老師，你慢慢來
尊敬的領導、各位老師：
大家好，今天我演講的題目是《老師，你慢慢來》。不久前，曾在雜志上看到介紹張文質的《慢教育》，不覺心里一動，好像早些年提倡的深圳速度已經(jīng)過時了，現(xiàn)在的生活已經(jīng)被風風火火四面八方包圍了，走過了一些彎路，嘗到了不符合科學規(guī)律給我們帶來的痛楚，人們發(fā)熱的頭腦漸漸冷靜了，學習科學發(fā)展觀，落實科學發(fā)展觀，作為教育工作者，我們有沒有急功近利呢，它們又給我們的工作帶來了什么。提倡慢教育，合乎時宜嗎？
回答是肯定的?！敖逃锹乃囆g”是生命化教育課題的一個重要理念，它也是直接針對當下中國中小學教育與教育改革的弊端提出來的。教育是一個“慢活”、“細活”，是生命的潛移默化的過程，所謂“潤物細無聲”，教育的變化是極其緩慢、細微的，它需要生命的沉潛，需要“深耕細作式的關注與規(guī)范”。
當下，我們的教育工作者，素質是高的，精神是昂揚的，可我們的耐心呢？是不是還有點少呢？當我們動輒說學生差，家長素質低，是個手指頭不一般齊的時候，我們的耐心呢？所謂的耐心，就是甘于把時間投入到簡單、枯燥但是最終會意義非凡的重復當中去，卻又不因循守舊，而是開拓創(chuàng)新。我個人真正清醒地體會到耐心的好處，是做老師兩年之后，教育，與混沌半開的未成年人打交道，就如《菜根譚》里說的“不動氣，事事好”。
此時無聲勝有聲，正是抓住了這個學生積極上進的心理，相機而教，才獲得了良好的效果呀。試想，如果我當時毫無耐心，一看手抄報就疾聲厲色地教訓他一通，那效果恐怕要差多了，即使學生當時接受了，他會怎么想呢？不敢、不愿與教師對視，或者感覺你黔驢技窮，不屑一顧，使我們教師的形象大打折扣，人格魅力蕩然無存。
在當班主任的這四十來天里，我經(jīng)常提醒自己：“孩子，你慢慢來；老師，你慢慢來”。管理學生要以愛為基點，耐心、細心，從細微處著手，要落到實處。二十一天培養(yǎng)一個好習慣，所以我并不急于求成，只是天天講紀律，時時抓紀律，處處規(guī)范學生的習慣。一個月下來，學生的紀律已經(jīng)有模有樣了。
老師呀，你慢慢來，就像那“吹面不寒楊柳風”，就像那“好雨知時節(jié)，當春乃發(fā)生，隨風潛入夜，潤物細無聲”。讓我們全體教育工作者一起努力，過不上火的生活，做耐心的人，看著學生慢慢成長，看著自己慢慢沉穩(wěn)，慢慢成熟，看我們的教育事業(yè)慢慢回歸本質吧。

浙江省優(yōu)秀教師、優(yōu)秀黨員楊蘭娟先進事跡
做一片綠葉同樣美麗
在嵊泗縣嵊山島，楊蘭娟的名字家喻戶曉。
楊蘭娟出身貧寒,少年喪父,是共產黨和人民政府送她上師范學校,把她培養(yǎng)成一個光榮的人民教師。18歲那年她開始了她的海島教師生涯。
楊蘭娟教學生涯的第一站,是到僅有19戶漁家、25名學生的壁下小學張其島村校教書。張其島是舟山群島中條件最艱苦的地方。3年里,她開學上了島,便沒有休息天,直到一個學期完了,才搭船回家一趟。
嵊山島最東端的后頭灣有3個漁村,那里的孩子就近在村校上學。上世紀80年代后期,漁民聯(lián)名寫信給鎮(zhèn)黨委,要求嵊山小學選派優(yōu)秀教師來上課。
誰去?按嵊山小學的規(guī)則,該是年輕教師去更艱苦的地方鍛煉。年輕教師都有些怕吃苦，大家都很猶豫?！拔沂屈h員,還是我去!”正在大家遲疑的時候,楊蘭娟挺身而出。1988年3月,楊蘭娟走進了這個南風永遠吹不到的冷山岙。
1991年,楊蘭娟調至溫州工作。丈夫這一走,她失去了“靠山”,兒子吃喝拉撒睡全都壓在她的肩上。她默默地承受雙重負擔,一如既往地在后頭灣續(xù)寫春蠶詩篇。
丈夫調到溫州工作后,也想把她調過去。溫州方面爽快答應她調入市區(qū)的一所中心校。但是,她沒去。
在后頭灣村校任教期間,楊蘭娟每天6時起床,準備中午的飯菜,再把睡眼惺忪的兒子送到學校,然后疾步翻山,趕在7時之前,到校準點上課。
楊蘭娟不知苦熬了多少艱難,卻不曾流過一滴淚水,更沒有耽誤學生一節(jié)課。
后來楊蘭娟得了重病，疹斷結果是:胃癌晚期。
今年1月9日,楊蘭娟深知來日不多,她握著兒子的手“孩子:,媽媽這輩子最對不起的是你,最放心不下的也是你??媽媽教書一輩子,帶了那么多學生,卻沒有好好地教過你一天???！?/p>
第二天中午,楊蘭娟用盡氣力,斷斷續(xù)續(xù)地托付丈夫三件事:
一是一月份的黨費代為交給校長;二是她走后,那本《中國共產黨章程》別忘了讓她帶去;三是送給結對小女孩的東西已備好,開學前送去??
1月18日黃昏,楊蘭娟走完了她51年的人生之路。
楊蘭娟曾說:“黨在我心中,我在孩子中。黨的理想火炬,照亮了我的一生;我燃燒的一生,就要照亮漁家孩子的成長。”她用畢生精力實踐了自己的理想。

各位老師同學們，剛看了表演你們猜到我今天帶來什么故事了嗎？對了，邯鄲學步，這個故事在座的各位并不陌生，但聽我講完之后大家一定會有不一樣的感受。
故事說什么呢，說在兩千多年前，燕國壽陵有一位少年，不知道姓啥叫啥，咱們就暫且叫他壽陵少年吧。這位壽陵少年呢很有特點。不愁吃也不愁穿，論長相也算過得去。但是呢，他缺乏自信心，經(jīng)常無緣無故地覺得自己低人一等，衣服是人家的好看，飯菜是人家的香。就連站相都是人家的高雅。所以呢，這位壽陵少年就見一樣學一樣，學一樣丟一樣，雖然花樣是不斷地翻新，但始終沒能做好一件事。真不知道自己呀，該是什么模樣？家人也經(jīng)常勸他：“孩子，你這毛病該改一改啦!”而他呢，不以為然，反而覺得家人管得太多了。親戚鄰居們都說：“這個孩子不踏實呀，整個一狗熊掰棒子，成不了大事啊”他呀，依然我行我素。就這樣，時間一天天過去了，突然有一天，這個壽陵少年竟然懷疑自己該不該這樣走路，大家說，是不是夠能折騰的？他總覺得，自己走路的姿勢太笨、太丑了。正好有一天上街，他聽到路上幾個人說：“哎，你知道嗎，這邯鄲人走路那叫個美呀?！边@下可好，對到這壽陵少年的心里去了。小伙子是心里直癢癢啊，果不其然，趕緊上前去問個清楚，可是這些人呢，一看見他，一陣狂笑之后，揚長而去了?？蛇@些路人的話卻不斷在這個少年腦子里回響?！澳呛惾俗呗房擅懒耍 薄罢娴膯?？”“哎呦，不騙你，那是真美”那么，這邯鄲人走路到底有多美呢？這呀，成了壽陵少年心里一塊病，終于有一天，他再也不能等了，瞞著家人，跑到遙遠的邯鄲學走路去啦。一到邯鄲，他處處感到新鮮，看到這小孩走路，活潑，美，學了；看到老人走路，穩(wěn)重，學了；看到婦女走路，搖擺多姿，又學了。就這樣，半個月的光景過去了，壽陵少年連走路都不會了，路費也花光了，他呢？只好爬著回去咯。（此處加自然嘲諷的笑聲）
故事講完了，有沒有帶給大家不一樣的感受呢？其實呀，今天這個故事說到底不是為了博大家一笑，最重要的還是要明白故事背后告知我們的深刻道理。向別人學習是應該肯定的，但是，一定要從自己的實際出發(fā)，取人之長，補己之短。如果象燕國壽陵少年那樣，盲目鄙薄自己，一味崇拜別人，生搬硬套，結果必然是人家的優(yōu)點沒學來，自己的長處卻丟光了。那就得不償失啦。

鑿壁偷光
漢代，小將匡衡，非常好學。
家里很窮，所以他是在白天，而且必須做大量的生活和謀生。只有在晚上，他就可以坐下來安心讀書。然而，他不能買不起蠟燭，天黑后，將無法讀取。心痛浪費時間在匡衡心是很痛苦的。
非常富有，他的鄰居的房子一天晚上，幾個房子點燃蠟燭，房子照得燈火通明。匡衡勇氣，有一天，一個鄰居說：“我想在晚上學習，不能買不起蠟燭，能借你家的地面上移動半步？”鄰居一直被看作看不起窮人比他們的家庭惡毒地諷刺說：“由于窮人買不起蠟燭，但還讀什么書，太！”匡衡聽后非常生氣，但他更堅定了必須的書來讀?？锖饧依锴那牡罔徳趬ι系囊粋€小洞，在鄰居的燭光通過這個洞穴。通過這種微弱的光線下，他如饑似渴地讀的書，這本書逐漸周圍的房子都讀。

近一個富裕的家庭，也有大量的書籍。一天，匡衡推出毯子在前面的富裕家庭。的老板，他說：“請你帶我，我的工作不支付你家的白色，這樣我就能讀所有的書，你的家。”雇主留下深刻的印象，他的精神，并承諾他的資料庫的需要。居安思危
洪水未到先筑堤，豺狼未來先磨刀。
一只野狼臥在草上勤奮地磨牙，狐貍看到了，就對它說：天氣這么好，大家在休息娛樂，你也加入我們隊伍中吧！野狼沒有說話，繼續(xù)磨牙，把它的牙齒磨得又尖又利。狐貍奇怪地問道：森林這么靜，獵人和獵狗已經(jīng)回家了，老虎也不在近處徘徊，又沒有任何危險，你何必那么用勁磨牙呢？野狼停下來回答說：我磨牙并不是為了娛樂，你想想，如果有一天我被獵人或老虎追逐，到那時，我想磨牙也來不及了。而平時我就把牙磨好，到那時就可以保護自己了。這個故事告訴我們：綢繆，居安思危，這樣在危險突然降臨時，才不至于手忙腳亂。書到用時方恨少，平常若不充實學問，臨時抱佛腳是來不及的。也有人抱怨沒有機會，然而當升遷機會來臨時，再嘆自己平時沒有積蓄足夠的學識與能力，以致不能勝任，也只好后悔莫及。自己救自己
某人在屋檐下躲雨，看見觀音正撐傘走過。這人說：“觀音菩薩，普度一下眾生吧，帶我一段如何？” 觀音說：“我在雨里，你在檐下，而檐下無雨，你不需要我度?！边@人立刻跳出檐下，站在雨中：“現(xiàn)在我也在雨中了，該度我了吧？”觀音說：“你在雨中，我也在雨中，我不被淋，因為有傘；你被雨淋，因為無傘。所以不是我度自己，而是傘度我。你要想度，不必找我，請自找傘去！”說完便走了。第二天，這人遇到了難事，便去寺廟里求觀音。走進廟里，才發(fā)現(xiàn)觀音的像前也有一個人在拜，那個人長得和觀音一模一樣，絲毫不差。這人問：“你是觀音嗎？” 那人答道：“我正是觀音。” 這人又問：“那你為何還拜自己？” 觀音笑道：“我也遇到了難事，但我知道，求人不如求己?！? 你也在井里嗎
人生必須渡過逆流才能走向更高的層次，最重要的是永遠看得起自己。有一天某個農夫的一頭驢子，不小心掉進一口枯井里，農夫絞盡腦汁想辦法救出驢子，但幾個小時過去了，驢子還在井里痛苦地哀嚎著。
最后，這位農夫決定放棄，他想這頭驢子年紀大了，不值得大費周章去把它救出來，不過無論如何，這口井還是得填起來。于是農夫便請來左鄰右舍幫忙一起將井中的驢子埋了，以免除它的痛苦。
農夫的鄰居們人手一把鏟子，開始將泥土鏟進枯井中。當這頭驢子了解到自己的處境時，剛開始哭得很凄慘。但出人意料的是，一會兒之后這頭驢子就安靜下來了。農夫好奇地探頭往井底一看，出現(xiàn)在眼前的景象令他大吃一驚：
當鏟進井里的泥土落在驢子的背部時，驢子的反應令人稱奇——它將泥土抖落在一旁，然后站到鏟進的泥土堆上面！就這樣，驢子將大家鏟倒在它身上的泥土全數(shù)抖落在井底，然后再站上去。很快地，這只驢子便得意地上升到井口，然后在眾人驚訝的表情中快步地跑開了！溫馨提示：就如驢子的情況，在生命的旅程中，有時候我們難免會陷入枯井里，會被各式各樣的泥沙傾倒在我們身上，而想要從這些枯井脫困的秘訣就是：將泥沙抖落掉，然后站到上面去！
學會換位思考
有一個很早以前的故事，但我還想拿出來給大家分享一下。它是關于美國前總統(tǒng)羅斯福家里遭賊的故事。故事是這樣的：一次，美國前總統(tǒng)羅斯福失盜，被偷去了許多東西，一位朋友聞訊后，忙寫信安慰他，勸他不必太在意。羅斯福給朋友寫了一封回信：“親愛的朋友，謝謝你來信安慰我，我現(xiàn)在很平安：感謝上帝：因為第一，賊偷去的是我的東西，而沒有傷害我的生命，值得慶幸；第二，賊只愉去我部分東西，而不是全部，值得慶幸；第三，最值得慶幸的是，做賊的是他，而不是我?！?很多時候，我們在遇到不愉快的事情、受到挫折、遭遇不幸的時候，不妨也換一個角度去思考它，會得到不同的結果。帶著冷靜的頭腦，平和的心態(tài)，感恩的心，去做每一件事情，去看待每一個問題。生活中的不愉快，學習中的不如意，是對自己的考驗。是自己還不夠理智，是自己帶著偏見，還是自己沒有看到別人的優(yōu)點，別人的付出？
我也時常遇到不如意的事，有時我會在心里對自己說，冷靜，不要慌亂；或者多想想別人對你好，對你的付出；再或者對自己說這種事情是很正常的，換了自己也許也會這樣的。
所以，我希望我親愛的朋友們遇到不開心的事情的時候，也換個角度去想它，生活過得愉快，幸福。篇二：勵志演講稿勵志故事
從前有一個國家，地不大，人不多，但是人民過著悠閑快樂的生活，因為他們有一位不喜歡做事的國王和一位不喜歡做官的智慧大臣。
這個智慧大臣最大的特點就是積極——不論遇上什么事，他總是愿意去看事物好的那一面，而拒絕消極觀點。由于智慧大臣凡事都抱著積極的態(tài)度，的確為國王妥善地處理了許多麻煩事，因而備受國王的敬重，凡事皆要咨詢他的意見。
國王沒有什么不良嗜好，除了打獵以外，最喜歡與智慧大臣微服私訪民隱。智慧大臣除了處理政務外，就是陪著國王下鄉(xiāng)巡視，如果是他一個人的話，他最喜歡研究宇宙人生的真理，他最常掛在嘴邊的一句話就是“一切都是最好的安排”。
有一次，國王興高采烈地到大草原打獵，隨從們帶著數(shù)十條獵犬，聲勢浩蕩。國王的身體保養(yǎng)得非常好，筋骨結實，而且肌膚泛光，看起來就有一國之君的氣度，隨從看見國王騎在馬上，威風凜凜地追逐一頭花豹，都不禁贊嘆國王勇武過人！花豹奮力逃命，國王緊迫不舍，一直追到花豹的速度減慢時，國王才從容不迫彎弓搭箭，瞄準花豹，嗖的一聲，利箭像閃電似的，一眨眼就飛過草原，不偏不倚鉆入花豹的頸子，花豹慘嘶一聲，仆倒在地。
國王很開心，他眼看花豹躺在地上許久都毫無動靜，一時失去戒心，居然在隨從尚未趕上時，就下馬檢視花豹。誰想到，花豹就是在等待這一瞬間，使出最后的力氣，突然跳起來向國王撲過來。國王一愣，看見花豹張開血盆大口咬來，他下意識地閃了一下，心想：“完了！”
還好，隨從及時趕上，立刻發(fā)箭射入花豹的咽喉，國王覺得小指一涼，花豹就悶不吭聲跌在地上，這次真的死了。
隨從忐忑不安走上來詢問國王是否無恙，國王看看手，小指頭被花豹咬掉小半截，血流不止，隨行的御醫(yī)立刻上前包扎。雖然傷勢不算嚴重，但國王的興致破壞光了，本來國王還想找人來責罵一番，可是想想這次只怪自己冒失，還能怪誰？所以悶不吭聲，大伙兒就黯然回宮去了。回宮以后，國王越想越不痛快，就找了智慧大臣來飲酒解愁。智慧大臣知道了這事后，一邊舉酒敬國王，一邊微笑說：“大王??！少了一小塊肉總比少了一條命來得好吧！想開一點，一切都是最好的安排！”
國王一聽，悶了半天的不快終于找到宣泄的機會。他凝視智慧大臣說：“你真是膽大包天，我的手指都沒了，你還認為這是最好的安排！”
智慧大臣發(fā)覺國王十分憤怒，卻毫不在意說：“大王，真的，如果我們能夠超越自我一時的得失成敗，確確實實，一切都是最好的安排?！?/p>
國王說：“如果我把你關進監(jiān)獄，這也是最好的安排？” 智慧大臣微笑說：“如果是這樣，我也深信這是最好的安排。” 國王說：“如果我吩咐侍衛(wèi)把你拖出去砍了，這也是最好的安排？” 智慧大臣依然微笑，仿佛國王在說一件與他毫不相干的事?！叭绻沁@樣，我也深信這是最好的安排。”
國王勃然大怒，大手用力一拍，兩名侍衛(wèi)立刻近前，國王說：“你們馬上把智慧大臣抓出去斬了！”侍衛(wèi)愣住，一時不知如何反應。國王說：“還不快點，等什么？”侍衛(wèi)如夢初醒，上前架起智慧大臣，就往門外走去。國王忽然有點后悔，他大叫一聲說：“慢著，先抓去關起來！”智慧大臣回頭對他—笑，說：“這也是最好的安排！”
國王大手一揮，兩名侍衛(wèi)就架著智慧大臣走出去了。過了一個月，國王養(yǎng)好傷，打算像以前一樣找智慧大臣一塊兒微服私巡，可是想到是自己親口把他關入監(jiān)獄里，一時也放不下面子釋放智慧大臣，嘆了口氣，就自己獨自出游了。
走著走著，來到一處偏遠的山林，忽然從山上沖下一隊臉上涂著紅黃油彩的蠻人，三兩下就把他五花大綁，帶回高山上。國王這時才想到今天正是滿月，這一帶有一支原始部落，每逢月圓之日就會下山尋找祭祀滿月女神的犧牲品。他哀嘆一聲，這下子真的是沒救了。其實心里卻很想跟蠻人說：“我乃這里的國王，放了我，我就賞賜你們金山銀海！”可是嘴巴被破布塞住，連話都說不出口。
當他看見自己被帶到一口比人還高的大鍋爐，柴火正熊熊燃燒，更是臉色慘白。大祭司現(xiàn)身，當眾脫光國王的衣服，露出他細皮嫩肉的龍體，大祭司嘖嘖稱奇，想不到現(xiàn)在還能找到這么完美無瑕的祭品！
原來，今天要祭祀的滿月女神，正是“完美”的象征，所以，祭祀的牲品丑一點、黑一點、矮一點都沒有關系，就是不能殘缺。就在這時，大祭司終于發(fā)現(xiàn)國王的左手小指頭少了小半截，他忍不住咬牙切齒咒罵了半天，忍痛下令說：“把這個廢物趕走，另外再找一個！” 脫困的國王大喜若狂，飛奔回宮，立刻叫人釋放智慧大臣，在御花園設宴，為自己保住一命、也為智慧大臣重獲自由而慶祝。
國王一邊向智慧大臣敬酒說：“你說的真是一點也不錯，果然，一切都是最好的安排！如果不是被花豹咬一口，今天連命都沒了?！?/p>
智慧大臣笑著對國王說：“恭喜大王對人生的體驗有了新的境界?！边^了一會兒，國王 忽然問智慧大臣說：“我僥幸逃回一命，固然是?一切都是最好的安排?，可是你無緣無故在監(jiān)獄里蹲了一個月，難道這也是最好的安排？”
智慧大臣慢條斯理喝下一口酒，才說：“大王??！您將我關在牢中，確實也是最好的安排??！陛下不妨想想，今天我若不是在牢中，陪陛下出獵的大臣會是誰呢？等到蠻人發(fā)現(xiàn)國王不適合拿來祭祀滿月女神時，誰會被丟進大鍋爐中烹煮呢？不是我還有誰呢？所以，我要為大王將我關進監(jiān)獄而向您敬酒，您也救了我一命?。 ? 有段猶太俗諺是這樣的：如果斷了一條腿，你就該感謝上帝不曾折斷你兩條腿；如果斷了兩條腿，你就該感謝上帝不曾折斷你的脖子；如果斷了脖子，那也就沒什么好擔憂的了。猶太人認為，擁有積極思想的人，對任何事都抱著樂觀的態(tài)度，即使遇上挫折，積極者也會認為那是成功前的必經(jīng)考驗。所以，他們凡事都永遠想好的一面。他們用這樣一則幽默來勸說人們接受與加深這種思想。篇三：早會演講勵志小故事
早會演講勵志小故事 被人拒絕后
幾年前，高先生介紹一個老同學到朋友所在的公司應聘，幾天后，這個老同學給他打來電話，說已接到公司寄來的通知，自己未能被錄取。盡管如此，老同學還是很感謝高先生的幫助，他說：“承你幫忙，給我提供了一個很好的機會，只可惜我自己的能力不夠，實在非常抱歉。但我覺得他們公司的招聘工作搞得很認真，我已經(jīng)給他們寫信表示感謝，也希望你在方便時代我想你的朋友致謝。”于是，高先生當即便給那位朋友打電話，轉述此意。
沒想到，數(shù)日后，高先生意接到朋友的電話：“請你轉告你的同學，我們決定錄用他，請通知他盡快來公司上班。”
原來，高先生的同學應聘確實不合格，但他接到不錄用通知后給公司的回函寫得情真意切，禮貌周到。公司的幾位主考官傳閱后，忽然發(fā)現(xiàn)公司正需要他這樣熱忱的人，于是決定在既定名額之外追加錄用他。
高先生同學的幸運正是源自他的待人熱忱，因為很少有人會在被人拒絕后還能彬彬有禮。劍 客
一名劍客去拜訪一位武林泰斗，請教他是如何練就非凡武功的。武林泰斗拿出一把只有一尺來長的短劍，說：“多虧了這把好劍，才讓我有了今天這樣的成就?！眲痛鬄椴唤?，問：“別人的劍都是三尺三寸長，你的劍長一尺來長。兵器譜上說：劍短一分，險增三分。拿著這么短的劍無疑是處于一種劣勢，你怎么還說這劍好呢？”武林泰斗說：“就因為在兵器上我處于劣勢，所以我才會時時刻刻想到，如果與別人對陣，我是多么的危險，所以我只有勤練劍招，以劍招之長補兵器之短。這樣一來，我的劍招不斷進步，劣勢就轉換成優(yōu)勢了?！钡拇_，優(yōu)勢和劣勢關不是絕對的。把自己放在劣勢，就是給自己增加壓力，為自己注入進取的動力。敢于把自己放在劣勢的人，最終就有可能轉化成優(yōu)勢。
不可改變的真理
有一年，蓍名的美國哈佛大學，曾有一名教授給剛入學的新生出了一道測試題：一加一等于幾？學生們一陣大笑之后想：這么簡單的題，連三歲小孩都會，看來其中必有其他深意。于是有85％的同學竟沒有給出答案，5％的同學回答是“三”，至于剩下面10％的同學，答案五花八門。
于是，教授公布了最后答案：“二！”在學生們面面相覷之后，教授意味深長地說：“一加一等于二，這是一個不變的真理，不能也

人們正要填一口枯井的時候，一頭驢子掉到了井里。井很深，那頭驢子又很老，人們想盡辦法，也沒能把驢子拉出來。盡管驢子哀憐地求救叫喊，無奈之下，人們還是決定埋了它。
當?shù)谝荤P泥土落在枯井里的時候，驢子叫得更響了，它顯然明白了人們的意圖。可是，當?shù)诙P泥士落到井里的時候，驢子卻出乎意料地安靜了。人們發(fā)現(xiàn)，此后每鏟泥士落到它背上的時候，驢子都在做一件驚人的事情：它努力抖落背上泥士，把它們踩在腳下，讓自己登高一點。
人們?yōu)閿嗟匕涯嗍客菥镧P，驢子也就不停地抖落并把它們踩在腳下。就這樣，驢子隨著泥土的抖落不斷登高，最后竟在人們驚奇的目光中，瀟瀟灑灑地走出了枯井。
假如你現(xiàn)在身處枯井，求救的哀鳴也許換來的只是埋葬你的泥土。可驢子教會了我們，走出絕境的秘訣是拼命抖落掉在身上的泥土，使之成為自救的臺階。
拼 命 戰(zhàn) 場 甲乙兩軍交戰(zhàn)，同時接到上級指示，爭取一個荒廢已久，卻具有戰(zhàn)略價值的碉堡。軍機刻不容緩，兩軍立即趕赴目地。他們和碉堡的距離相同，他們的部隊也同樣疲憊。

這個智慧大臣最大的特點就是積極——不論遇上什么事，他總是愿意去看事物好的那一面，而拒絕消極觀點。由于智慧大臣凡事都抱著積極的態(tài)度，的確為國王妥善地處理了許多麻煩事，因而備受國王的敬重，凡事皆要咨詢他的意見。
國王沒有什么不良嗜好，除了打獵以外，最喜歡與智慧大臣微服私訪民隱。智慧大臣除了處理政務外，就是陪著國王下鄉(xiāng)巡視，如果是他一個人的話，他最喜歡研究宇宙人生的真理，他最常掛在嘴邊的一句話就是“一切都是最好的安排”。
有一次，國王興高采烈地到大草原打獵，隨從們帶著數(shù)十條獵犬，聲勢浩蕩。國王的身體保養(yǎng)得非常好，筋骨結實，而且肌膚泛光，看起來就有一國之君的氣度，隨從看見國王騎在馬上，威風凜凜地追逐一頭花豹，都不禁贊嘆國王勇武過人！花豹奮力逃命，國王緊迫不舍，一直追到花豹的速度減慢時，國王才從容不迫彎弓搭箭，瞄準花豹，嗖的一聲，利箭像閃電似的，一眨眼就飛過草原，不偏不倚鉆入花豹的頸子，花豹慘嘶一聲，仆倒在地。
國王很開心，他眼看花豹躺在地上許久都毫無動靜，一時失去戒心，居然在隨從尚未趕上時，就下馬檢視花豹。誰想到，花豹就是在等待這一瞬間，使出最后的力氣，突然跳起來向國王撲過來。國王一愣，看見花豹張開血盆大口咬來，他下意識地閃了一下，心想：“完了！”
還好，隨從及時趕上，立刻發(fā)箭射入花豹的咽喉，國王覺得小指一涼，花豹就悶不吭聲跌在地上，這次真的死了。
隨從忐忑不安走上來詢問國王是否無恙，國王看看手，小指頭被花豹咬掉小半截，血流不止，隨行的御醫(yī)立刻上前包扎。雖然傷勢不算嚴重，但國王的興致破壞光了，本來國王還想找人來責罵一番，可是想想這次只怪自己冒失，還能怪誰？所以悶不吭聲，大伙兒就黯然回宮去了。
回宮以后，國王越想越不痛快，就找了智慧大臣來飲酒解愁。智慧大臣知道了這事后，一邊舉酒敬國王，一邊微笑說：“大王??！少了一小塊肉總比少了一條命來得好吧！想開一點，一切都是最好的安排！”
國王一聽，悶了半天的不快終于找到宣泄的機會。他凝視智慧大臣說：“你真是膽大包天，我的手指都沒了，你還認為這是最好的安排！”
智慧大臣發(fā)覺國王十分憤怒，卻毫不在意說：“大王，真的，如果我們能夠超越自我一時的得失成敗，確確實實，一切都是最好的安排。”
國王說：“如果我把你關進監(jiān)獄，這也是最好的安排？”
智慧大臣微笑說：“如果是這樣，我也深信這是最好的安排?！?/p>
國王說：“如果我吩咐侍衛(wèi)把你拖出去砍了，這也是最好的安排？” 智慧大臣依然微笑，仿佛國王在說一件與他毫不相干的事。“如果是這樣，我也深信這是最好的安排?！?/p>

走著走著，來到一處偏遠的山林，忽然從山上沖下一隊臉上涂著紅黃油彩的蠻人，三兩下就把他五花大綁，帶回高山上。國王這時才想到今天正是滿月，這一帶有一支原始部落，每逢月圓之日就會下山尋找祭祀滿月女神的犧牲品。他哀嘆一聲，這下子真的是沒救了。其實心里卻很想跟蠻人說：“我乃這里的國王，放了我，我就賞賜你們金山銀海！”可是嘴巴被破布塞住，連話都說不出口。
當他看見自己被帶到一口比人還高的大鍋爐，柴火正熊熊燃燒，更是臉色慘白。大祭司現(xiàn)身，當眾脫光國王的衣服，露出他細皮嫩肉的龍體，大祭司嘖嘖稱奇，想不到現(xiàn)在還能找到這么完美無瑕的祭品！

我是xxx，來自管理學系11級財務管理1班，我的格言是保持一如既往的熱情，微笑向前看！
我來自一個普通的家庭，家境雖不算貧困，同時他們很嚴格要求我的學習，所以從小成績就不錯，中考時考上了市重點高中，三年的目標就是高考，考上理想大學是我從小到大的夢想。但是天意弄人，可是我不會放棄，我會通過考研來實現(xiàn)自己的夢想。時到現(xiàn)在，兩年了，放榜的那刻和那晚的情景時時刻刻地浮現(xiàn)在我的腦海中，那種罪惡感時時刻刻警惕著我向前跑，從那時候開始，我變得不愛說話。很慶幸的是，開學初受到輔導員和很多老師的鼓勵，他們鼓勵我積極勇敢面對生活的挫折，勇敢地接受現(xiàn)實，勇敢地生活。

2、學業(yè)精于勤奮，行動成于思考。學習一直都是我最看重的，為了掌握專業(yè)知識，堅持做到不遲到不曠課，上課認真聽講，鉆研專業(yè)課知識。此外，要求自己多看書，學習一些其他專業(yè)的知識，爭當一名符合時代要求的復合型大學生。在參加3個部門加上班長一職，還要不落下學習，這兩年我都是和時間賽跑，為了擠出時間閱讀來增長見聞，每天我會選擇在中午放學的半個小時，先不去吃飯而走去圖書館閱讀報刊雜志。喬布斯講 過“stay hungry ,stay foolish虛心若愚，求知若渴”。也許我們會覺得六點起床很困難，背單詞很困難，靜下心很困難??但是總有一些人，五點可以起床，背單詞，讀書。誰也沒有超能力，但是自己可以決定一天去做什么事情。那些比自己強大的人都在拼搏，我們能有什么理由停下腳步？學習我講究格物致知，學以致用，鍥而不舍。大一一整年的綜合測評平均分90以上，班級排名第一，可是因為體育成績不夠75分，所以與獎學金失之交臂，我發(fā)誓大二一定要爭取獎學金。后來競選了輔導員助理，可是怕自己學習的時間安排不過來，所以辭職了，其實大學的機會很多，要學會取舍，畢竟有舍就有得。
除了各種工作之外，我還積極參加了演講比賽、辯論賽、羽毛球賽、黨團知識競賽來鍛煉自己的能力。在一個偶然的機會，和幾個同學參加了廣東省第八屆挑戰(zhàn)杯大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)設計大賽，獲得省銅獎，這是我大學第一個獲得的省獎，所以很鞭策著我繼續(xù)努力。上學期參加了全國大學生數(shù)學建模大賽，獲得優(yōu)秀參賽獎。這一路走來我都要求自己腳踏實地，精益求精！目前我通過了英語四級考試、計算機一級考試和會計從業(yè)資格考試。不斷進取、永不止步是我的座右銘，這學期參加了計算機二級考試和即將參加的外貿會計考試和英語六級考試，希望通過考試，能更好地鞏固專業(yè)知識。

3、《尚書》所言：“滿招損，謙受益，時乃天道”。謙虛低調，靜心思考，不驕傲自滿，思想積極進取。在大學兩年的不斷學習中，思想素質不斷得到提高，看待一件事情時能更理性更全面，分析利弊，做出正確的選擇，漸漸形成個人的是非判斷觀。我們在成長路上都會遇到一些事情讓我們覺得疑惑不解，與過去的想法有很大的不同，我們要積極地與老師同學師兄師姐討論溝通，虛心請教。
