一般過去時

A．結(jié)構(gòu)

① be動詞（is，am, are）→ was/were 主語 + 謂語

② 實義動詞→相應(yīng)的動詞過去式

① 表示過去的事實或狀態(tài)。

例：He was very busy an hour ago.他在過去的一小時非常忙碌。I was eight years old last year.我去年8歲。

② 表示在過去某個時間內(nèi)所作的事情，常和表示過去的時間狀語連用。例：She bought many books yesterday.昨天她買了很多書。

動詞有規(guī)則動詞和不規(guī)則動詞之分。規(guī)則動詞的過去式都是以-ed結(jié)尾，而不規(guī)則動詞的過去式是沒有規(guī)則。

① 一般情況下，在動詞原形后直接加ed。如：wanted，played。

② 以不發(fā)音的字母e結(jié)尾的動詞，直接加d。如：hoped，lived。

II.一般過去時的構(gòu)成

動詞過去式的構(gòu)成：

(1)規(guī)則動詞過去式的構(gòu)成有四條規(guī)則：

①一般在動詞原形末尾直接加上-ed。如：look-looked。

②以不發(fā)音的字母e結(jié)尾的動詞，去e再加-ed。如：live-lived。

一般過去時并不難，表示過去動作、狀態(tài)記心間。
