本人很榮幸在2012年1月12日至16日參加了北京市高中地理會(huì)考的網(wǎng)上閱卷工作。這是新課程改革以來(lái)的第四次會(huì)考。雖然閱卷工作緊張而繁忙，但是通過(guò)和同行的交流與切磋，我對(duì)高中地理會(huì)考要求的理解以及會(huì)考命題趨勢(shì)的判斷有了更深入的認(rèn)識(shí)，為我今后有針對(duì)性地開展教學(xué)工作指明了重點(diǎn)和方向。

本次地理會(huì)考的命題立意凸顯了注重基礎(chǔ)，穩(wěn)中求變，變中求新，落實(shí)“穩(wěn)”字，追求“變”字?？碱}具有明顯的梯度和難度，突出圖文結(jié)合，注重對(duì)考生讀圖識(shí)圖能力的考察。

本次閱卷向我們傳遞了一個(gè)明確的信息：落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，理解基本概念，注重聯(lián)系實(shí)際，提高答題能力是考查的重點(diǎn)，也是教學(xué)過(guò)程中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，要下大功夫予以落實(shí)。鑒于此，我對(duì)本次閱卷及以后的教學(xué)工作有如下心得：

一、落實(shí)基本概念

從今年的會(huì)考試題看，大部分試題是考查考生對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本概念的理解掌握程度。如今年會(huì)考主觀題第二題，若學(xué)生概念理解不到位，圖文對(duì)應(yīng)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，不會(huì)用簡(jiǎn)要的字詞表達(dá)一個(gè)地理過(guò)程，則很難在該題目上得高分，這就要求我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)狠抓基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和基本概念，通過(guò)練習(xí)鞏固、深化、提高，注重所學(xué)知識(shí)的靈活應(yīng)用。

二、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)地理的興趣

興趣是最好的老師，要變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”。為了激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，提高復(fù)習(xí)的有效性，在復(fù)習(xí)條塊知識(shí)點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，可以輔之以圖片、視頻，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的形象理解。并聯(lián)系身邊的日常實(shí)際，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識(shí)分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力。

三、培養(yǎng)讀圖能力

讀圖、識(shí)圖、繪圖是學(xué)好地理課程的基本要求，也是地理這門學(xué)科的顯著特點(diǎn)。在日常教學(xué)過(guò)程中要做到“手不釋圖”，在復(fù)習(xí)過(guò)程中，要求學(xué)生手邊必備地理知識(shí)圖冊(cè)，因?yàn)樗虞d了本課程知識(shí)的大部分內(nèi)容，通過(guò)不斷練習(xí)，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的空間想象能力，通過(guò)讀圖、識(shí)圖獲取地理信息的能力，通過(guò)繪圖表達(dá)地理信息的能力。

四、培養(yǎng)解題能力和規(guī)范作答訓(xùn)練

通過(guò)本次閱卷的結(jié)果來(lái)看，在主觀題的答題中暴露出學(xué)生的不少弱點(diǎn)，審題能力和組織答案的能力欠缺，答案不規(guī)范，組織語(yǔ)言表達(dá)的能力有待提高。如第二題，干濕狀況與熱量混淆，如有的考生答為“濕熱”。還有比如錯(cuò)別字，如“冬”寫成“東”，“炎”寫成“嚴(yán)”，“濕”寫成“溫”，“低壓”寫成“底壓”等，要引

以為戒。這就要求我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)簡(jiǎn)化板書，從嚴(yán)要求，糾正學(xué)生的錯(cuò)別字。在平時(shí)的解題作答過(guò)程中，做到語(yǔ)言規(guī)范、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，字體工整、卷面整潔。

總之，通過(guò)參加本次會(huì)考閱卷，本人獲益匪淺，我會(huì)把自己的心得體會(huì)應(yīng)用到以后的教學(xué)工作中去，爭(zhēng)取在教學(xué)上取得更大的進(jìn)步。

《高中地理會(huì)考說(shuō)明》是我們進(jìn)行會(huì)考命題的依據(jù)，為我們進(jìn)行科學(xué)命題創(chuàng)造了先決條件。但是，有了會(huì)考說(shuō)明并不等于就有了較高質(zhì)量的會(huì)考試題。我們通過(guò)命題實(shí)踐體會(huì)到，要保證會(huì)考試題的較高質(zhì)量，就必須徹底擺脫高考試題的影響，樹立起同高考試題完全不同的會(huì)考水平考試試題質(zhì)量觀；我們絕不能片面地以試題的難度論高低，而是主要看試題能不能充分體現(xiàn)水平考試的要求，具體說(shuō)就是看試題能否既反映出高中地理所應(yīng)達(dá)到的實(shí)際水平，又能使絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)努力均可達(dá)到要求，兩方面均符合要求，才算得上高質(zhì)量的會(huì)考試題。

怎樣才能在試題中充分體現(xiàn)水平考試的要求呢？我們?cè)诿}過(guò)程中著重解決了以下問(wèn)題：

1．會(huì)考試題要有較大的知識(shí)覆蓋面和合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)

高中地理會(huì)考是水平考試，這種考試性質(zhì)就要求試題必須有較大的知識(shí)覆蓋面和合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，只有這樣才能反映出地理學(xué)科高中畢業(yè)的實(shí)際水平。但是，部分師生從應(yīng)試的角度出發(fā)，總希望在會(huì)考說(shuō)明規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步圈定重點(diǎn)，縮小考試范圍。對(duì)此，我們一方面反復(fù)耐心地宣傳較大的知識(shí)覆蓋面及合理的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)是體現(xiàn)會(huì)考水平考試性質(zhì)的客觀要求，因而堅(jiān)持不再進(jìn)一步圈定重點(diǎn)；另一方面在命題實(shí)踐中反復(fù)探索地理會(huì)考試題合理的知識(shí)覆蓋面與知識(shí)構(gòu)成比例。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：高中地理會(huì)考試題對(duì)章的覆蓋率要求達(dá)到100%，節(jié)的覆蓋率達(dá)到75－85%，知識(shí)點(diǎn)的覆蓋率達(dá)到40—45%，即可較為全面地考查學(xué)生掌握高中地理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的狀況（見(jiàn)表12）；同時(shí)，試題中各章內(nèi)容所占分?jǐn)?shù)和自然、人文地理各約占一半的比例，都反映了高中地理會(huì)考試題的合理知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)（見(jiàn)下頁(yè)表13）。

2．會(huì)考試題要著重考查地理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和地理學(xué)科能力

會(huì)考的水平考試性質(zhì)，還要求我們的試題必須著重考查地理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和地理學(xué)科能力，特別要重視對(duì)地理學(xué)科能力（包括運(yùn)用地圖能力和地理思維能力等）的考查。我們?cè)诿}實(shí)踐中的做法是：一方面切實(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)地理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的考查，做到每份試卷中地理基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)所占比重均在80%以上；另一方面是堅(jiān)定不移地加強(qiáng)對(duì)以地圖為中心的地理圖象運(yùn)用能力的考核，使其比重一般占到每份試卷的60%左右（見(jiàn)表14）。

3．要控制好會(huì)考試題的難度，保證會(huì)考取得較高的及格率和適當(dāng)?shù)膬?yōu)秀率

會(huì)考作為一種水平考試，要求試題要有適宜的難度。試題過(guò)難，使大量考生達(dá)不到及格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，水平考試的性質(zhì)就得不到體現(xiàn)，也容易挫傷廣大師生的積極性；試題過(guò)易，雖然皆大歡喜，但不能反映高中畢業(yè)的應(yīng)有水平，會(huì)考也會(huì)失去意義。北京市的會(huì)考實(shí)踐表明，根據(jù)本市高中地理教學(xué)的實(shí)際狀況，在不改變考試范圍、考試水平和不降低及格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前題下，如能使及格率達(dá)到90%以上，而優(yōu)秀率控制在20－30%，這樣的試題難度就是比較理想的。要做到這一點(diǎn)并不是很容易的，尤其是要在保證較高及格率的前提下又把優(yōu)秀率控制在一定水平就更不容易，幾年來(lái)北京市高中地理會(huì)考成績(jī)就充分說(shuō)明了這一點(diǎn)（見(jiàn)表15）。

從表15數(shù)字可以看出，幾年來(lái)北京市高中地理會(huì)考的成績(jī)，除1993年及格率和優(yōu)秀率都偏低以外，其余幾年優(yōu)秀率都偏高些，尤以1996年最高。經(jīng)過(guò)命題組幾年的研究探索，逐步摸索出了經(jīng)驗(yàn)，1997年終于取得了較為理想的成績(jī)。

幾年來(lái)，我們?cè)诳刂圃囶}難度方面的做法主要是：第一，通過(guò)實(shí)踐我們逐步摸索總結(jié)出衡量試題難度的較為客觀的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，即根據(jù)考生得分率將試題難度分為五級(jí)，易、中、難比例為6∶2∶2。第二，根據(jù)上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)歷年試題進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析（見(jiàn)下頁(yè)表16），做到心中有數(shù)。第三，針對(duì)不同題型的特點(diǎn)，選擇與安排不同難度的試題，如單選題和填空題數(shù)量多、涉及知識(shí)面廣，而每道題知識(shí)容量小，適宜考查難度不大的地理事實(shí)與地理概念；雙選題、綜合題數(shù)量雖不算多，但涉及知識(shí)層次較深，適宜考查綜合性強(qiáng)、難度較大的地理基本原理及綜口分析問(wèn)題的能力。第四，加強(qiáng)調(diào)查研究，了解教學(xué)實(shí)際，為控制試題難度打下良好基礎(chǔ)。

（四）認(rèn)真分析會(huì)考試卷，指導(dǎo)全市高中地理教師認(rèn)真改進(jìn)教學(xué)

認(rèn)真分析會(huì)考試卷，也是我們會(huì)考命題工作的重要組成部分。我們高中地理會(huì)考命題組從1992年起開始進(jìn)行試卷分析，主要分析項(xiàng)目有及格率、優(yōu)秀率、難度（得分率）、區(qū)分度、平均分、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差，以及得分分布情況、機(jī)讀題答題情況等。根據(jù)取得的數(shù)據(jù)，著重總結(jié)分析試題的質(zhì)量和考試成績(jī)，并且找出主要問(wèn)題，提出改進(jìn)提高的措施。例如，1994年試卷分析報(bào)告中指出了當(dāng)前本市高中地理教學(xué)的兩個(gè)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)：一是部分考生對(duì)一些重要的基本概念與基本原理掌握較差；二是運(yùn)用所學(xué)原理分析地理問(wèn)題（包括讀圖分析）的能力較差。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了改進(jìn)的措施，還開始建立了地理會(huì)考題庫(kù)，從而使高中地理會(huì)考命題工作在實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化的道路上邁進(jìn)了一步。
