關(guān)于做好2011年6月全國(guó)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)

考試報(bào)名工作的通知

各系(院)、各班級(jí)：

依據(jù)湖南省教育廳及湖南省教育考試院相關(guān)文件精神，2011年上半年全國(guó)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試定于2011年6月18日(星期六)舉行。今年CET報(bào)名工作跟去年一樣，所有考生均采取網(wǎng)上報(bào)名——學(xué)院確認(rèn)——交費(fèi)——審核的報(bào)名流程，因此請(qǐng)各系督促輔導(dǎo)員組織學(xué)生認(rèn)真閱讀此通知，嚴(yán)格按要求和程序做好本次考試的報(bào)名工作。結(jié)合本院的實(shí)際情況，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

一、網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間

學(xué)院網(wǎng)上報(bào)名時(shí)間統(tǒng)一于3月25日開始——至4月4日（24:00）結(jié)束，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們務(wù)必在此時(shí)間段內(nèi)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上操作，錯(cuò)過(guò)此次網(wǎng)上報(bào)名．．．．．．．．的同學(xué)，無(wú)法補(bǔ)報(bào)，請(qǐng)下次再報(bào)。．．．．．．．．．．．．．．

二、報(bào)名步驟

1、網(wǎng)上報(bào)名流程示意如下：

①考生登錄湖南省CET報(bào)名系統(tǒng)http://004km.cn/cet； ②點(diǎn)擊右下角的“報(bào)名請(qǐng)進(jìn)”；

③認(rèn)真閱讀《CET考試簡(jiǎn)介》和《CET考生守則》后，點(diǎn)擊“同意簽訂此協(xié)議，誠(chéng)信參加考試”，并簽署網(wǎng)上《考試誠(chéng)信承諾書》(必須簽署《考試誠(chéng)信承諾書》方可報(bào)名)；

④選擇學(xué)校名稱，登記本人身份證信息、學(xué)號(hào)和姓名，點(diǎn)擊“驗(yàn)證”，經(jīng)系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證學(xué)籍符合規(guī)定的，可以繼續(xù)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名；（學(xué)籍驗(yàn)證未通過(guò)的，將不能完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名操作，請(qǐng)馬上與學(xué)院辦公樓一樓教務(wù)處技能鑒定辦公室聯(lián)系）⑤根據(jù)系統(tǒng)提示的“考試報(bào)考信息”由學(xué)生自行進(jìn)行核對(duì)并選擇自己所需報(bào)考的CET級(jí)別，然后提交即為報(bào)名成功。注意：CET報(bào)考級(jí)別不要選擇錯(cuò)誤，最后一定要記得提交，否則視作未報(bào)名。

2、學(xué)院確認(rèn)：4月4日（24:00）我院網(wǎng)上報(bào)考系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，并做最終確認(rèn)，確認(rèn)后的網(wǎng)報(bào)學(xué)生信息由教務(wù)處打印《CET考試報(bào)名考生校對(duì)名冊(cè)》發(fā)至各系，請(qǐng)各班學(xué)委收齊經(jīng)本人簽名的考生校對(duì)名冊(cè)并根據(jù)確認(rèn)表收齊報(bào)名費(fèi)。

3、交費(fèi)：報(bào)名費(fèi)CET4每人26元，CET6每人28元。唯一指定交費(fèi)時(shí)間：4月12日上午8:30——下午5：00，各班學(xué)委攜帶報(bào)名費(fèi)+確認(rèn)表以班級(jí)為單位交至教務(wù)處一樓技能鑒定辦公室, 注意：未能在此指定時(shí)間提交確認(rèn)表和交費(fèi)的班級(jí)，全班視作放棄此次報(bào)名，逾期概不辦理任何補(bǔ)報(bào)名手續(xù)。

三、報(bào)名注意事項(xiàng)及要求

1、報(bào)考CET4的全日制?？瓶忌毦哂小陡叩葘W(xué)校英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力考試》(A級(jí))合格證書；凡報(bào)考CET6的考生，須獲得425分及以上的CET4成績(jī)。

2、CET報(bào)考者必須是我院的在籍在校學(xué)生，只要是具有我院正常學(xué)籍的學(xué)生均可順利通過(guò)網(wǎng)報(bào)，已經(jīng)畢業(yè)的學(xué)生不能報(bào)考，具有正常學(xué)籍但是無(wú)法確認(rèn)信息造成網(wǎng)報(bào)不成功的學(xué)生，請(qǐng)于3月25—31號(hào)到教務(wù)處一樓技能鑒定辦公室進(jìn)行人工登記、確認(rèn)。

希望各班輔導(dǎo)員或?qū)W習(xí)委員重視CET的報(bào)名統(tǒng)計(jì)工作，杜絕漏報(bào)、錯(cuò)報(bào)現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
