投訴信用于寫信人對某項服務或某個產品表達不滿,經常發(fā)生在自己作為消費者利益受損或者自己的正常工作、學習、生活受到干擾的情形下,寫信時要語氣冷靜、有禮,陳述事實客觀、準確。

【寫法指要】
投訴信(letters of complaint)通常是寫給廠家、商店、消費者協(xié)會、報界或廠家、商店的上級主管部門,揭發(fā)產品質量的低劣、服務態(tài)度的糟糕,抱怨不應出現(xiàn)的情況或問題等,以求得解決的信件。寫投訴信要實事求是地把問題講清楚,態(tài)度要冷靜,做到有禮貌,不能惡言傷人。
這封信的作者用的是對比法,先寫學校的地理位置和原先學校的優(yōu)美環(huán)境,后寫化工廠建起后對學校造成的污染,最后提請報界呼吁保護環(huán)境的問題。寫得有理有據(jù),令人信服。
