教師上課時首先問學(xué)生:“Do you often go to the reading-room in your school?” 接著,教師問:“What kind of books would you like to read? Do you like to read books on animals(about animals), or on food or on science? Do you like story book? Do you like picture books or do you like cartoons?” 教師可以將事先準(zhǔn)備好的書一一給他們展示。接著,教師問學(xué)生:“Have you brought your own books to our class? If you have, please come here and show it to our class and you can tell your classmates what book it is.OK? Who wants to be the first one?” 教師鼓勵學(xué)生到前面來簡單介紹一下自己帶的書。學(xué)生說完后,教師可以問:“Can I borrow your book?”教師把所有借來的書都放在桌子上,擺放成準(zhǔn)備借閱的樣子。在學(xué)生談完,教師也基本擺好書后,教師對學(xué)生說:“I’ve got many books here.Which book would you like to read? You can come here and borrow one book.” 教師鼓勵學(xué)生到前面來借書。學(xué)生應(yīng)該說:“I’d like to read a book on animal.” 或說:“I like this book.” 并用手指著書。如果學(xué)生不熟,教師應(yīng)帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生說:“I’d like to read a book on animals.” 并讓學(xué)生相互問答: A: Which book would you like to read? B: I’d like to read a book on food.在學(xué)生練習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,教師可以迅速把教室后面的幾張桌子圍一下,教師找?guī)讉€同學(xué)同時到前面當(dāng)圖書管理員,并找一些學(xué)生前來借書。教師告訴兩個學(xué)生說:“You two come here and say, ‘This reading-room is very nice.I like it very much.Yes, I like this room, too.I come here every day.’ Then, you go to borrow books.” 教師帶著他們走到書前看書。圖書管理員說:“We have many books here.Books on animals, food, fruit, vegetables, clothes, co lour, sports, and so on.Which book would you like to read?” 借書的學(xué)生說:“I’d like to read a book on…” 教師可以先后讓更多的同學(xué)來扮演這些角色并進行練習(xí)。在學(xué)生練習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上,教師說:“Let’s look at the picture.This is a reading-room.Many children are in this reading-room.Some children are sitting there, reading books.Some children are working at the computers.There are many books.Books on animals, on clothes, on food and fruit and on drawings and paintings and so on.This girl asks, ‘Which book would you like to read?’ This girl answers ‘I’ d like to read a book on animals.’” 教師示范后,讓學(xué)生兩人一組先進行練習(xí),然后再找?guī)讉€學(xué)生到前面進行介紹。根據(jù)介紹的情況,教師再考慮是否讓學(xué)生再重新分組練習(xí)一下。單元教學(xué)活動2
Listen, match and practice.第二部分是聽力練習(xí)。在聽錄音之前,教師首先應(yīng)帶著學(xué)生看一看各種類型的書,看看學(xué)生是否知道這些書的內(nèi)容。如果有生詞,教師應(yīng)帶著大家讀一讀,并用英語簡單進行一下說明。然后,教師讓學(xué)生聽錄音,同時提醒大家:“Now listen very carefully.This is a listening comprehension exercise.We have many children’s names here.You listen to the dialogues among these children and decide which is his or her favourite book.Then you draw a line to match the name with the book.Do you understand? Let’s begin.” 教師開始從頭到尾給大家放一遍,然后,教師再給大家放第二遍,并提醒大家進行檢查和核對。在做完題目之后,再讓大家一起聽一遍錄音,這次聽錄音的同時,讓學(xué)生重復(fù)聽到的內(nèi)容.提高聽力的同時,也鍛煉了口語.錄音原文:

Look and tell.第六部分是讓學(xué)生自己介紹一段有關(guān)熊貓的內(nèi)容。教師可以先拿出可愛的熊貓圖片讓大家看,并問大家是否喜歡。同時,告訴大家熊貓越來越少,我們應(yīng)該保護動物,特別是熊貓。學(xué)生以兩人為一組的方式進行介紹。講的時候可以按照所給的句型講,同時可以增加一些自己知道的事情。最后教師拋開熊貓的話題,問大家:“What’s your favourite animal? Please tell us.” 單元教學(xué)活動7

Listen and circle the first sound.第九部分是聽單詞,辨單詞首音。教師應(yīng)提醒同學(xué)說:“Now we are going to listen to some words, and you decide which beginning sound it is.Then you circle the sound.For example, ‘moon’, you circle the sound ‘m’.” 然后教師放一遍錄音。單元教學(xué)活動10
Look, read and draw.第十部分是根據(jù)句子在本圖畫上添加必要的內(nèi)容。教師可以讓學(xué)生自己先畫,然后兩人相互進行檢查。

回家后,先預(yù)習(xí)第八單元,學(xué)習(xí)說一些有關(guān)顏色的歌謠,并找一些帶顏色的圖片貨玩具。下次上課時帶到學(xué)校。

1、家長可以在家準(zhǔn)備一個26字母紙片或者卡片,以在輕松愉快的方式下檢驗孩子的復(fù)習(xí)成果!孩子記單詞的時候按上課老師教的自然拼的方式去記,先讀熟記??吹臅r候孩子自己看,家長可以參與檢驗孩子的復(fù)習(xí)的程度可以用游戲的方式:把單詞中挖掉1—3,4個字母,讓孩子填寫。一開始拿掉簡單的字母.如dress可以先拿掉e,再拿掉dr或者ss。讓孩子說出剩下的字母或字母組合。先讓孩子適應(yīng)背單詞為了給孩子增加信心和興趣先簡單些。(基礎(chǔ)好的孩子可根據(jù)自己情況增加練習(xí)單詞量,學(xué)校的單詞也可以這樣輔記.)
