Opportunities don't come often.They come every once in a while.Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed.Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them with care.When an opportunity presents itself, it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own.If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfill one of your ambitions you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared.Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you.It is clear that in order to be highly qualified for out future jobs, we should make every possible preparation.The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities.The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive....The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see them pass by.Obviously, the two different attitudes towards opportunities may lead to quite different consequences.In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve their purpose.(208 words)

我匯報(bào)的題目是《機(jī)不可失與時(shí)進(jìn),時(shí)不再來(lái)爭(zhēng)朝夕》。內(nèi)容包括兩個(gè)部分:第一部分是對(duì)培訓(xùn)的簡(jiǎn)要回顧,我想用三句話來(lái)概括:
一、培訓(xùn)方式務(wù)實(shí)高效。我們總共聽(tīng)取了15個(gè)講座,小組研討和大組交流共進(jìn)行了6次,收獲很大。
二、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容廣博精深。給我們作講座的有很多是省內(nèi)外著名的專(zhuān)家、教授,他們對(duì)政策法規(guī)的解讀高屋建瓴,對(duì)案例的分析深入全面,對(duì)思維的引導(dǎo)別具一格,對(duì)學(xué)校的管理獨(dú)具匠心,無(wú)不彰顯著教育大家的睿智和管理文化的深刻內(nèi)涵。
三、培訓(xùn)過(guò)程彰顯活力。無(wú)論是在專(zhuān)家設(shè)置的討論環(huán)節(jié),還是在師生聯(lián)誼活動(dòng)中,思維的活躍,年輕人的活力都得到了充分的展示。
下面重點(diǎn)談?wù)勎覍?duì)這次培訓(xùn)的收獲。

一、豐富了理論知識(shí),提高了學(xué)識(shí)素養(yǎng)
作為一名教育工作者,對(duì)于教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)知識(shí)和教育的法律法規(guī)都有不同程度的感性認(rèn)識(shí),但既不系統(tǒng),也沒(méi)有上升到理論高度。通過(guò)培訓(xùn)班老師深入淺出的講授,他們獨(dú)到的見(jiàn)解和結(jié)合案例的精辟分析,使我眼前豁然開(kāi)朗,許多問(wèn)題從理論上找到了依據(jù),理論水平也得到了很大的提高。

二、積累了實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),增強(qiáng)了辦事能力
通過(guò)這次培訓(xùn)使我認(rèn)識(shí)到:只有“想干事”是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,還要“能干事”、“干成事”,這就要求我們一點(diǎn)一滴的積累實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。在培訓(xùn)中,我學(xué)到了不少領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的藝術(shù)和工作的方法。比如蔡林森和秦培元校長(zhǎng)如何引領(lǐng)洋思人打造高效課堂;楊金林校長(zhǎng)如何提升價(jià)值領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,通過(guò)許多學(xué)校管理案例的剖析,讓我有機(jī)會(huì)借鑒名校成功的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),我將學(xué)到的理念和方法與平時(shí)的工作實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,不斷檢討自己的工作方式、總結(jié)自己的工作得失,從而明確了如何使教學(xué)管理走向科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化和精細(xì)化,增強(qiáng)了工作信心,提高了處理事情的能力。
收獲
三、提升了教育理念,拓展了創(chuàng)新意識(shí)
“讓教育充滿思想,讓思想充滿智慧”,先進(jìn)的教育理念是辦好學(xué)校、教好學(xué)生的重要保證。省委黨校的隋月娟教授給了我很好的啟迪。她通過(guò)拓展思維的不同視角,教導(dǎo)我們?nèi)绾渭ぐl(fā)創(chuàng)新潛能。我深刻地領(lǐng)會(huì)到工作中不能滿足于常規(guī),而要在求異、求新中發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新思維的火花,銳意進(jìn)取、勇于創(chuàng)新、敢于實(shí)踐、不怕失敗。“實(shí)踐出真知”,遇到問(wèn)題時(shí)拓寬思路,多出點(diǎn)子,多想辦法,并不斷的付諸于實(shí)踐,才能提高工作的質(zhì)量和效率。

四、發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身不足,獲得了成長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力
通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和反思,我清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到了自己的不足。在工作中缺乏大膽創(chuàng)新,很多時(shí)候都是循規(guī)蹈矩,不敢越雷池半步。學(xué)習(xí)后最深的感受就是思維變活躍了,明白了遇到難題,要學(xué)會(huì)多問(wèn)幾個(gè)為什么,要從多角度去思考,以創(chuàng)新的思維去應(yīng)對(duì)。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí),我找到了縮小差距的信心和動(dòng)力。
