他微笑地反問：“我為什么不開心呢？”爾后，他講述了兒時(shí)經(jīng)歷的一件事情： 畫家在讀中學(xué)的時(shí)候，因?yàn)槌煽儾焕硐?，所以有些灰心喪氣。有一次因?yàn)檫B續(xù)幾天曠課，他被學(xué)校給予了嚴(yán)厲的處分，并告知他的父母。他的父親得知此事后，并沒有責(zé)罵他，而是在飯后，找來一個(gè)塑料小漏斗和一捧玉米種子，放在桌子上。他迷惑不解地看著父親，父親對他說：“今天晚上，我想給你做個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)??”父親讓他把雙手放在漏斗下面接著，然后撿起一粒種子投入到漏斗里面，種子便順著漏斗那細(xì)小的縫隙滑到他的手中；父親連投了十幾次，他的手中就有了十幾粒種子；此時(shí)，父親再抓起滿滿一把玉米粒放在漏斗里面，那個(gè)狹窄的縫隙被玉米粒相互擠住了竟一粒也沒掉下來。此時(shí)父親意味深長地解釋說：“這個(gè)漏斗就代表著你，假如你每天能做好一件事，每天你就會(huì)有一粒種子的收獲和快樂?？墒牵?dāng)你想把所有的事情都擠到一起來做，反而連一粒種子也收獲不到了?！?/p>

畫家恍然明白了父親的用意，羞愧地低下了頭。后來他一直銘記著父親的教訓(xùn)：“每天做好一件事，每天就會(huì)有一粒種子的收獲和快樂！”

這個(gè)故事告訴我們：快樂的生活就是每天做好一件事，不為明天而憂慮。的確，只要我們每天都擁有一粒種子的收獲，也就擁有了一份生活的樂趣。成功也是如此，它不可能一蹴而就，而是要靠一天一天的不斷努力去收獲，去累積。每天做好一件事，一生將會(huì)做好多事，每天走好一步，一生將會(huì)走的更高遠(yuǎn)。

第五篇：課前三分鐘演講

有位秀才第三次進(jìn)京趕考，住在一個(gè)經(jīng)常住的店里。考試前兩天他做了三個(gè)夢，第一個(gè)夢是夢到自己在墻上種白菜，第二個(gè)夢是下雨天，他戴了斗笠還打傘，第三個(gè)夢是夢到跟心愛的人在一起，但是背靠著背。

這三個(gè)夢似乎有些深意，秀才第二天就趕緊去找算命的解夢。算命的一聽，連拍大腿說：“你還是回家吧。你想想，高墻上種菜不是白費(fèi)勁嗎？戴斗笠打雨傘不是多此一舉嗎？跟心愛的人在一起，卻背靠背，不是沒戲嗎？” 秀才一聽，心灰意冷，回店收拾包袱準(zhǔn)備回家。店老板非常奇怪，問：“不是明天才考試嗎，今天你怎么就回鄉(xiāng)了？”秀才如此這般說了一番，店老板樂了：“喲，我也會(huì)解夢的。我倒覺得，你這次一定要留下來。你想想，墻上種菜不是高種嗎？戴斗笠打傘不是說明你這次有備無患嗎？跟你心愛的人背靠靠，不是說明你翻身的時(shí)候就要到了嗎？”

秀才一聽，更有道理，于是精神振奮地參加考試，居然真的中了狀元。

感悟:對于一件事情會(huì)有很多合理的說法,不能一味的聽取某個(gè)人的建議,要廣泛的聽取建議并且篩選有用信息,更要有獨(dú)立思考的能力和判斷能力,這樣才能立于不敗之地.
