大家好！很高興能有機(jī)會(huì)與大家分享我的教學(xué)故事。我是一名小學(xué)品德專(zhuān)職教師，在教品德與生活課的過(guò)程中，在那一節(jié)節(jié)活潑生動(dòng)的品德課堂上，有許多有趣、動(dòng)人的故事，有許多能夠引起我思考的瞬間，也有許多啟迪學(xué)生的情節(jié)，今天，我不可能全數(shù)呈現(xiàn)給你們。這里我要給大家講的故事是由我今年剛拍攝不久的照片引發(fā)的，這也就是我今天演講的題目——一盒發(fā)霉的蘑菇。4月中旬的一個(gè)下午，我走進(jìn)了301班教室，因?yàn)橹黝}為《孝敬父母》，我首先播放了《?；丶铱纯础返谋尘耙魳?lè)，正當(dāng)我準(zhǔn)備引出主題時(shí)，一位四十多歲、頭發(fā)凌亂、身背背簍、左手拄著一根竹棍的農(nóng)村婦女站在教室的門(mén)前，嘶啞著聲音喊到：“兒啊，娘給你送東西來(lái)了,你出來(lái)一下，好嗎?！边@突如其來(lái)的聲音和舉動(dòng)使本來(lái)安靜的教室騷動(dòng)起來(lái)，而后由騷動(dòng)變成了一片嘲笑聲。而那位母親的孩子何國(guó)友——一個(gè)平時(shí)總愛(ài)嘲笑別人且十分調(diào)皮的學(xué)生，此時(shí)不僅漲紅了臉，而且十分尷尬。我急忙叫出了何國(guó)友讓他到教室外接一下母親送來(lái)的東西，并要他將自己的媽媽送出校門(mén)。當(dāng)我回到教室的時(shí)候，嘲笑聲依然沒(méi)有停下來(lái)，面對(duì)著這些童稚般的嘲笑。我的心里不僅僅有點(diǎn)酸澀更有一種說(shuō)不出的哀傷，我的眼前仿佛閃現(xiàn)出母親育我求學(xué)路上的艱辛??回過(guò)神來(lái)，我毅然在黑板上板書(shū)了課題《孝敬父母》，然后回轉(zhuǎn)身來(lái)，面向全體學(xué)生深情地說(shuō)：“老師的媽媽也曾像何國(guó)友同學(xué)的媽媽一樣。為了讓我和我的弟弟能好好讀書(shū)，她起早貪黑，含辛茹苦??”霎時(shí)，整個(gè)教室里的嘲笑聲嘎然而止，靜得沒(méi)有一點(diǎn)聲音。當(dāng)安靜需要被打破的時(shí)候，我才引出了一個(gè)讓全班同學(xué)交流討論的話題：爸爸媽媽給我們做了什么？我又能給爸爸媽媽做些什么？??可想而知，這節(jié)課學(xué)生討論十分熱烈。下課后，許多嘲笑的同學(xué)紛紛向何國(guó)友道歉，關(guān)心的話語(yǔ)一句勝過(guò)一句。

“五·一”長(zhǎng)假后的一天早上，我在辦公室打掃衛(wèi)生，發(fā)覺(jué)門(mén)外有一個(gè)孩子在徘徊，我拉開(kāi)門(mén)一看，原來(lái)是何國(guó)友，他手里抱著一個(gè)紙盒子，外面用透明膠帶纏了一圈又一圈，他在我面前喃喃地說(shuō)：“ 殷老師，這幾天放假回鄉(xiāng)下，我特地從山上采了許多蘑菇，請(qǐng)您收下?！比缓蟊闩荛_(kāi)了。

下班回家后，我打開(kāi)紙盒，里面的蘑菇全發(fā)霉了，里面還有一封信，是何國(guó)友的媽媽請(qǐng)人代寫(xiě)的，信里有這樣一句話至今銘刻在我的心里：殷老師，我以前只求孩子學(xué)好文化，并沒(méi)奢求孩子回報(bào)什么。但從那次回來(lái)后，他卻變了一個(gè)樣，又是洗衣，又是做飯，還幫我們干活兒，晚上，他第一次給我們倒了一盆熱騰騰的洗腳水。我高興得哭了好幾次。他能有這樣的進(jìn)步，真得謝謝老師的教育！他媽媽的那封信我讀了一次又一次，每次都感動(dòng)得熱淚盈眶。后來(lái)我還了解到，何國(guó)友來(lái)學(xué)校幾天后才敢送來(lái)，所以，一盒新鮮的蘑菇全發(fā)霉了。親愛(ài)的同事們，可能你會(huì)認(rèn)為這哪里是什么禮物，但我深深地知道，這確實(shí)不是什么禮物，而是一顆純潔無(wú)瑕的心哪！

我給大家講個(gè)真實(shí)的故事，去年我們班來(lái)了一個(gè)男孩，他的名字叫-劉磊，他看上去是那樣的沉默寡言，沒(méi)有同齡孩子的活潑與開(kāi)朗，在上課的時(shí)候不敢大聲的回答問(wèn)題，當(dāng)我讓他到前面做對(duì)話的時(shí)候他甚至都大哭了一場(chǎng)，連看大家一眼都不敢，聲音低的就像在說(shuō)耳語(yǔ)一樣，我深知這是他對(duì)自己沒(méi)有信心并且缺乏必要的鼓勵(lì)所造成的。所以，后來(lái)我每次上課都給他表現(xiàn)的機(jī)會(huì)，并且每次我都鼓勵(lì)他說(shuō)：jake 你這次比上次有進(jìn)步，同時(shí)我也讓全班的同學(xué)一起為他鼓掌，我也告訴他的媽媽在家也多鼓勵(lì)孩子，只要看到他的進(jìn)步就表

揚(yáng)他，一天一天的過(guò)去了，我驚喜的發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子真的進(jìn)步了，現(xiàn)在他能主動(dòng)舉手回答問(wèn)題，主動(dòng)的參與游戲，成績(jī)也有了很大的提高。他媽媽很高興的告訴我他的孩子有進(jìn)步了，每次從中信放學(xué)后總是喋喋不休的跟她說(shuō)他學(xué)到了什么，并且成績(jī)也是大幅度提高，我作為他的老師真的為他的進(jìn)步而興奮，我體會(huì)到了空前的成就感！這種成就感是任何東西都代替不了的。

圣經(jīng)里有這樣一段話：愛(ài)是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈；凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐；愛(ài)是永不止息。我愿讓這段話成為我的座右銘，用愛(ài)陪伴孩子們成長(zhǎng)，用愛(ài)帶給學(xué)生燦爛的生命陽(yáng)光，用愛(ài)提升自己的生命價(jià)值，這就是我所追求的 如果在給我一次機(jī)會(huì)去選擇職業(yè)，我還會(huì)選擇做英語(yǔ)教師，我喜歡我的工作，我熱愛(ài)我的生活。
