建議信 Letter of Advice

建議信是對(duì)收信人就某一問(wèn)題提出看法、建議或忠告。建議信不同于投訴信，所以寫(xiě)信人一定要注意禮貌當(dāng)先。建議信一般包括以下內(nèi)容：首先說(shuō)明寫(xiě)信的目的，其次，在肯定優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上提出自己的建議或看法（否則別人以為你在投訴，而不是在提建議），最后表達(dá)希望采納建議。
