申請個(gè)人陳述

本人于2012年8月考入內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生物技術(shù)基地班，經(jīng)過將近三年的努力學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)現(xiàn)我對(duì)生物方面具有濃厚的興趣。通過本科期間對(duì)生物方面的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，越來越對(duì)生物感興趣。

我在2013年9月份加入了本學(xué)院王迎春教授的實(shí)驗(yàn)室，本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向?yàn)橹参锬婢撤肿友芯?，在?shí)驗(yàn)室?guī)熜謳熃愕膸椭拢渌拿蓡T申請了校級(jí)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新訓(xùn)練，研究課題為：長葉紅砂Na+/H+逆向轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白R(shí)tSOS1和RtNHX1的功能分析。在此期間我學(xué)習(xí)到了很多知識(shí)，比如通過PCR實(shí)現(xiàn)基因的體外克隆的原理，對(duì)目的基因連接到不同載體上進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化，構(gòu)建重組質(zhì)粒載體，并通過浸花序法對(duì)模式植物擬南芥進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)染，篩選等。這一系列的實(shí)驗(yàn)都鍛煉了我的動(dòng)手能力，現(xiàn)在本實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行的非常順利，中期考核也順利通過，預(yù)計(jì)于2015年8月完成，并撰寫結(jié)題報(bào)告。并以第二作者身份在華北農(nóng)學(xué)報(bào)投稿《長葉紅砂黃烷酮-3-羥基轉(zhuǎn)移酶3（RtF3H3）基因的克隆、表達(dá)分析及酵母表達(dá)載體的構(gòu)建》2015年6月3日錄用，以第三作者的身份在西北農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)報(bào)投稿《長葉紅砂咖啡酸-O-甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（RtCOMT）基因的克隆及蛋白純化》2015年8月30日錄用

為了更好的適應(yīng)研究生的生活,提前對(duì)研究生期間進(jìn)行規(guī)劃很有必要。我對(duì)自己在未來三年內(nèi)的規(guī)劃大致如下:

一、研一階段:

1、牢固專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。通過廣泛閱讀專業(yè)文章和科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)，了解他人的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法和思路，為自己的實(shí)驗(yàn)做準(zhǔn)備。

2、學(xué)習(xí)理論知識(shí)的同時(shí)注重結(jié)合實(shí)際。可以嘗試對(duì)相關(guān)專業(yè)問題做專題研究，并在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)問題進(jìn)行解決。

二、研二階段:

1、跟隨導(dǎo)師，確定實(shí)驗(yàn)方向。跟隨導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究是十分關(guān)鍵的，從最基本的收集資料到相關(guān)問題的獨(dú)立構(gòu)思，都需要在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)的積累。

2、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新思維，并進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)論文撰寫。創(chuàng)新主要來源于學(xué)習(xí)過程中不同實(shí)驗(yàn)者對(duì)一些問題的不同觀點(diǎn)和所采用的不同試驗(yàn)方法。同時(shí)希望有機(jī)會(huì)可以直博，對(duì)本專業(yè)進(jìn)行深入研究。

三、研三階段:

1、完成碩士生畢業(yè)論文。把畢業(yè)論文當(dāng)作研究生三年學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)晶，把自己的所學(xué)所思運(yùn)用在論文創(chuàng)作中。

Personal Statement

For nearly one year, when all other colleagues had gone back home after work or to the bars for relaxation, I kept myself busy with the designing, programming, and refactoring work.When I got home every day after ten o’clock in the night, I would read papers of XXX and continue for seeking the universities and professors attractive to me until one o’clock in the morning.My sense of responsibility for the company made me obliged to finish all the projects in my hands before I leave for America.And my yearning for the free American environment which is easy to inspire researchers’ potential made me willing to live such hard life under much greater pressure.Although over two years’ software development work in Beijing Grandsoft Technology Co., Ltd has already helped me accumulate considerable experience in software programming and designing and make some achievements admirable in others’ eyes, I, who will be promoted as a senior development engineer, know clearly that only the xxx program in your department can fully exert my strength and make my pursuit come true.I know that I belong to the kind of people who are able to better realize the life values and meaningfulness while doing certain interesting things, who enjoy challenges and thinking and who are always in pursuit of creative ideas.However, the work I was taking up now is almost always repetition of what has already existed.That’s why I gave up the achievement without hesitation.I know that I will be able to master the most advanced technology and thoughts in the xxx program.In such a bright and promising field, I believe I will be able to inspire all my ability in facing challenges, and finally become a top talent to make contributions to the development in the field.Moreover, my studying and working experiences make me very confident in myself to believe that I have got the ability and potential to realize my pursuit.I became interested in computer science in Chongqing Nankai Middle School, a school emphasizing cultivating personal interests.But my unusual performance in the National Entrance Examination failed me for entering the Department of Computer Science of Tsinghua University.Being clear of my interest and goal, I spent quite a lot of time in computer science besides the basic courses required by the university.Although I didn’t gain an extraordinary GPA, I succeeded in transferring to the School of Software.Afterwards, my GPA continued increasing and my foundation in the major was consolidated.I have a good habit in learning and working.No matter how great the pressure was, I would stick to my studies after work.And I finished reading books like Interconnection Networks-An Engineering Approach and reviewed(Introduction to Algorithms, Computer Networks, Database Systems Concepts)twice.In addition, I am very creative.I could solve the instability in file transmission by using FTP/HTTP method instead of the original Web Service/COM+ method to cope with different network situations after independent

thinking;I could solve the problem of difficulties in managing the patch files by putting the client patch files on the server for Auto update, improving the clients’ satisfaction greatly.What’s more, I am very strict with myself and always keep a heart for excellence.I successfully became a formal employee in advance during the probation period.And I gained the Intermediate Engineer position in only one year which normally took three years by others.At the same time, my strong sense of responsibility helped me never disappoint my supervisors and colleagues even when it was necessary to work overtime continuously or all night.Besides, I can even get enlightened when facing failures.My experience in taking charge of the GCM—Grandsoft Cost Management project can be cited here as an example.In this project, we adopted C/S structure using COM+/Web Service as the communication method, and SQL Server 2000 as the database.Although the SQL was optimized and different DB engines and components were tried, the querying efficiency was not improved obviously when dealing with mass data and complex business logics.However, I learned in the course how to improve the efficiency of database query for huge amount of data, how to conduct efficiency test and experiment and how to use the simplest query to realize the huge business logics.In trial use of the Qlikview software of a professional data query company, although I was not able to solve the problem, I learned the BI thoughts to cache data into the memory to improve the application efficiency.However, though I have laid a solid foundation in my years of studies in Tsinghua University and my self-studies during the work, though I have improved my ability in practice and problem-solving, I still lack in theories which can be seen from the above examples.Only practice is not enough to solve problems completely.The importance of theories can be also seen in my adjusting the tree traversing algorithm.I improved the GCM product’s tree building efficiency by dozens of times after I analyzed the general law of data distribution.Therefore, I am more determined to continue my further education abroad.Having gone through the thinking during the learning-working-learning process, I believe that I’ve already found what I need.The xxx program will be the most meaningful place for me in my life.The next ten years of concentrative research coupled with my determination to accept new challenges will enable me to become a paving stone on the road of CS development.以上內(nèi)容由華恒海淀精品留學(xué)部提供

Personal Statement

In 2009, when everyone in China was saving money for real estate investments, I was putting money away so that I could come to the United States and study.This was not a popular decision among my family and friends.Why would I give up a great job and life to travel half way across the earth and become a poor college student again? 學(xué)習(xí)方面：一絲不茍、積極進(jìn)取。

從研一入學(xué)開始，我就開始以嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的態(tài)度對(duì)待新的課程學(xué)習(xí)，對(duì)待研究工作。上課時(shí)，我以飽滿的精神狀態(tài)認(rèn)真聽講；課下，我總是及早開始著手課外作業(yè)。在同學(xué)眼中，我是勤奮而努力的。我清楚地知道，自己不是天才，所以要笨鳥先飛。

朋友們總說我是個(gè)可信賴、可依靠的人，會(huì)放心地把很多事都交給我做決定。需要購置公共用品時(shí)，是我費(fèi)心挑選負(fù)責(zé)購買；需要維修設(shè)備，是我主動(dòng)聯(lián)絡(luò)他人修理。宿舍的衛(wèi)生，我承擔(dān)了絕大多數(shù)，心里有時(shí)會(huì)稍微有一點(diǎn)委屈，但是想到可以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的生活環(huán)境，可以創(chuàng)造一個(gè)很好的氛圍，我就繼續(xù)無怨無悔地做了下去。用一句話來獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)自己：“能力越大，責(zé)任就越大”，感謝大家的信任。

2014年的10月份，我很有幸地獲得歐洲??學(xué)會(huì)院士??老師的邀請，到美國斯坦福大學(xué)進(jìn)行了短期的學(xué)術(shù)訪問。除了學(xué)術(shù)上的收獲，我更多地被美國人的高度文明所打動(dòng)，并主動(dòng)將這種文明帶回國內(nèi)。我看到他們把廢棄打印紙分類，并進(jìn)行再次利用。于是，我主動(dòng)將課題組內(nèi)的廢紙進(jìn)行了分類，可利用的、不可利用的，分兩個(gè)紙箱放好。同學(xué)們很配合，也主動(dòng)分了類，并自覺回收可以用的部分用作草稿紙。我本不是組里指定的負(fù)責(zé)人，但是作為其中的一份子，我愿意主動(dòng)從我做起，為綠色環(huán)保做一份貢獻(xiàn)。實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐：在行動(dòng)中成長，在實(shí)踐中進(jìn)步。

上個(gè)暑假，我積極地參與了國家海洋局的暑期實(shí)踐，到國家海洋局進(jìn)行暑期實(shí)習(xí)。在二所的時(shí)候，我主動(dòng)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的同學(xué)們交流，并積極地加入到實(shí)驗(yàn)中去，幫助大家提取北極泥樣并制作實(shí)驗(yàn)薄片。在操作中，我找到了更安全更快捷的操作方法，效率大大提高。由衷的感慨，思考與進(jìn)步是源于實(shí)踐的，難怪陸游會(huì)說：“紙上得來終覺淺，絕知此事要躬行”。

2014年，我參加了在美國舉行的第84屆??年會(huì)，當(dāng)時(shí)有一個(gè)口頭報(bào)告需要我來做，很不巧趕上了身體不舒服，而我還是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)地戰(zhàn)勝了病痛，保質(zhì)保量地完成了報(bào)告，獲得了導(dǎo)師的贊賞。

我喜歡和朋友主動(dòng)分享生活重大收獲和感悟，在和一位朋友交流了美國人的高素質(zhì)之后，她邀請我加入了她所在的公益組織，開展了“日行一善”的微信線上活動(dòng)。我主動(dòng)邀請陌生同學(xué)加入，建起了本組織的第一個(gè)上海微信群，參與的同學(xué)們都受益良多，組織方也非常感謝我做出的杰出貢獻(xiàn)。而我自己，也有著莫大的收獲：我可以更自如地主動(dòng)與陌生人交流，并可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)打動(dòng)對(duì)方。不得不承認(rèn)：真誠與信賴是人與人之間交流的重要橋梁，而我為此盡了自己的力量。

寥寥數(shù)言不足以完整而全面地展示自己的精彩。我也明白，在我們這個(gè)優(yōu)秀的集體中，我做的不是最好的，我需要學(xué)習(xí)的還有很多很多，但是，希望組織能獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)我這個(gè)稱號(hào)，作為給當(dāng)代青年學(xué)生的一種鼓舞。我會(huì)堅(jiān)持，在今后的工作于生活中，我會(huì)做的更多、更好！

個(gè)人總結(jié)

我叫**，是*****班的一名學(xué)生，進(jìn)入*****大學(xué)已經(jīng)一年了，這一年時(shí)間里我在學(xué)習(xí)、生活、思想等各個(gè)方面都有了很大改變，也感受到了自己的提高。如今我已經(jīng)成為一名大*的學(xué)生，新的學(xué)年象征新的開始，在此回憶一下大一的生活，做出總結(jié)，希望自己能從中得出經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為以后的工作學(xué)習(xí)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)也希望各位老師多提寶貴意見。

2010年9月火熱的軍訓(xùn)拉開了我大學(xué)生活的帷幕。雖然是第一次遠(yuǎn)離故鄉(xiāng)，遠(yuǎn)離父母，但是軍訓(xùn)團(tuán)里的生活讓我在一開始就感受到了大學(xué)與高中的不同。同學(xué)們訓(xùn)練，休息都在一起。大家互相幫助，共同進(jìn)步，為集體爭得榮譽(yù)。在這里我們有過歡笑，有過淚水，喜怒哀樂都因?yàn)橛袆e人的參與而變得特別，成為我珍貴的記憶。也就是在這里，我抓住了每一次鍛煉自己的機(jī)會(huì)，訓(xùn)練時(shí)認(rèn)真聽教官指導(dǎo)，從不叫苦叫累；認(rèn)真聽學(xué)校組織的講座，這讓我對(duì)大學(xué)生活有了初步的了解；與別人友好相處，認(rèn)識(shí)了許多同學(xué)，后來我們成為很要好的朋友；我還積極參加了各種活動(dòng)：紅歌比賽，定向越野，板報(bào)設(shè)計(jì)……都留下了我的身影。最后順利完成了軍訓(xùn)任務(wù)，而且在身體素質(zhì)，思想學(xué)習(xí)方面都有了很大提高。

有了軍訓(xùn)時(shí)打下的良好基礎(chǔ)，適應(yīng)大學(xué)生活對(duì)于我來說就顯得較為輕松了。經(jīng)過一個(gè)星期的學(xué)習(xí)，我就把握住了規(guī)律做出了合理的計(jì)劃，生活過的非常充實(shí)。在學(xué)習(xí)、生活、實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、社

學(xué)習(xí)方面：剛到學(xué)校，在新生見面會(huì)上，院系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就提醒我們“大一是打基礎(chǔ)的時(shí)候，一定要以學(xué)習(xí)為重?！边@句話我一直記在心里。從上課第一天起我就對(duì)自己每天的生活做好了周密的計(jì)劃，什么時(shí)候做什么事我都安排地井井有條。我不是一個(gè)天生聰穎的人，但是我一直堅(jiān)信勤能補(bǔ)拙，因此我一有時(shí)間就到自習(xí)室，圖書館，充分利用學(xué)校提供的學(xué)習(xí)資源，在知識(shí)的海洋里遨游并從中得到滿足感。我把專業(yè)課程放在最重要的位置，課前預(yù)習(xí)時(shí)，我都是先將課本一字不落地看一遍，提出問題，并做好預(yù)習(xí)筆記；課堂上我總是最早到達(dá)教室，坐在前排位置，認(rèn)真聽講，記下重點(diǎn)；課下我一直堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立完成作業(yè)，及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)當(dāng)天所學(xué)，用心思考，注重知識(shí)的融會(huì)貫通，然后將總結(jié)記下來。遇到不懂的問題，我及時(shí)與任課老師溝通，在第一時(shí)間解決問題……

當(dāng)然除此之外我也會(huì)努力拓寬自己的視野，學(xué)習(xí)多方面的知識(shí)。比爾蓋茨曾經(jīng)說過：“在大學(xué)期間，與學(xué)習(xí)的深度相比，我覺得知識(shí)的廣度更為重要?！彼?，在完成課業(yè)任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上，我還選修了一些其他專業(yè)的課程。對(duì)于我來說，它們不僅點(diǎn)綴了我的學(xué)習(xí)生活，而且讓我感受到了世界的多彩。

社會(huì)活動(dòng)方面：有人曾說：“戰(zhàn)術(shù)上的過于勤奮，就是戰(zhàn)略上的懶惰?！彪m然我花了很多時(shí)間在書本知識(shí)上，但我也積極參與很多課外活動(dòng)將閑暇時(shí)間填充地多姿多彩。大一上學(xué)期，運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上有我努力向前的身影，定向越野比賽中，我爭分奪秒地找尋

地圖上的各個(gè)點(diǎn)，雖然最后沒有得到優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)，但是我熟悉了學(xué)校的環(huán)境，倒也其樂無窮。我還加入了院青協(xié)，到圓明園為游人義務(wù)講解，這些經(jīng)歷還讓我學(xué)到了很多課外知識(shí)，了解了我們的歷史。到了下學(xué)期，又有了更多的活動(dòng)。我們與心協(xié)的學(xué)長，學(xué)姐交流，參加心理老師組織的互動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。大家共同努力發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)心的陽光美好。我還喜歡聽音樂，當(dāng)然歌詠比賽少不了我的參與，不論是以班級(jí)為單位的紅歌比賽，還是學(xué)校組織的大型唱歌比賽，我都去展示了一下自己的歌喉。除此之外還有辯論會(huì)、各種板報(bào)的設(shè)計(jì)，班徽制作，我都有參與。我還聽了一些講座，讓我在思想上有了提高。

當(dāng)我得知學(xué)校的機(jī)器人團(tuán)隊(duì)非常優(yōu)秀，我們的智能車多次在比賽中獲獎(jiǎng)時(shí)，馬上加入了索奧社團(tuán)，還積極參與了關(guān)于AVR單片機(jī)的培訓(xùn)。雖然這些占據(jù)了我很多課外時(shí)間，它教了我很多知識(shí)，我覺得這一切都非常值得。

大學(xué)一年，我沒有呆在宿舍里睡懶覺，或是整天對(duì)著電腦做個(gè)地地道道的宅女。也不想花前月下，卿卿我我。我選擇的生活充實(shí)而有趣，讓我受益匪淺。我很慶幸能以這樣的方式填充青春。

在思想方面：我一直積極樂觀地對(duì)待生活，尊敬師長，熱情幫助同學(xué)。課余時(shí)間我還經(jīng)常到圖書館閱讀時(shí)事報(bào)刊，了解國家大事。我積極向黨組織靠攏，并在第一時(shí)間遞交了入黨申請書，經(jīng)過各位老師與全班同學(xué)的投票，我很榮幸地獲得了推優(yōu)入黨資格，現(xiàn)等待審批。

生活方面：我養(yǎng)成了良好的作息習(xí)慣。把自己的生活安排地有條不紊。從來不讓父母擔(dān)心。除此之外，我還經(jīng)常維護(hù)宿舍公共衛(wèi)生。在我的帶動(dòng)下，舍友們也養(yǎng)成了良好的生活習(xí)慣，大家相處很好，其樂融融……

我很慶幸自己沒有成為一個(gè)象牙塔里的書呆子，只知道啃厚厚的書本，沒有效率，也失去了很多鍛煉自己，掌握實(shí)踐能力的機(jī)會(huì)；我也慶幸自己在大學(xué)的起步階段就有院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，各位老師的諄諄教導(dǎo)，讓我在一開始就認(rèn)清了方向，養(yǎng)成了良好的習(xí)慣，沒有在學(xué)習(xí)上落后；同時(shí)我也感謝北科大為我提供了這么一個(gè)開放，廣闊的平臺(tái)，讓我在學(xué)習(xí)之余感受到大學(xué)生活的多姿多彩。積累了一些社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為以后的工作、學(xué)習(xí)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)這一年里各個(gè)方面的總結(jié)，我看到了自己的收獲，這給了我繼續(xù)努力的信心，面對(duì)困難的勇氣，當(dāng)然我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己不足的地方，我會(huì)在新學(xué)期努力改進(jìn)，完善自己。
