三、認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高。

根據(jù)崗 位職責(zé)的要求，我的主要工作任務(wù)是(1)負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)外宣傳，具體包括工業(yè)園網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、二期招商畫冊(cè)的設(shè)計(jì)制作及參加相關(guān)展會(huì)等;(2)日常接待工作;(3)相 關(guān)活動(dòng)的策劃及籌備;(4)擔(dān)任講解工作;(5)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。通過完成上述工作，使我認(rèn)識(shí)到一個(gè)稱職的招商主管應(yīng)當(dāng)具有良好的語言表達(dá)能力、流暢 的文字寫作能力、網(wǎng)站建設(shè)維護(hù)能力、大型活動(dòng)的策劃及籌備能力。目前我在網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、大型活動(dòng)的策劃方面存在不足。在網(wǎng)頁制作的過程中我發(fā) 現(xiàn)，F(xiàn)rontpaeg根本無法適應(yīng)精美網(wǎng)頁的制作要求，于是重新學(xué)習(xí)了新的網(wǎng)頁制作軟件Dreamweaver MX及圖形處理軟件 Fireworks MX。目前我已熟悉了上述軟件的常用功能并能運(yùn)用其進(jìn)行基本的網(wǎng)頁制作及圖形處理。為了讓自己做一個(gè)稱職的招商人員，我閱讀了網(wǎng)上的 部分策劃案例，以便在以后的策劃工作中有所幫助。

20xx年又是一個(gè)充滿激-情的一年，在今后的工作中，我將努力提高自身素質(zhì)，克服不足，朝著以下幾個(gè)方向努力：
