很早就開始看F6，最開始是從起床開始，就一個人對著電腦，傻笑一天，每天吃一頓飯，傍晚和同學(xué)一起吃飯的時候，基本就不會說中國話了，被人說什么第一個反應(yīng)就是英文。周末同學(xué)都回家了，更是變本加厲，因為沒有人和我說話，內(nèi)心獨白都是F6里的各種聲音，還有那種“哄笑”配樂，一個周下來，感覺人快瘋了。

大學(xué)的時候是為了好玩，沒想著真的用它來學(xué)英語。

后來工作了幾年，因為一直野心勃勃的要去美國公干，所以從那個時候開始重新FAN F6,很長一段時間過去，學(xué)下來，感覺有些許體會了，上來冒個泡。

第一遍，帶中文字幕看一遍

10季真不是個小數(shù)字，看了一遍把當初那種感覺找了回來，所謂的感覺，就是在內(nèi)心獨白的時候都是英語，說話的第一個反應(yīng)也是英文。

第二遍，帶英文字幕看了一遍

我買的是60張的那種DVD，英文字幕有幾季還是不錯的，后面的越做越差，真是沒法看，就當了劇本。第二次看，基本都能聽懂了，就幫著DVD校對字幕，校對的過程中，聽力本身就是一個提升。

第三遍，不說你也知道了，去掉字幕，去掉字幕有一個好處，就像丟了拐棍，你聽起來就不會像看著英文字母那樣一下就反映到腦子里，還要想一下，哦，這個單詞是什么來著，因為我們很多時候?qū)τ谡莆樟说膯卧~，突然冒出來，還是會思維停滯一下，就在這停滯的一下，新的內(nèi)容又沖進來了，你就顧此失彼，到最后，前面的沒想起來，后面的又忘了聽，剛開始的時候是懊喪不已，因為前兩遍的信心全被他給摧毀了，不過沒關(guān)系，很正常的么，這個地方，你就要不停的重復(fù)聽，所以你買DVD機比較好，有那個A-B重復(fù)健，可以無限重復(fù)你要聽的句子，你總有想起來的那一刻吧

第三遍是最痛苦的，也是最能升華的一個階段。

我在做第三遍的時候，是聽力口語一起來的，其實這兩個本來就是分不開的，口語，要求自己強力模仿?。?！注意這個詞哦~~~不是吃干飯的，充分利用了A-B健，一個句子重復(fù)放，跟著讀，然后跟著說，最后脫口而出，一點也不比他們差，甚至可以在語氣，語調(diào)上，和他們一模一樣。作這一部分的時候，我犯了一個錯誤，就是跟著讀劇本，這是十分錯誤的，正確的做法是，像學(xué)鳥叫一樣，學(xué)他們的聲音，不要把自己原來讀英文的習(xí)慣帶到里面去，劇本只是告訴你他們再說什么內(nèi)容，只是一個提示的作用，因為他們有很多連讀，四個音節(jié)，在他們嘴里常常變成了2個音節(jié)，甚至一個音就帶過了，你根本就反應(yīng)不過來，這也就是我們聽不懂他們說話的原因，太快了，而你根本不知道他連讀了，如果按照自己的讀英文的習(xí)慣，永遠也做不到他們一樣快。所以記住，！??！學(xué)他們發(fā)出的聲音，而不是讀他們說出的句子！?。?！

這第三遍，我可以用老牛拉破車來形容，實在是很慢很無聊，要花費大量的時間，特別是一開始，記得101背到我想吐，莫尼卡的那句 “THERE IS NOTHING TO TELL”可以直接當減肥藥了，一聽到就想吐！但是，有一點保證，以后老外用多快的速度，我都能聽懂她在說“THERE IS NOTHING TO TELL”而且可以和她說的一樣快，一樣純正的美國紐約音。兄弟們~~~代價慘重阿~~~~~`你可以算一下，一集大約20分鐘，每句話重復(fù)10遍，那是什么概念，就是一集學(xué)下來要200分鐘，折合3個多小時，如果你特別笨的話，多跟幾遍，時間又上去了，我經(jīng)常會思想溜號，A-B的時候不知道想什么去了，就要多重復(fù)幾遍。我當初算了一下，我大約要跟到第7遍的時候才有感覺，前面不是語速慢了，就是快了，要么就是停頓不對，也可能我比較笨？加上笨的原因，加上溜號，大約有4個小時一集把.下面分析一下他們六個人的口音語速，RACH，我最喜歡的角色，她的口音不很好學(xué)，因為她經(jīng)常會發(fā)出很可愛.CHANDLER這個家伙經(jīng)常會把我逼瘋的，他太貧了，語速又快，最難學(xué)了，最好學(xué)的是PHEEBS，很喜歡她，她的發(fā)音很圓潤，語速也很正常，MONIKA 可以用她來練長句子，她經(jīng)常會一口氣說很多，JOEY，他反映慢，語速適中應(yīng)該是最好學(xué)的一個，可是他的聲音太低了，不適合女生學(xué)，我學(xué)他太吃力了，男生的話是個首選~~~~

這樣我整了3季的時候，除了生詞，在新天地泡吧的時候，可以和老外自由對話，心理滿足了一把

過了3季，后面的7季就會塊很多，因為很多句子，在你的耳朵里已經(jīng)是很簡單的，根本不需要重復(fù)，你要練習(xí)的只是特別難的那些長句，記不記得倫敦之行？走之前，莫尼卡的那一口氣說完的長句子，呵呵，那就是最高境界，你可以脫口而出，和她一樣快，一樣不喘氣，后面的你就不用跟了，你可以出師了~~~

但是，這是3季以后的事了，3季不過，一切免談~~~

而且有一項工作是必須作的，是貫穿10季的工作，那就是筆記??！除非你的牛人，不過牛人也就不來看我這個帖子了，呵呵，筆記很重要，里面會有生詞，特別是“該死的ROSS”，他在里面經(jīng)常不出好詞，你就查吧，再就是俚語，很多俚語這才是地道的美語，你只有作了筆記你才有積累，最重要的是多有成就干啊，看到那么多的筆記，我的筆記可以從地板摞到寫字臺那么高，因為我字特別大？不是！是我做得很細！細到從頭看IS的用法，把它當作一個事業(yè)來做，當作一個重整英語的契機，好好的梳理一下自己的存貨。

說實話，這也很痛苦的~~~~~看肥皂劇是很開心的，可是學(xué)肥皂劇就沒那么開心了

最后，就是堅持的動力了，我不知道別人是為什么，要學(xué)好英語，但是你的動力要足，而且經(jīng)常要受受刺激，否則的話很容易堅持不下來,也不知道對你有沒有用，不管怎么樣，鮮花雞蛋，統(tǒng)統(tǒng)收下了。

本集簡介：

瑞秋在教堂拋棄未婚夫巴利、逃婚到莫妮卡處。莫妮卡和調(diào)酒師保羅約會，此君偽裝成離婚后一蹶不振的苦命人，靠博取同情來騙女人上床。羅斯婚姻失敗，情緒低落。喬伊安慰他說，女性的種類與冰激凌的品種一樣多，離婚未嘗不是好事。大家一同看西班牙肥皂劇并信口瞎猜劇情。羅斯自高中起即愛慕瑞秋，此刻死灰復(fù)燃，提議和她約會，瑞秋答應(yīng)了。故事梗概

在傾聽Paul講述自己被甩的經(jīng)歷時，Monica不時地發(fā)出Oh，my God!(天哪!)Wow!(哇!)的驚嘆聲。英語口語中類似表示驚嘆的句子還有很多。如果某天突然遇到多年沒有音信的老友，想必你也會這樣驚嘆道：For the love of Mike，I didn’t expect to meet you here!(老天爺!我做夢也沒想到競在這兒遇見你!)當然你也可以像Monica那樣用Oh，my God!(天哪!)Wow!(哇!)，或用I can’t believe it!(真叫人難以置信!)My goodness!(天哪!)Oh，that's incredible!(哦，簡直不可思議!)What a surprise!(真出人意料!)Gee!(哎呀!)等等來表達你此時驚訝的心情。

記得前些日子與朋友聊起生活中的奇聞軼事。當聽說有人活吞了一只老鼠時，朋友兩眼圓睜，脫口而出：What，eat a rat alive?(什么!活吞一只老鼠?)類似的表達方式還有：Oh，no!How dreadful!(哦，不!太可怕了!)Youmust be kidding!(你一定是開玩笑!)Really?(真的嗎?)It can't be!(這不可能!)等等。

女友跟別人好上了，自己卻渾然不知。Paul說：I'm such an idiot．(我真是個大白癡。)Monica由此想起了哥哥Ross由于跟同性戀的妻子分手而整日魂不守舍，便說：My brother's going through that right now，he's such a mess．(我哥哥正被此事所擾，他真是不可救藥的大笨蛋。)mess一詞在此并不是指我們通常所理解的臟或亂的狀態(tài)，而是形容某個人是不可救藥的傻瓜或笨蛋。比如說：Honey，I can never follow what you really mean．I'm a mess．意思是說：親愛的，我總不能領(lǐng)會你的本意，我好混啊!

但就像我們一直所強調(diào)的那樣，任何事都不能枉下論斷。前幾日正在陪寶寶玩耍的丈夫跑過來喊道：Come on，there's a mess in our baby's diapers．(快過來呀，寶寶在尿布上拉屎了。)如果此時你把mess理解成傻瓜，在別人眼里你豈不turn into a mess?(成了不可救藥的蠢蛋?)關(guān)于mess一詞的其他用法，請參考本書“5-24每個人都會緊張”這一單元。經(jīng)典對白及講解之二：

1-01-2離婚之痛

故事梗概 本集的另一情節(jié)圍僥Ross展開，由于Ross的妻子Carol是同性戀，兩人離了婚．但Ross為此深受打擊，無法面對現(xiàn)實，認定自己再婚無望，整日一付失魂落魄的樣子．Chandler和Joey竭力寬慰Ross，鼓勵他“不要在一棵樹上吊死”，要鼓起勇氣重新尋找幸福??

Chandler想規(guī)勸Ress放棄婚姻的念頭，因為：Four yvars of closeness and sharing at the end ofwhich she ripped your heart out．．．(四年之中你們親親密密，有福同享，有難同當，可到頭來她卻讓你如此心碎??)英語中我們通常也用break one's heart來表示“令某人心碎”。但相對而言，rip one's heart out所表示的程度更強烈些。

Heart一詞非?；钣?，它能跟其他詞構(gòu)成多種常用的表達方式。如果有人跟你說：You know what?Yesterday 1 witnessed a car accident，and my heart was in my mouth when I saw the bloody scene．(你知道嗎?昨天我目睹了一場車禍，那血淋淋的場面把我嚇得要命。)這句話千萬不能根據(jù)字面意思直接翻譯過來理解，否則會鬧出笑話。如果你想夸贊一個人有一副好心腸，可以說：You've got a heart of gold．反之則為：You've got d heart of stone．(你真是鐵石心腸。)相互鐘情的男女都會彼此wear their heart on their sleeve(流露愛意)；單相思

(lovesickness)的人往往set his heart on love(渴望得到愛情)；被戀人．Dump(甩掉)的人則會cry his heart out(痛哭流涕)。和heart相關(guān)的詞語還有很多，大家可以在學(xué)習(xí)中多多積累。You get what you put in．(種瓜得瓜，種豆得豆。)

Ross擔(dān)心：What if there's only one woman for everybody?(假如一個男人一生中只能有一個女人怎么辦?)那離婚后的他豈不永遠成為孤家寡人?為打消Ross的顧慮，Joey說：What are you talking about?One woman?That's like saying there's only one flavor of ice cream for you．Lemme tell you something．Ross．There's lots of flavors out there．(你在說什么呢!只有一個女人?你這就等于說你只能吃一種口味的冰激凌。Ross聽我說，有千百種口味的冰激凌等著挑選呢。)Joey想通過冰激凌這個比喻來讓Ross明白男人不能在一棵樹上吊死，女人千千萬，關(guān)鍵他得有勇氣變換不同的口味，嘗試去跟不同的女人交往。

Joey的比喻惟妙惟肖，正如Joey所說，在美國冰激凌確實口味繁多。據(jù)說餐后吃點甜的東西，可以調(diào)節(jié)油膩。因此，冰激凌以及蛋糕、派、布丁等食品成為美國人餐后普遍食用的甜點(dessert)。美國的冰激凌含脂肪較多，甜味較重。這也可能是美國患有overweight(肥胖)的人較多的原因之一吧!

美國最有名的冰激凌是Howard Johnson's公司的二十八種口味(28Flavors)及Baskin Robbins公司的三十一種口味(3l Flavors)冰激凌。冰激凌的容器叫dish，我們常說a dish ofice cream(一盤冰激凌)，但是冰激凌店零售外賣時則用a scoop ofice cream(一勺冰激凌)，不能說a bowl ofice cream或a glass of ice cream。我們在KFC及冰激凌店常見的圣代英文叫Sundae，是指加有壓碎的堅果、水果、果汁、糖漿等的冰激凌。香蕉船的英文名字叫Banana Split，是將一根香蕉劈成兩半，平放在玻璃容器內(nèi)，上面放三種不同口味的圣代，看起來像是一只香蕉船。Baked Alaska有人翻譯成火燒冰激凌，這是一種冰激凌及果凍的組合物，上面覆以海綿蛋糕及一層厚厚的蛋白甜糕，食用前先放在烤箱中烤成黃褐色，也可以加上各種新鮮水果作為點綴。想必這些描述已經(jīng)make your mouth water(讓你直流口水了)，那就趕緊去stuff your face(吃個痛快)吧!

Rnchel以逃跑的新娘(runaway bnide)形象出現(xiàn)在眾人面前。就在自己的婚禮開始之前，Rnchel逃離了婚禮現(xiàn)場，前來投奔她惟一認識的高中校友Monica。此時的Rnchel沒有工作,手頭拮據(jù)。然而，找工作連遭失政的命運似乎并沒有影響她購物的欲望。仰仗由父親買單的信用卡，Rachel花錢依然大手大腳。大家都勸Rachel馬上毀掉信用卡以便早日獨立?? 經(jīng)典對白3：

因此Monica他們一再鼓勵Rachel跟信用卡說bye-bye。C’mon是come on的縮略形式。曾經(jīng)聽一位在美國留學(xué)的同學(xué)抱怨說在那里說英語似乎總是比聽懂英語容易。造成這個問題的主要原因是縮略形式在英語中的廣泛運用。毫無準備的聽者往往聽不懂這些詞，加上縮略語使得語速加快，理解英語便成了大難題。相信不懂縮略語的讀者很難猜出這句話的意思：dj’ask’cr yet?其實這句話用標準英語表達很簡單：Did you ask her yct?再比如：Dushi speak English?相當于：Does she speak English?其他常見縮略形式包括：va＝are you，’cause＝because，dunno＝don't know，gimme＝give me，’n＝and等等。C’mon，不管是縮略語還是英語中的其他困難，只要你能keep your chin up(不灰心喪氣)，Everything's gonna bc fine．(一切都會好起來的。)

盡管大家再三給Rachel加油鼓勁，她仍然猶豫不決。這時Phoebe說道：Give her a break，it's hard being on your own for the first time．(別逼她了。你們第一次獨立的時候不也費了好大的勁。)

break用作名詞時會使很多人聯(lián)想英語課堂上老師常說的一句話：Time is up．Let's have a break．意思是說：本堂課結(jié)束了，課間休息一下吧。break在此的意思為“課間休息”，“間歇，停頓”。比如說現(xiàn)在很多公司都給員工提供tea break(用茶休息時間)；電視臺靠break for the commercial(插播商業(yè)廣告的間歇)盈利；如果你work for 10 hours without a break before computers(不間斷地在電腦前工作10小時)則對你的健康極為不利。然而如果照此意思來理

解give sb．a(chǎn) break就會大錯特錯。give sb．a(chǎn) break用于口語，其意思是“給某人一個機會；放某人一馬；不難為某人”。作為老師每每考試之后都會聽到學(xué)生說類似的話：老師幫幫忙讓我過了吧，否則我就得重讀二年級了。這句話用英文表達就是：Give me d break and pass me，or else I’ll have to bc a sophomore again．但萬事都不是絕對的，有時一句Give me a break!或Gimmc a break!則表示不相信別人胡謅亂編，相當于：得了吧!別拿我當傻子!收起你那套噱頭!因此對英語語言的理解不能take everything for granted(把一切都想當然)，否則會讓人笑掉大牙。

詞匯、詞組解析：

1.面試的時候考官通常會問你一些關(guān)于你從前工作的問題，call for a reference on one’s last job意為參考一下你上一份工作的工作情況。

2.通常，面試官會邊看你的簡歷邊提問你一些問題，也會讓你實際操作一下，莫妮卡是在餐廳里接受的面試，面試官就讓她做一份菜給他瞧瞧看，于是就有了這句話 ”let’s see if you are as good in person as you are on paper.” 一般情況下如果面試官對你說了這句話就代表他接下來會向你提問一些專業(yè)性的知識了。
