體育中考完畢，，也榮幸好好地參觀考察了一下職校。

碰觸職業(yè)學(xué)校的第一件事竟然見到教師爭執(zhí)：一位送考的初三教務(wù)主任想把車開進(jìn)職業(yè)學(xué)校校區(qū)停車，可一到學(xué)校門口就被保安老師傅阻攔。學(xué)校門口涌向了待考的學(xué)員，車之前車子擠得密不透風(fēng)，一位教師往前希望幫助這名開車的教師，因而和保安老師傅吵了起來，任憑他多大嗓門，保安老師傅從始至終不能。過后要我驚訝，一個門衛(wèi)師傅這般愛崗敬業(yè)。走入整潔的校園內(nèi)，第一覺得便是空氣，學(xué)生規(guī)定。每過一段都是有一批職校生協(xié)助清除待考學(xué)生丟掉的廢棄物。服裝工作服裝的學(xué)員接待員熱情得給待考的學(xué)員各式各樣幫助。待考區(qū)還有一個職校生自身開設(shè)的醫(yī)療站。許多關(guān)鍵點，無時無刻不表露著這一院校標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，干凈整潔的一面。我不懂：職校的生源是二中，三中的學(xué)生占多數(shù)，這批學(xué)生習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度在中學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)都很差，這一點我深有感觸，可為什么來到職校，這批在我眼中是歪瓜劣棗的學(xué)生如何就一下變好啦呢?

中午我返回課室，帶著疑惑和一些老師溝通交流。我與老師都會贊揚(yáng)職校的管理制度。自身靜下心來細(xì)心想一想：初中教育和高等職業(yè)教育的總體目標(biāo)不一樣，大家老師是務(wù)必讓學(xué)生升學(xué)，而職校沒有升學(xué)的工作壓力，學(xué)生能夠個性化發(fā)展趨勢。也就是說，在職校的小孩，每一個人都找到信心和自身前行的方位。學(xué)生自身本質(zhì)造成了驅(qū)動力，那麼孩子成長一定是順向的發(fā)展趨勢。和公司辦公室老師在溝通交流的全過程中，老師們嘴中說得數(shù)最多的就這樣的事例：中學(xué)太差的學(xué)生，來到職校以后都是有了非常好的發(fā)展趨勢，有的考入了高校，有的自身設(shè)立了企業(yè)，也有的出國留學(xué)數(shù)不勝數(shù)，舉不勝舉。
