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn),我們沒(méi)有辦法改變昨天,但是三十年以后的今天是我們今天這幫人決定的,改變自己,從點(diǎn)滴做起,堅(jiān)持十年,這是每個(gè)人的夢(mèng)想。
我感謝這個(gè)變化的時(shí)代,我感謝無(wú)數(shù)人的抱怨,因?yàn)樵趧e人抱怨的時(shí)候,才會(huì)有機(jī)會(huì),只有變化的時(shí)代,才是每個(gè)人看清自己有什么、要什么、該放棄什么的時(shí)候。
參與阿里巴巴的建設(shè)十四年,我榮幸,我是一個(gè)商人,今天人類(lèi)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了商業(yè)社會(huì),但是很遺憾,這個(gè)世界商人沒(méi)有得到他們應(yīng)該得到的尊重,商人在這個(gè)時(shí)代已經(jīng)不是唯利是圖的一種時(shí)代。我想我們跟任何一個(gè)職業(yè)、任何一個(gè)藝術(shù)家、教育家一樣、政治家一樣,我們?cè)诒M自己最大的努力,去完善這個(gè)社會(huì)。
十四年的從商,讓我懂得了人生,讓我懂得了什么是艱苦,什么是堅(jiān)持,什么是責(zé)任,什么是別人成功了,才是自己的成功。我們最期待的是員工的微笑。
從今天晚上十二點(diǎn)以后,我將不是CEO,從明天開(kāi)始,商業(yè)就是我的票友,我為自己從商十四年深感驕傲,看到你們,看到中國(guó)的年輕人,我不希望有一天我們這些人再來(lái)一個(gè)“致我們失去的中年”,這世界誰(shuí)也沒(méi)有把握你能紅五年,誰(shuí)也沒(méi)有誰(shuí)可能說(shuō)你會(huì)不敗,你會(huì)不老,你會(huì)不糊涂,解決你不敗、不老、不糊涂的唯一辦法,相信年輕人,因?yàn)橄嘈潘麄?,就是相信未?lái)。
所以我將不會(huì)再回到阿里巴巴做CEO,要回我也不回來(lái),因?yàn)槲一貋?lái)也沒(méi)有用,你們會(huì)做得更好,做公司到這個(gè)規(guī)模,小小的自尊我很驕傲,但是對(duì)社會(huì)的貢獻(xiàn),我們這個(gè)公司才剛剛開(kāi)始,所有的阿里人我們都很興奮,很勤奮、很努力,但我們很平凡。認(rèn)真生活、快樂(lè)工作,我們今天得到的遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)了我們的付出,這個(gè)社會(huì)在這個(gè)世紀(jì)希望這家公司走遠(yuǎn)走久,那就是去解決社會(huì)的問(wèn)題,今天社會(huì)上有那么多問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題就是在座的機(jī)會(huì),如果沒(méi)有問(wèn)題,就不需要在座。
阿里人堅(jiān)持為小企業(yè)服務(wù),因?yàn)樾∑髽I(yè)是中國(guó)夢(mèng)想最多的地方,十四年前我們提出了“讓天下沒(méi)有難做的生意”,幫助小企業(yè)成長(zhǎng),今天這個(gè)使命落到了你們身上,我還想再為小企業(yè)講,有人說(shuō)電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)制造了不公平,但是我的理解,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)真正制造了公平,請(qǐng)問(wèn)全國(guó)各省、各市、各地區(qū)有哪個(gè)地方為小企業(yè)、初創(chuàng)企業(yè)提供稅收優(yōu)惠,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)給了小企業(yè)這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),有些企業(yè)三五年內(nèi)享受了五六個(gè)億的用戶(hù),他們呼喚跟小企業(yè)共同追求平等,小企業(yè)需要的就是500塊錢(qián)的稅收優(yōu)惠,請(qǐng)所有阿里人支持他們,他們一定會(huì)成為中國(guó)將來(lái)最大的納稅者。
感謝各位,我將會(huì)從事一些自己感興趣的事,教育、環(huán)保,剛才那首歌《Heal The World》,這世界很多事我們做不了,這世界奧巴馬就一個(gè),但是太多的人把自己當(dāng)奧巴馬看,這世界每個(gè)人做好自己那一份工作,做好自己感興趣的那份工作已經(jīng)很了不起,我們一起努力,除了工作以外,完善中國(guó)的環(huán)境,讓水清澈、讓天空湛藍(lán)、讓糧食安全,拜托大家。
