      第一次質(zhì)量分析會材料

      上周一周二我們八年組織了本學期的第一次月考,為了及時的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),在期中考試中取得優(yōu)異的成績,我們對月考成績做認真分析,查找差距及存在的問題,以求在今后的教學中,完善管理,優(yōu)化教學過程,查缺補漏,提高教學質(zhì)量?,F(xiàn)在我就這次考試情況做一簡單總結(jié)。一.試卷分析

      本次考試總的來看,各科試卷都符合教學進度,難易程度適中,題目大多緊扣學習考點,能對學生學習情況作出較為公平公正的檢測,是較為理想的試卷。

      二、月考成績分析。

      考試科目及總分:本次我們七年級主要考察了語文,數(shù)學,英語,物理,歷史,政治六科共600分。最高分 分平均 分以上即總分在 分以上 人占全年級的 %,平均 分,即總分在 分以上 人,%。平均在 分一下,及總分在 分以下,人,占全年級的 %。從以上數(shù)據(jù)來看,我前段學習效果很不盡人意,高分太少,低分太多,希望能引起我們每一個同學的注意,下去后我們每一個同學都要認真反思自己這一階段的學習,尋找問題,查漏補缺,為期中考試清楚障礙。爭取期中考試能取得滿意的成績。班級分析:總分排名 第一名是八年級()班總積分 ;第二名八年級()班總分,第三名第是八年級()班總積分 ;第四名是八年級()班總積分 ;部分同學與上學期期末相比有較大變化,值得我們深思。單科分析:

      1.語文: 總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,班 第四,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分 1分;最低分 分.2.數(shù)學:總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,班 第四,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分99 分;最低分3 分。

      3.英語:總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,二 班 第三,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分 分;最低分 分。4.歷史:總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,班 第四,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分 分;最低分 分。

      5.政治:總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,班 第四,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分 分;最低分 分。

      6.物理:總分 分,年級平均分 分,其中: 班平均 第一,班 第二,班 第三,班 第四,全年級優(yōu)秀率 %,及格率 %,最高分 分;最低分 分。

      三、本次考試存在的突出問題:

      1、個別學生平時學習不認真不是很關(guān)注考試,表現(xiàn)在學生臨考前及考試中沒有一點緊張氛,考試有睡覺現(xiàn)象,平時抄襲作業(yè),不按時完成作業(yè)等。

      2、相當一部分基礎(chǔ)差,學習目的不明確,對學習不感興趣、學習習慣差,自控能力不夠,進而各學科的平均分都不高。

      3、一部分同學把歷史,政治當副課學習,思想上不夠重視。

      4、部分同學存在偏科現(xiàn)象。

      四、原因分析:

      經(jīng)過分析,我認為造成上述差距的主要原因有以下幾方面:

      1、做題策略欠佳。主要表現(xiàn)在對學過的知識運用不夠靈活,分析不夠全面,導(dǎo)致了分數(shù)不高。

      2、學生的自控能力較差,學習態(tài)度還不夠端正。因此,我們七年級組在今后的教學中將狠抓常規(guī)教學,在培養(yǎng)學生養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣上多下功夫。

      3、學習方法還有待于改善。

      4.個別班級班干部不作為,班干部輪流值班,流于形式,管理不到位。

      五、對今后教學的建議

      針對本次期中考試的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,在以后的教學中,提出幾點建議:

      1、以這次考試為契機,同學們認真總結(jié),仔細分析,找出我們自己在課堂學習、課后作業(yè)及自學中的不足,將自己的問題找準,做到心中有數(shù),確立自己期中考試學科目標。對于自己在月考中暴露的突出問題要進行強化性矯正、訓(xùn)練,甚至逐個過關(guān)檢查。

      2.針對自身的學習特點及情況,與本班學習好的同學結(jié)對子,多寫多練。

      3、課后自學需要加強,優(yōu)等生不能驕傲自滿,要力求上進,錦上添花,優(yōu)等生缺腿科目的這些同學;要加強這些科目的突擊學習,首先要從思想上做到重視。后進生要加強基礎(chǔ)知識的鞏固,早晨多記,晚上多練。

      4.老師要注重學生積極的情感、負責的態(tài)度和正確的價值觀的培養(yǎng),要注意激發(fā)學生的好奇心和求知欲,讓學生了解知識的形成過程和應(yīng)用價值,發(fā)揮評價的激勵和導(dǎo)向功能,幫助學生認識自我、樹立自信。

      我們年級組今后會加強練習冊,作業(yè)的檢查,注重落實,對于經(jīng)常不完成作業(yè)的將與家長聯(lián)系處理。

      通過這次考試,我們不僅僅關(guān)注這次成績的高低,我們更關(guān)注的是在這次考試中所暴露的問題,進而找到相應(yīng)的措施來解決存在的問題,使得這一次暴露的問題,下一次不再出現(xiàn),這些才是我們這次質(zhì)量分析的根本目的所在。

      最后,讓我們緊密團結(jié)起來,進一步深化課堂教學改革,不斷提優(yōu)補差,扎實推進,為我們八年級組教育教學質(zhì)量及常規(guī)管理再上新臺階而努力!
