Good afternoon,distinguished judges and guests,ladies and gentlemen.I’m honored to be here,to share with you some great stories and after that,I’d like to invite you to step into the era of global exploration.Everything begins at 1970.We started from the designated contractor of Gezhouba and Three Gorges Hydropower Project.In 2011,we proudly became a core member of Energy China Group.It’s a journey of 46 years.譯文：

Being a member of Gezhouba is NEVER just a JOB,it’s NEVER about sitting comfortably in the office.It is about devotion,about enduring the difficulties,enduring the hardship,enduring the pain of separating from one’s family.From the story of Gezhouba,I learnt the true meaning of sacrifice.It means to give up one’s own benefit for the bigger benefit,the benefit of the others.譯文：

Next story is about persistence.Rome cannot be built in one day,and so does a dam.And back in the 70s,there is no advance equipment and technologies,the building of a dam can easily take up to 6 or 10 years.What does it mean ten years for a man?What does it mean ten years for a family?

It’s our ancestors,with their hands and shoulders,with their tears and sweat,that led us to today,to what we have today.It’s the power of persistence eventually conquers all.It’s the power of persistence that brings an answer to all questions.譯文：

三、活動要求

1、師傅每周聽徒弟一節(jié)課，并點評指導(dǎo)。每學(xué)期師傅聽課不少于10節(jié)。
