Good afternoon, I’m Derick, and my Chinese name is趙梓涵.Today I will talk about influences from TV programs to students, and then I will give you a brief introduction of my presentation.Firstly, I will talk about the time that students spend everyday on TV programs;secondly, I will state the motivations of watching TV programs;thirdly, I will focus on the media literacy and stereotypes which students always care about, and at last, I will give you a conclusion.Ok, now let’s move on to the main part of my presentation.My first topic is the duration of watching TV programs everyday.For male, about 42% only watch it less than 1 hour everyday, and 33% of the males seldom watch it.In comparison, female is totally different, about 67% of them watch TV program 1-2 hours everyday, and there are many women watch 2-3 hours of TV programs everyday!From this bar chart, you can see clearly that TV programs can make more impact on female in this item.Furthermore, students can also gain benefits from watching TV programs.According to the pie chart, about 37% of the students want to gain entertainments from TV programs.It can be accepted that students can only watch TV programs in their leisure time, and in this duration the majority of the students want to release their stress and gain more entertainments.As, you can see, for these three items, all of the persentages are over 10%, which means many students want to study and watch TV programs simultaneously, and they also want to make improvements from TV programs.At last, about 20% of over students just focus on the celebrities on TV programs.Moreover, media literacy is a significant way to drudge the influences.So what is media literacy, Media literacy is the abilityaccess, analyze, and critically evaluate of the media.It is really similar to our critical thinking skills right? From the graph, 56% of the students consider about it when watching TV programs most of times, additionally, 20% of the students always care about it.As you know, we use critical thinking skills every day in our lectures and assignments.Thus, we can use it flexibly, and we can think independently.Therefore, the bias and the misunderstanding messages may have a little impact on our students.My last topic is stereotypes.It can be argued that different culture can create different stereotypes, and I have classified the stereotypes from our text books in 4 categories.But, I will only analyze “many people have professional jobs” and “the world is dangerous” specially.From my survey results, all of the students can recognize many stereotypes from TV programs.For the first item, the number of female is much larger than male, maybe female is more eager to do the jobs which have high salaries and satisfying working environments.The second one is that more women can realize that the world is dangerous when watching TV programs.It can be accepted that men always have more sense of security than women, so the result is really reasonable.In conclusion, time on TV programs can directly influence students’ life and thoughts, and students can gain more benefits owing to their motivations about watching TV programs.For media literacy, it can improve students’ critical thinking skills and most XJTLU students are really familiar with it.For stereotypes, students should identify them and expand more knowledge from other countries’ stereotypes.From the analysis above.It can be concluded that TV programs can make great impact on students.I have told all the information I want to present.Thank you for your listening!And now I am really glad to answer your questions.

二.情況分析
1.員工工資發(fā)放比例過高。
2.毛利率偏低。
3.餐廳員工個(gè)人人均產(chǎn)值未足1.2萬元,用工過多。
4.餐廳輔助成本過大,(主要是水電、社保、維修)。
分析原因:
1.兩個(gè)假期拖后腿,特別是寒假值班,收支嚴(yán)重不平衡,特別是輔助成本過大。
2.由于餐廳自身面積大,設(shè)計(jì)不合理,導(dǎo)致餐廳固定支出加大,特別是員工的人數(shù)增
多。
3.由于餐廳定位于雙效兼顧,突出服務(wù),服務(wù)性、公益性品種過多,導(dǎo)致利潤(rùn)點(diǎn)低。
4.餐廳有浪費(fèi)情況,要加強(qiáng)細(xì)節(jié)管理。
三.工作思路(2014年北一預(yù)估情況)
根據(jù)餐飲中心的要求(強(qiáng)推一碗制及半份菜兩項(xiàng)工作),結(jié)合北一餐廳實(shí)際情況(經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整),準(zhǔn)備從以下幾個(gè)方面來展開工作:
自營(yíng)部分分成4個(gè)小組:
1.大伙組:常規(guī)大伙部分的經(jīng)營(yíng),人員 14人 ; 人均產(chǎn)值 1.3萬;毛利率19-21%
2.白案水煮組:人員2人;人均產(chǎn)值 2萬;毛利率23-25%
3.紅案外賣組:人員5人;人均產(chǎn)值2萬元;毛利率28-30
4.服務(wù)組(半數(shù)人員算到自營(yíng)部分): 人員13人,工資2.1萬,按15%返回比例需
要14萬銷售來支撐。
形勢(shì)評(píng)估:
自營(yíng)部分:收入32.2萬/月*9=289.8萬毛利23-25%。

工作要求:
1.形成激勵(lì)機(jī)制,多勞多得。

以下是我們的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析
1、通過分析原始數(shù)據(jù),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)人數(shù)多,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的需求量大
由圖表一我們可以看到:
高達(dá)45人的受訪者一周運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)在1—2次間,30人在5次以上,還有8人一周基本沒有運(yùn)動(dòng),經(jīng)過計(jì)算湛師學(xué)生一周運(yùn)動(dòng)量次數(shù)至少有兩萬次。另外周一至周五,運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)在日間基本是不開放的,而且體育館或籃球場(chǎng)總是有體育課,學(xué)生們也有課,所以大家基本都在周六日或晚上運(yùn)動(dòng),人流量太大。因此我校對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的需求較大。
2、其次,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)湛師學(xué)生不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因與運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的問題有較大的聯(lián)系
通過圖表二,我們可以看出受訪者不進(jìn)行的運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因有很多,其中以自身因素不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)是不進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因,但是也有32人認(rèn)為有場(chǎng)地?cái)?shù)量少的因素,將近三分之一的人數(shù),還有13人認(rèn)為是運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地遠(yuǎn),還有其他的客觀因素。由此可以看出湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的場(chǎng)地?cái)?shù)量和分布位置對(duì)大部分湛師人的運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)有一定的影響。
3、我們的調(diào)查問卷還涉及到湛師學(xué)生對(duì)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的了解程度
由圖表可知,超過半數(shù)人對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的了解程度一般,但還是有21人認(rèn)為他們不了解湛師的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施,只有23人認(rèn)為他們?cè)诹私獬潭纫陨系?。由此可以看出大部分湛師人?duì)湛師的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施都處于一知半解的狀態(tài)甚至是不了解,因此湛師應(yīng)該加大對(duì)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的宣傳力度,加深湛師人對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的了解。
4、關(guān)于目前湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施存在的問題
從表格與圖中可看出,最多人人為學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施存在的最大的問題是運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)量較少,其次是有33%的被調(diào)查者認(rèn)為湛師的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施年久失修,有損失,接著也有學(xué)生認(rèn)為運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施還存在人為損失的問題,最后是7%的學(xué)生覺得游泳館的收費(fèi)是有問題的。經(jīng)過調(diào)查我們不難看出學(xué)校在運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施方面還存在著許多的問題,最大的問題就是設(shè)施的年久失修和數(shù)量過少的問題,所以建議學(xué)校可適量地增加運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施,定期地派人進(jìn)行維修,光靠學(xué)校的力量是不足以維護(hù)好學(xué)校的設(shè)施,我們同學(xué)自己也要維護(hù)好這些公共的財(cái)產(chǎn)。
5、此外關(guān)于湛師學(xué)生認(rèn)為數(shù)量不足的運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地
從表和圖中可以看出,大多數(shù)的人即27%的人認(rèn)為學(xué)校的羽毛球場(chǎng)的數(shù)量不足,還有相當(dāng)一部分人認(rèn)為游泳館的場(chǎng)地有限,占到19%,覺得籃球場(chǎng)和乒乓球場(chǎng)數(shù)量不多的人數(shù)差不多相同,最后剩下少部分人覺得其它運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地的數(shù)量少,比如排球場(chǎng)、田徑場(chǎng)和足球場(chǎng)。大多數(shù)同學(xué)反映,不是他們不想運(yùn)動(dòng),而是運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)地實(shí)在是有限,或者是場(chǎng)地離中心地區(qū)較遠(yuǎn),較偏僻,這應(yīng)該引起學(xué)校的重視。
6、表六是湛師學(xué)生對(duì)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的愛惜情況
通過表與圖可知,在調(diào)查身邊的同學(xué)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的愛惜情況的問題上,明顯可看出絕大多數(shù)人都覺得身邊的同學(xué)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的愛惜情況是一般般,有17%的人的身邊的同學(xué)是愛惜運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的,剩下的10%的人的身邊的同學(xué)是不愛惜運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的。愛惜設(shè)施的程度與自身的素質(zhì)有關(guān),不愛惜設(shè)施的同學(xué)還是大有人在,但我們維護(hù)好公共設(shè)施時(shí)才能更好的維護(hù)自己的利益,我們自己才能更多的享受運(yùn)動(dòng)給我們帶來的好處。
7、表七是學(xué)校在關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的問題上與學(xué)生溝通的程度
如表7和圖所示,大學(xué)生們?cè)陉P(guān)于學(xué)校在有關(guān)設(shè)施問題上有沒有及時(shí)有效地與同學(xué)溝通的問題上,給出了自己的意見。68%的同學(xué)認(rèn)為學(xué)校在運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的問題上很少與學(xué)生及時(shí)有效地溝通,同時(shí)也占了較大比重的28%的同學(xué)表示沒怎么留意,很少的同學(xué)認(rèn)為學(xué)校在關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的問題上與學(xué)生溝通較多,占到被調(diào)查者的4%。所以希望學(xué)??梢栽谝院笥嘘P(guān)設(shè)施的問題上多與同學(xué)溝通,可以派幾名代表與學(xué)校進(jìn)行對(duì)話,可傳達(dá)出學(xué)生的意見。
8、表八是湛師學(xué)子對(duì)現(xiàn)有的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施改進(jìn)的看法
由表8與圖可得出,大學(xué)生們對(duì)我?,F(xiàn)有的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施積極地提出了自己的看法,看來大學(xué)生對(duì)自身有切實(shí)利益的問題還是比較關(guān)心的。我們不難看出,43%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為學(xué)校目前應(yīng)該著手完善室內(nèi)室外的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施,接著認(rèn)為學(xué)校應(yīng)該加派人手維護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施和應(yīng)該增添更多的休息區(qū)的人數(shù)是一樣的,最后也有相當(dāng)一部分也就是17%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為學(xué)校應(yīng)該加大宣傳,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生維護(hù)公共設(shè)施的意識(shí),很少有學(xué)生選擇其它的?,F(xiàn)在大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)的群體不是特別高,這也跟學(xué)校對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施方面的關(guān)注度,這應(yīng)該引起學(xué)校的重視,通過有效的手段提高學(xué)生對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的重視。
通過本次數(shù)據(jù)分析我們的除了以下調(diào)查結(jié)論與建議
1、調(diào)查結(jié)論:(1)由本次調(diào)查可知湛師學(xué)生對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的需求量較大,而湛師學(xué)生不想運(yùn)動(dòng)的原因與目前湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施所存在的問題有很大的關(guān)系。(2)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施存在的問題主要是運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的數(shù)量少與設(shè)施年久失修,有嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷,當(dāng)然運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的破損與學(xué)生對(duì)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的愛惜程度有很大的關(guān)系,因?yàn)楹芏嗤瑢W(xué)對(duì)湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的愛惜程度都是一般般,不愛惜設(shè)施的同學(xué)也不少。(3)學(xué)校在關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的問題上很少與學(xué)生進(jìn)行溝通,大部分學(xué)生對(duì)于湛師運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的了解程度都是一般般,甚至是不了解,這使得很多關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的問題得不到及時(shí)的解決與完善,也使得學(xué)生們對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的需求與建議得不到滿足與答復(fù)。
2、建議:存在問題是難免的,但最重要的是怎樣去利用有效的途徑去解決問題。通過調(diào)查,我們可以給出小小的建議?,F(xiàn)在提倡全民運(yùn)動(dòng),因此學(xué)生對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的需求還是比較較大的,所以學(xué)??蛇m量地增加運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施。為了提高學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)次數(shù)與質(zhì)量,以后學(xué)??砂堰\(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施建設(shè)在人流較多且地理位置靠近中心的地方,這樣人們運(yùn)動(dòng)起來也更加的方便。而且對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施進(jìn)行定期的維修也是非常有必要的,破破爛爛的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施鉤不起人們運(yùn)動(dòng)的欲望,加大宣傳保護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的重要程度。不過做運(yùn)動(dòng)的人們更應(yīng)該愛護(hù)這些公共的設(shè)施,如果人人都把這些設(shè)施當(dāng)做是自己家的財(cái)產(chǎn),那么我想人們?nèi)魏螘r(shí)候都可享受到很好的運(yùn)動(dòng)效果。最后想說的是決策問題,進(jìn)行有關(guān)的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)施的建設(shè),學(xué)??赏ㄖ獙W(xué)生代表參加有關(guān)建設(shè)問題的會(huì)議,集思廣益,這樣才更有利于學(xué)校的管理。
