聽力能力基本規(guī)律與技巧

學無定法，練無成規(guī)，英語六級聽力亦如此，功到自然成。但如果在訓練過程中能遵循語言的基本規(guī)律，并將這些規(guī)律化為各種技巧，例如捕捉重要信息、推測言外之意、總結歸納抓住中心思想等，則能提高訓練效率，收到事半功倍之效果。

聽力訓練中需把握以下幾方面的規(guī)律：

1.語音規(guī)律

包括辨音、音變現(xiàn)象(如音的連讀、弱讀、簡化、同化、失去爆破)、重音等。

例如，連讀是口語中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的音變現(xiàn)象。如Fog is spreading to all areas.前三個單詞連讀成了/ fCgizprediN/。

又如，在快速語流中常產生音的同化現(xiàn)象，像Would you mind if I smoke here ? 句中would一詞本應讀成/wud/，但當后面緊跟you /ju:/ 時，尾輔音 /d/ 與 /j/ 同化為另一個輔音/dV/。next year中的尾輔音/t/ 與/j/ 同化成/tF/。讀作/nekstFE/。如不熟悉這種同化現(xiàn)象，便會誤認為遇到了生詞。

學生在平時學習中學會正確發(fā)音，掌握單詞發(fā)音的基本規(guī)律和常識，不但有助于提高聽說能力，而且有助于培養(yǎng)語感，提高英語整體水平。

2.語調規(guī)律

注意和分析單詞在句中的重讀規(guī)律有助于識別單詞、詞組并區(qū)分實詞、虛詞；而注意說話者的語氣并分析語句的升、平、降調則有助于了解說話人的情感、態(tài)度，從而正確判斷說話人之間的關系，推斷說話人的意圖和目的。英語中的陳述句、特殊疑問句、祈使句、感嘆句多用降調。升調常表示疑問、懷疑、不解、或不確定，不但常用在一般疑問句中，也用在陳述句、特殊疑問句、婉轉祈使句或反意疑問句中。例如：

I thought it would be all right.(表示推測或不確定)。(↗)

You haven’t seen the film, have you?(期待給與否定回答)(↗)

It’s a wonderful film, don’t you think so?(期待給與肯定回答)(↗)

虛擬語氣的語調往往很強烈，句尾使用高降調。例如：

How I wish I were a student!(↘)

3.句法規(guī)律

主要包括兩項內容：

a)聽力材料中有些詞，尤其是虛詞(如連詞、介詞等)往往不易一下聽出來，必須運用句法知識加以彌補；

b)英語中有些特殊的句型句式、習慣用法常令學生在聽力測試中倍感困惑，僅舉幾例說明。

例1:

You cannot be too careful when you drive a car.開車時越小心越好。

cannot(can not)/ can never與too連用表示“越------越好”；“再------也不為過”例2：

第三方售后服務顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的生產廠家自帶售后服務模式，但要取得生產商、維修商和消費者三方滿意，還須在權威、專業(yè)、統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范上下功夫。

2008年，在質量投訴熱線12365最新公布的期間投訴統(tǒng)計中，手機與家電產品名列投訴榜前列。除了質量問題，此類產品的售后服務也是消費者最不滿意的。同樣，在2007年申城12365接待處理的31542件咨詢投訴中，涉及售后服務糾紛的就有三分之一之多。手機、空調、電視機等產品售后服務問題更是首當其沖。

有意思的是，廠商們頗感頭疼的售后服務，時下成了有些人的“最愛”。日前，手機市場出現(xiàn)以上海矽魁、廣州百司達為首的“第三方售后服務”大軍，其業(yè)務目標很明確：要做各種手機品牌的授權維修者，以獨立于企業(yè)的第三方身份，為消費者提供售后服務。

優(yōu)點：有利于降低成本，將企業(yè)的售后服務包袱甩掉，讓企業(yè)集中精力做研發(fā)、生產和銷售。缺點：不能對終端進行控制、售后服務的質量得不到保障。

三、經(jīng)銷商服務模式

就目前來看，經(jīng)銷商通常采用的售后服務有三種：

一是自己不建售后服務中心和售后服務站，售后咨詢和維修等服務完全依賴上游廠家的維修站和特約維修點去處理，這樣做的好處在于能夠降低經(jīng)銷商的經(jīng)營費用，但對經(jīng)銷商來說造成經(jīng)銷商沒有服務意識的隱患。

第二種形式是經(jīng)銷商將售后服務作為銷售的提升，市場競爭的武器，通過售后服務，獲取消費者的忠誠度而達到占領市場的操作模式，但是這種方式卻存在長期的服務投入成本與當期的銷售獲益難以衡量的問題，存在服務成本無底洞的風險。

第三種是把售后服務作為銷售服務保障外，也作為自己的另一種可銷售的“商品”，通過爭取成為上游廠家的特約維修站，這樣既保證了對自己銷售商品的售后維修，又通過替廠家維修非自己代理商品而獲取廠家的維修結算費；并通過各種途徑接收售后服務以外的維修任務（超出保修范圍以外及其他商家銷售的商品），使售后服務成為商家的又一利潤創(chuàng)增點，但如果該種模式控制不好，就會造成售后服務贏利與經(jīng)銷商銷售之間的矛盾。
